Seems to be alot of content here. Pretty much all of it provided by one user. Reminds me of @e-Enoch 's video threads where its just one video after another. But at least there is context here. Some of these posts are really long.

I imagine there is little engagement because there are no Russians here. Other then @Vmort idk a single one. But I've been wrong before.

Why in God's name did you do it, brother, who the devil made you do it? You needed a training for your scrolling-finger?
Please do not do it again, this can lead to permanent consequences (see contraindications to the use of the thread).

It's certainly not for everyone. But look how different people are. For example, a highly respected alternative researcher, who has had a site for a long time, he is read from people, quoted and invited to many places as a guest author or for a conversation, with numerous precise breakdowns of both plandemia and the construction of the New World Order, including various aspects of it, and one of the very few who has written very good studies exposing the deception of "multipolarity as the enemy of the new world order." This is what he answered me when I pointed out to him just some of the posts in my SO boring thread for you. (I'll save his name, as I don't need to mention him, and I don't need to advertise through popular people.)

"Thanks so much for this information. Really appreciated.", and again "Once again, many thanks. Another very interesting, sourced comment. Much appreciated."

How different people are, as I said..

But, whenever you feel your fingers stiff and need to moved them, you are welcome to scrolling!

I would say "everything "and not" almost everything " is provided by one user. And he's a very boring user. It doesn't remind me of Enoch threads, but it's your right to see that.

It'S not about the Russians, it's not about Russia. The theme is for Russia's key complicity in building the new world order, which is shown in detail here, including many key and completely unknown things outside Russia. 90-99% from the alternative media (among which there are presenters that others simply repeat) claim that Russia is challenging and fighting the new world order, without showing any of Russia's obvious complicity (I'm talking about things that can be seen and are shown in very few places; I don't even mention the few completely unknown key things that seem to be posted only here - I have no idea why... I actually have ;) )

That's what this thread is about, as well as my other one (which is even more important).
This is the context of the theme: for this "6uild 6ack 6etter a global future", which is being carried out by the major players from all over the world in an organized way, while mainstream and alternative media are carrying out an organized blurring of reality and, consequently, the confusion of people who oppose the new world order.

But I don't remember forcing anyone to read, Do I? So... :)

But thank you for your opinion, of course. And if you have any concerns, objections (or praise?:)) for the thread, you can always share.

***
"I imagine there is little engagement because there are no Russians here."
The thread has little engagement because the majority trusts what the majority of the alt-media say and show. If you ask me.
Well, whoever likes it, I don't mind. This is for them and they will get the right result, there is no mistake.
**
As for too long posts: as soon as I can, instead of posting long posts, to point a link in English where there are the things I want to post, I will.

Well, this is (some of the things that are) happening in anti-globalist Russia while they are fighting the globalists in Ukraine.

"The war"? I don't know what you're talking about.
This thread is about the actual goals of the "war", as a continuation of the Great Reset, towards a new world order.
Here's a look at the war, from Putin's mouth.:
[The moderator of the discussion, political scientist, historian, presenter of Channel One] Dmitry Simes:
Mr President, thank you very much for this impressive speech.
You talked about a lot of very important things, with figures and facts in your hands, showed how Russia is developing in very difficult conditions, how this development is moving forward, how it is socially oriented, preserves and strengthens the openness of the Russian economy. All this, of course, is very important, positive, and when I said "amazing" – amazing, Vladimir Vladimirovich, because all this is happening in the context of international tension, the conflict around Ukraine and the ongoing hostilities there. ..."

Update. Update!

Unbelievable! Shock! Bomb! There was a coup attempt in Russia!
Fantastic teen-blogger Eddy-riley announced an urgent, big, great mobilization of the blog, with his reporting every day.
Hours ago, he discouraged his readers from underestimating the event and seriously discouraged them from thinking of the event as a psyop. (Just as he discourages them from thinking of the Great War as unreal.)

His Rollo-ing blog-brother a few hours ago announced that he was right in anticipating this coup attempt. (Readers recognized him as great and thanked him for the good information.)

And it all ended in 24 (or a little more or less) hours.
The great coup attempt is over.

"At the moment, this product is the oldest image of a phallus in Eurasia and the only three-dimensional phallic pendant of Paleolithic time in the world."
**
So, what keeps happening imperturbably?

This.
This.
And dozens of other things, all in this regard.

But, as Eddy-riley says, war is certainly not a continuation of great resette, because, because, because.... it can't be that simple and all those who report "impartial" information, acknowledging all the power games, turmoil and corruption at the Russian top, they...they... can't all just pretend or be stupid. Like the ones about corona pretended to be and were stupid, for example.

*And, by the way, during the great coup attempt, a state of emergency was declared. Now there's a good opportunity for more emergency measures, tougher anti-terror laws, stuff like that.
Everything's going according to plan.

Russia will develop a concept to improve the quality of life of citizens
About 200 experts will take part in the discussion of approaches

MOSCOW, May 29. /tass/. The concept of improving the quality of life and well-being of Russians will be created following the results of the annual design and educational intensive "Archipelago" in Novosibirsk. About 200 experts will take part in the discussion of approaches that will form the basis of a new federal project in the field of biotechnology, the press service of the Platform of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) told TASS on Monday.

Intensive, which will be attended by teams of Russian universities and startups, representatives of development institutions and authorities, will be held from July 28 to August 7. Participation in it helps authors to work out their initiatives within the framework of the acceleration program, find investors and grant support. The discussion of the concept will be part of the Archipelago program and will take place at the Biotechnopark in Koltsovo (Novosibirsk Region). About 200 experts from all over the country will take part in the track.

"As a result of the event, new concepts of human well-being and the world around him will be formed, which will become the basis of a federal project with an emphasis on biotechnology. The concepts are designed to contribute to improving the quality of life of Russians, taking into account current trends, including demographic issues, socio-cultural changes, migration flow, climate change, healthy longevity," the NTI Platform told TASS.

Experts will analyze the modern image of a person and how he and the world around him - medicine, nutrition, clothing and recreation - will change until 2040.

Expert community
The participants of the discussion, in particular, will be experts from the markets of the National Technological Initiative "Helsnet" (development of telemedicine technologies and maintenance of healthy longevity),
"Neuronet" (development of neurotechnologies to increase human productivity and thinking abilities), "Fudnet" (search for new food sources), "Vearnet" (new approaches to consumption in fashion industry) and "Medianet" (transformation, transformation of the information space).

"Improving the quality of people's lives is a key part of the agenda of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. We are already implementing projects aimed at simplifying the processes of providing services in the social sphere, introducing the principles of human-centricity into the work of social institutions. Archipelago provides an opportunity for the exchange of best practices between representatives of the regions and the development of new solutions that will help make human-state interaction easier and more comfortable," said Alexander Pirozhenko, director of the Quality of Life division of ASI, whose words are quoted by the press service of the NTI Platform.

The potential of the region
The organizers of the annual intensive this time will be the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the NTI Platform, the NTI Project Support Fund and the University 2035.

The Gene Economy: How Much Is Decoding Human Genome?

A new analytical review by the Roscongress Foundation, ‘Sequenomics: How Genome Decoding Creates an USD 80 Billion Market’, is dedicated to one of the most interesting and high-tech topics of our time — personalized medicine based on the decoding of the human genome. Technology for analyzingthe human genome code makes it possible to identify diseases at the pregnancy planning stage and in the early stages of the disease, even before the first symptoms appear, to create medicines and conduct targeted therapy by working with the code of the disease itself. Currently, the global market for personalized medical services reaches USD 2.7 trillion. Russia’s share is about 1%.

According to the survey, the global market for nucleotide sequencing services that make up the human genome and the analysis of this information is growing at 15–18% per year. Its size could grow to USD 80 billion by 2030. This growth rate is driven by the development of knowledge-intensive sequencing technologies.

In Russia, mass production of first-generation DNA-reading equipment and industrial production of reagents has started. Mass production of second-generation sequencers is planned for 2024, and a third-generation device is under development, with a prototype planned to be presented by the end of 2023. In the long term, the use of Russian devices and Russian reagents will reduce the cost of analysis per sample to RUB 200. The main advantage of the domestic solution over its imported counterparts is the open platform, which allows the use of reagents from any manufacturer. On the global market, the cost of a full human DNA decoding, according to analysts at the Foundation, will drop below USD 100 per sample by the beginning of the next decade. In 2001, a single such procedure cost around USD 100 million.

Russia has a federal scientific and technical programme for the development of genetic technologies, which provides grants and other support measures for genetic therapies. An expanded neonatal screening programme for 36 rare genetic diseases was launched in 2023. Maintaining budget funding for these areas will contribute to the growth of the market for personalized medicine. The expansion of mandatory genomic registration and development of the genomic passport programme will be additional factors for the development of sequenomics and increased demand.

"Stavropol State Agrarian University is already implementing projects of agricultural genetics within the framework of the program of the Ministry of Education and Science "Priority 2030".
...
Mikhail Kovalchuk, President of the Kurchatov Institute Research Center, stressed that sovereignty in the agricultural sector is one of the main state tasks today. One of the most important tools for its solution will be the national database of genetic information, the prototype of which has already been created at the Kurchatov Institute Research Center. [...] "We already have a very successful experience in the Krasnodar Territory in genotyping 15 thousand cattle. Now, thanks to today's agreement, we will be able to expand this activity and transfer the already proven technologies to the Stavropol Territory, which plays one of the leading roles in the Russian agro-industrial complex.

The Development of Certain High-Technology Areas. White Book

The publication by the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) contains a detailed analysis of the development of high technologies in the Russian Federation.

The Roscongress Foundation presents the salient points of the publication accompanied by fragments of broadcasts of relevant panel discussions from the business programme of international events held by the Roscongress Foundation.

One of Russia’s objectives is to become a leader in the global technology market.
In 2019, the President of the Russian Federation entrusted the Government with the task of attaining a leading position in the high technologies market. Accordingly, the Government selected 16 high-tech areas and signed several agreements with state corporations and companies with state participation. Agreements are the primary planning and management instrument in technological development. They are implemented through a comprehensive action plan which combines the most effective initiatives and development projects in a high-tech area into a single cycle. The plan comprises a wide range of measures such as providing a favourable legal regime, developing key technologies, and accelerating the introduction of relevant products and services and their promotion in external markets.

The White Book opens a series of annual reports about the development of high-tech areas.
The White Book was prepared by the Higher School of Economics together with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, relevant agencies, and leading companies. It is the first in a planned series of annual analytical reports about the development of high-tech sectors in Russia. It covers ten areas: artificial intelligence; Internet of Things; mobile communication networks of the fifth generation (5G); quantum computing; quantum communications; distributed ledger technologies; technologies for power transmission and distributed intelligent power systems; technologies for creating electric power storage systems, including portable ones; technologies of new materials and substances; advanced space systems.

Modern technologies are inextricably intertwined.
All the technologies studied in the White Book are rapidly developing on a global scale, which is evidenced by increasing investment volumes, growing number of scientific papers and patents, booming production, and fast penetration of high technologies into a widening range of industries. They are the flagships of technological development and transformation, both of the economy and the society.

High-tech areas are closely intertwined, they can’t be viewed individually (a good example is the Artificial Intelligence — 5G — Internet of Things triad).
Global experience shows that disruptive initiatives are only successful when they are systemic, i.e. when they are implemented within open ecosystems such as consortiums, technological alliances, platforms, clusters, etc. In future, the convergence of technologies will only increase, with open architectures, interfaces, and standards which ensure interoperability of solutions offered by various players assuming great importance.

Clearly, technologies differ in their development speed and require different financing and management approaches. This results in a necessity to fine-tune and interlink the instruments of state support for each of high-tech areas. Experts say that smart technologies require «smart and flexible management».
The manufacturer of 5D printers "Stereotech" entered the Wohlers Report on the global 3D printing market

The use of augmented reality has become the main digital trend at the SPIEF exhibition

This year, one of the leading trends at the SPIEF exhibition was the diverse use of interactive technologies, including augmented reality (AR).

At the SPIEF, the Roscongress Foundation's augmented reality service MARMA demonstrated unexpected and effective digital solutions, presenting participants with modern ways to promote business and events: interactive spaces and media, digital ambassadors, technological business cards of social and educational projects of the Roscongress Foundation, "reviving" souvenirs, virtual quest and other ideas for promoting content in a new way.

With the help of the MARMA service, the guests tested various ways of embedding digital objects in real scenery. Those arriving at the VIP lounge or the Pulkovo Business Aviation Center were able to communicate with a spectacular virtual assistant. At the site, the participants completed an AR quest and got acquainted with the digital ambassador - robot Marty.

The Forum participants saw the beauty and breadth of Russia on an interactive map of regions where rich natural resources, historical and cultural heritage, unique local brands and enterprises fit. The map revealed to investors and foreign guests the rich investment and tourism potential of each region of our country.

In addition, the Forum guests received a unique experience of interacting with digital objects using AR technology, including more than 300 people who took part in an interactive AR quest developed by the augmented reality service MARMA. More than a thousand Forum participants were charged with positive emotions and ideas, having tasted coffee with a surprisingly realistic foam pattern and AR-prediction at the stand. Most often, their portraits, portraits of loved ones and pets, as well as company logos were printed on the foam.

For the "Soul of Russia" festival, presented as part of the cultural program of the Forum, the MARMA service team prepared an exciting quest at the Lenfilm film studio. The participants were met by a talking reindeer, who told about the Festival and the first task of the quest. At each station, virtual and real worlds are connected: thematic 3D models with which you can interact. This technological solution allowed us to learn more about the distinctive culture, traditions and customs of the north, and with the help of augmented reality, this journey became even more emotional and memorable.

SPIEF-2023: on the eve of the Future Technologies Forum, a session on quantum technologies was held

...
The panelists discussed the prospects for investing in future innovations, including quantum technologies, which play an important role in the development of our country and have already become an integral part of progress.
...
In turn, Alexey Likhachev, CEO of Rosatom State Corporation, noted the important role of state-owned companies in the development of promising technologies in Russia, emphasizing the importance of their investments in this area, as well as efforts to create scientific and technological partnerships. "The government determines the main directions of strategic development and responsible state corporations. Thus, Rosatom State Corporation received the task of developing a quantum computer, and Russian Railways received the task of creating quantum communications. State corporations direct investments into the innovation sphere, despite the risks," Alexey Likhachev explained. The head of Rosatom also noted the need to train a new generation of scientists and engineers for the development of future technologies, and this, in his opinion, will serve to popularize promising scientific areas both at the school level and at universities.

The Director General of the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM) shared important statistical data Valery Fedorov:
"Russia remains a country of techno-optimists.

If, in general, the future for us is rather a zone of threats, dangers, problems, then the technologies of the future are considered as a tool for solving these problems, as a way to make our lives safer, more comfortable, richer, more worthy.
About 77% of respondents say they rather trust new technologies." Among the most relevant of them are quantum computers and quantum communication, 79% of respondents consider it necessary to develop them. According to the findings of VTSIOM, leadership in new technologies will be determined by the ability to form new markets, which will increasingly appear at the junction of various scientific disciplines.

According to Ruslan Yunusov, co-founder of the RCC, with the development of technology, not the world around us will change, but human nature itself. "We are opening up new technological horizons: quantum technologies, biotechnologies, creating digital worlds and realities," he said."

In Russia, debt collection cases are already initiated by robots, the replacement of employees is gaining momentum
June 14, 2023

June 9, 2023. TASS reports: "In Ryazan, for the first time, a robot initiated a case for recovery from a debtor. According to the law, procedural documents can be submitted automatically in cases where unconditional adoption of such decisions is possible. The robot program, without the participation of a bailiff, initiated enforcement proceedings against a debtor in Ryazan for the first time in Russia. This was reported in the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia."

The press service of the FSSP of Russia on the official website reports:
"For the first time, a procedural document has been submitted to the FSSP of Russia in automatic mode. The Federal Bailiff Service has begun work on the implementation of a law that allows for the automatic issuance of procedural documents in cases where unconditional adoption of such decisions is possible. For the first time, enforcement proceedings were initiated automatically without the participation of an official of the service on the basis of the pilot department of bailiffs of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Ryazan region. In the future, on the basis of the pilot department of bailiffs, work will be carried out to issue procedural documents without the participation of officials on the termination, termination and suspension of enforcement proceedings, on the collection of enforcement fees and the cancellation of restrictions imposed on debtors. The issuance of procedural documents in automatic mode is an example of the successful use of modern technologies in government structures. The practical implementation of the law will allow the FSSP of Russia to optimize and speed up the processes within the framework of the enforcement of court decisions and acts of authorized bodies."

The possibility to initiate enforcement proceedings without human participation appeared at the FSSP a little less than a year ago, in accordance with the amendments to the law "On Enforcement Proceedings". The law allows you to automatically start and stop enforcement proceedings, collect enforcement fees from debtors and set restrictions such as a ban on traveling abroad or the seizure of property. In addition, the FSSP now has the ability to request information about debtors and recoverers – passport data, TIN and SNILS numbers, as well as mobile phone numbers for notifications.

The fact that such a "scheme" will be implemented by the traffic police in conjunction with the FSSP was reported in some detail, in a publication Now in the traffic police, artificial intelligence writes off fines automatically. The law gives the driver 60 days to pay the fine. If the payment is overdue, the traffic police will transmit the data about the violation to the FSSP. Enforcement proceedings should be initiated there to recover the unpaid fine. The robot itself will begin to identify non-payers of administrative fines, including drivers-violators, and start cases. And he - artificial intelligence - will find the accounts of penalty takers in banks. As soon as the deadline for payment of the fine passes, the artificial intelligence will begin the collection procedure. The State Information System on state and Municipal Payments will immediately send a signal to the bailiff robots that an unpaid driver's debt has appeared. Artificial intelligence will immediately initiate enforcement proceedings. The procedure assumes that the driver must then be notified and given time to repay the debt. Yes, he will have to pay the fine in full, not half. In addition, there is a possibility that the notification will not reach for some reason, and the robot is also trained to search for bank accounts. So the driver can find out about everything only when money is deducted from him: the amount of the fine plus the performance fee.

The introduction of robots into the law enforcement system exists not only in Russia. For example, China has developed a digital prosecutor "SCMP". According to scientists, they have created a digital prosecutor who brings charges with 97% accuracy. Artificial intelligence works on the basis of an oral description of the case. The digital prosecutor's accusation is based on the analysis of thousands of characteristic features that his system recognizes. At the moment, artificial intelligence is able to charge eight of the most common crimes in Shanghai: dangerous driving, intentional injury, fraud (including credit card fraud), gambling, obstruction of official duties, theft, as well as "unleashing quarrels and provoking trouble." According to scientists, in the future it is planned that the digital prosecutor will be able to bring charges under less common articles. Prosecutors in China are already using an artificial intelligence tool to evaluate evidence and assess how dangerous a suspect is to the public. On July 16, 2021, Komsomolskaya Pravda reports: "Russian police robots will keep order in the UAE. Robots developed in Perm have been seen in the largest shopping centers in Abu Dhabi (Arab Emirates). According to the developers, their robot has successfully worked abroad for a whole year. In the UAE police, he was engaged in patrolling, video surveillance of store visitors, and also measured the body temperature of visitors and sellers. A carbon fiber robot on a platform like a Chinese vacuum cleaner, stuffed with electronics and cameras, also learned to speak English and Arabic. The Arabs liked it so much that they decided to use it also in the police departments of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman."

Robotization has long penetrated into various spheres, and continues to gain momentum. Earlier it was reported about robots in the MFC, Sberbank, in the SportMaster store, in the zoo, in the fast food chain, in coffee shops. It was also reported about the development of a virtual co-pilot in airplanes for the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

June 13, 2023. TASS reports: "The Ministry of Transport announced the start of transportation on the M-11 by the first Russian unmanned trucks. The first unmanned Kamaz trucks will begin transporting goods along the M-11 Moscow- Petersburg highway on June 14. This was reported to journalists in the press service of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. "As part of the Unmanned Logistics Corridors project, Kamaz unmanned trucks will carry commercial cargo from St. Petersburg to Moscow on June 14. The project involves the largest carriers: PEC, Globaltruck, Gazpromneft-Supply. The development of unmanned cargo delivery takes place within the framework of the experimental legal regime program on the M-11 Neva highway," the ministry said. In the near future, it is expected that unmanned Sberavtotech trucks will also enter the M-11 highway. The company's equipment has already been certified by US."

And it's not somewhere far away, it's all in Russia. Here you can also recall robotic lines in factories and factories, automated self-service ticket offices in retail chains, ticket vending machines in the subway. It's all about replacing people with robots.

Analysts at one of the largest investment banks, Goldman Sachs, believe that products using artificial intelligence technologies can leave about 300 million people out of work worldwide. This was reported by CNBC News. First of all, artificial intelligence will be able to do 46% of the work of administrative staff, 44% of the tasks faced by lawyers, as well as replace 37% of architects and engineers. According to analysts, it is possible to automate about a third of the work of sociologists, financiers and businessmen. (Source: Rossiyskaya Gazeta 28.03.20223)"

Let's remember.
Plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum
Vladimir Putin took part in the plenary session of the XXVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

June 16, 2023, 17:50, St. Petersburg
The moderator of the discussion is political scientist, historian, presenter of Channel One Dmitry Simes.
In 2023, the SPIEF is held under the motto "Sovereign development is the basis of a just world. Let's join forces for the sake of future generations."

...
Vladimir Putin: Dear friends! Dear Mr. President, Ladies and gentlemen!
...
The next direction of the supply economy is to increase the efficiency of the real sector and the service sector, increase labor productivity in Russia by eliminating bottlenecks, eliminating losses, and implementing optimal solutions. All this is described by the term "careful production".

Since 2019, we have been implementing the national project "Labor Productivity". About five thousand enterprises participate in it, more than 88 thousand employees have been trained in new modern methods. We see how this work is yielding results, including in the military-industrial complex: it allows you to quickly customize the production of weapons and military equipment.

The introduction of the principles of careful, efficient production should gain momentum, not only in the basic sectors of the economy, but also in other sectors, in the social sphere. Here it is necessary to fully utilize the resource of the Federal Competence Center and expand its mandate.

Another key area of the supply economy concerns active automation and the development of artificial intelligence technologies.

In Russia, due to objective demographic processes, the supply on the labor market will be limited. In these conditions, it is extremely important for us to increase the pace of automation of mining, manufacturing, agriculture, transport and logistics, trade and many other areas.

Russia has not only huge potential here, but also effective solutions of its own. Just the other day, as part of our forum, the launch of KAMAZ unmanned trucks on the Neva federal highway took place. Unmanned Yandex taxis are already operating on the streets of Moscow. These are good, but so far isolated examples, and we need the mass introduction of such technologies.

Let me remind you that last November we discussed measures to stimulate the introduction and production of industrial robots in Russia. We agreed that the Government will approve the relevant federal draft by July 1. I ask you to strictly maintain this deadline: delay here is absolutely critical for our economy.

The next important question is what is called "data–based management". This approach should be applied almost everywhere in the transport and communications system, medicine, education, government agencies, and so on.

We need to actively implement and use these developments, support the preparation of domestic software in the field of big data, launch projects in the field of artificial intelligence and, of course, strengthen information security, monitor data turnover so that they do not harm national security and the interests of our citizens. My colleagues and I have already agreed on concrete actions in this regard.

Unfortunately, there is also a lag here – you need to catch up with it and strictly adhere to the established plans in the future. We will hear the Government's report on this direction in the near future.

I would like to add that we regularly review the implementation of new technological solutions in the Russian economy and hold an annual conference dedicated to artificial intelligence. And starting this year, we are launching a new special platform – the Forum of Future Technologies, where advanced areas of technological development will be discussed on an annual basis.

Companies, regions, research teams will present their developments, share their experience in mastering the latest solutions. The first forum will be held very soon – in July. Promising ideas in the field of computing and data transmission will be discussed. I invite everyone to take part in this.

Technological changes are going very fast today, and for effective development it is no longer enough to automate individual production processes: you need to act on the scale of entire markets. Successful examples of such working platforms already exist in Russia: This is the Yandex platform in the taxi market – I have already mentioned this – and the automatic lending system in the Savings Bank, and the Ozone e-commerce platform.

I repeat: we need to cover more and more industries and institutions, forming the techno–economy of the future - an economy with institutions operating on a qualitatively new technological basis.

The platform principle of data-based management is being actively implemented in the daily activities of the Russian Government and colleagues in the regions. In many areas of such work on the use of new principles of the digital state, we are among the undisputed world leaders, and this is a fact. We need to strengthen these positions and move on.
...
D. Simes:
Mr President, thank you very much for this impressive speech.
You talked about a lot of very important things, with figures and facts in your hands, showed how Russia is developing in very difficult conditions, how this development is moving forward, how it is socially oriented, preserves and strengthens the openness of the Russian economy. All this, of course, is very important, positive, and when I said "amazing" – amazing, Vladimir Vladimirovich, because all this is happening in the context of international tension, the conflict around Ukraine and the ongoing hostilities there. ..."

SPIEF 2023 bonus. From the info in youtube LDRP channel:
06/16/2023
State Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Vladimir Koshelev presented the Zhirinovsky neural network at the SPIEF-2023. The parliamentarian stressed that artificial intelligence was trained on the legacy left by the Founder of the party.
Hundreds of terabytes of information: digitized debates and speeches, statements of the Founder of the party: the neural network "Zhirinovsky" not only learns quickly, but already forms its answers as the politician himself would do.
‒ When you start communicating with the algorithm, you understand how it thinks. He can answer the same question in different ways and swears like Zhirinovsky if he asks the same question several times in a row," Vladimir Koshelev said.
The politician compared developments in the field of artificial intelligence with the study of atomic energy.
‒ AI without any doubt leads us to the idea that in the future it will be a tool that works for the good, but at the same time it can work in a negative way. Therefore, the LDPR will prepare a draft law suggesting that all developments related to artificial intelligence should be controlled by the state. As for the Zhirinovsky neural network, on June 15 we witnessed a historic event: the world's first artificial political intelligence appeared, which will work for the benefit, unification and strengthening of our country," the parliamentarian concluded.

**
Will Russia achieve the same level of development in the field of artificial intelligence as the United States and China?
And that's what Zhirinovsky's "digital student" answered:
"Of course, Russia has every opportunity to catch up and surpass the United States and China in terms of the level of development of the artificial intelligence market. Our country has a rich scientific potential and talented specialists who are already developing innovative solutions in the field of AI. With increased investment and government support, Russia will be able to become a leader in this field and contribute to global technological advances. Let our AI speak Russian!"

Zhirinovsky proposed to introduce criminal penalties for anti-vaccinators

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky proposed to introduce criminal penalties for those who oppose vaccination against coronavirus.

On the air of Radio Russia, the politician expressed the opinion that the majority of the allegedly vaccinated Russians who died from COVID had fake vaccination certificates.

"If at least someone takes a position against vaccination - up to criminal punishment!" - Zhirinovsky declared. In this regard, he recalled that the Criminal Code of Russia has Article 236 on violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules. According to his assessment, it should be severely punished if the violation of such rules has inadvertently caused a mass illness of people. The article of the Criminal Code in question assumes five to seven years of imprisonment, Zhirinovsky recalled. He was outraged that no one had been punished for it yet.

He also criticized Russians who went to resorts on non-working days. And he called for strengthening the self-isolation regime.

Zhirinovsky urged to remove anti-vaccinators from the air
November 24, 2021

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, commenting on the letter of doctors to anti-vaxxers, suggested removing anti-vaccinators from the air of TV channels, as well as canceling the registration of parties that support people with such views. He also condemned the position of colleagues who have not been vaccinated for a long time, RIA Novosti writes.

If I were in the place of the authorities, I would take demonstrative measures: I would cancel the registration of those parties that support anti-vaccinators for anti-state activities, for not only not helping to save citizens, but also pushing people to the cemetery. After all, 460 thousand of our citizens have already died from covid! — Zhirinovsky declared.

Zhirinovsky also said that he condemns the position of the Deputy speaker of the State Duma, Pyotr Tolstoy, who is considered an opponent of vaccination, and suggested that the ancestor of the vice speaker, writer Lev Tolstoy, would be among the first to vaccinate in a similar situation. He also said that he had been trying to persuade the Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov to get vaccinated for a long time, but this happened only a year later.

Zhirinovsky received his eighth coronavirus vaccination
LDPR Zhirinovsky told about the eighth coronavirus vaccination due to low antibody levels

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky has been vaccinated against coronavirus for the eighth time. He told about this on the radio "Komsomolskaya Pravda".

"I'm not getting carried away. So I took eight injections and didn't get sick, and if I had done four, then maybe I would have been caught somewhere," he said. The politician suggested that he may be the only one who has done so many injections in a year and a half.
...
On December 15, Zhirinovsky announced that he had received his seventh coronavirus vaccination. This time he decided to be vaccinated with the drug "KoviVak".

Later, Professor of Virology, head of the laboratory of particularly dangerous infections of the Center for Fundamental and Translational Medicine Alexander Chepurnov told Lenta.ru", that so many vaccinations since September 2020 may be unnecessary, if not dangerous to health. "I don't really understand why such excesses are needed. Even highly reinsured Western medical authorities put six months as the optimal period. That is, for the year and a half that we have the vaccine, it would be worth doing no more than three injections," the expert said.

It is important to step up common efforts in the fight against epidemics, Moscow is ready to continue to actively participate in the elimination of outbreaks of dangerous infections in the world.
On June 22, Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed this out in his greeting to the participants and organizers of the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Global Threats to Biological Security. Problems and solutions".

"I would like to confirm that Russian specialists are ready to continue to take an active part in eliminating outbreaks of dangerous infections in various regions of the world," Putin said.

The Head of state also pointed out the importance of preserving and strengthening existing mechanisms of cooperation in countering biological threats.

"First of all, this concerns the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons, which entered into force almost half a century ago. Unfortunately, the principles approved by this fundamental document have been systematically violated recently," the President said.

Putin also noted that Russia stands for strengthening mechanisms that prevent the development and proliferation of biological and toxin weapons."

22-23 June 2023
Sochi, Russian Federation
IV INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
«GLOBAL BIOSECURITY CHALLENGES. PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS»

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
On June 22-23, 2023, in Sochi, the Russian Federation, Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation will convene the IV international conference "Global Biosecurity Challenges. Problems and Solutions". Its goal is a discussion regarding strengthening of international biological security. More than 150 participants from 70 countries as well as international and civil society organizations and academia are expected to participate the event.

Preventing and responding to natural and deliberate threats to biological security requires close multilateral cooperation, strengthening supranational mechanisms to reduce the threat of the development and use of biological and toxin weapons, and developing international cooperation to assist in managing health risks caused by infections.

The first such conference was held in 2017 and largely contributed to the adoption of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) work program for the intersessional period within the framework of the previous review. Based on the successful experience, this forum was also held in Russia in 2019 and 2021, making a significant contribution to the efforts of the international community to strengthen the biological weapons ban regime.

The Sochi meeting is a platform for an open professional discussion of all countries and organizations interested in ensuring indivisible biological security based on respect for the sovereignty and interests of states in this area.

The Sochi conference will allow analyzing current threats to biological security in the world and developing proposals to counteract them in order to protect health and ensure sustainable development.

The delegates will discuss the current global and regional biosecurity risks, experience in responding to infectious threats and new scientific opportunities to ensure biosecurity.

Among the main topics are modern technologies of prevention, detection and response to biological threats, scientific and technological development.

The Conference is also intended to make a meaningful contribution to the work of the Working Group on Strengthening the BTWC in order to achieve successful results.

What do some of russian alternative media think? Of course, alternatives... as in Western (and anywhere else in the world). They have different opinions about different things; they mix different things, etc. These are semi-pro-Putin, generally Patriotic (which can mean a lot of different things to who interprets it); also, for example, here, they talk about a lab-produced coronavirus (why was it all this, extremely well paid, huge push by the mainstream to convince us how scary something is around? Wasn't it, effective enough to convince, the scary thing from the biolaborators?); sometimes, in other articles, they say that it is no more than the flu; if I am not mistaken, they even went to the question "Why does no one give a sample with an isolated virus?"... Etc. And "War is very real", completely separate from the Great Reset and has nothing to do with its sequel, which all together (including Russia) started 2020. All those in power who are pushing the Great Reset in Russia are Western five-colonists whom Putin is expected to remove at some point. Putin, for whom has been written a digital transformation program (which is his favorite), who has signed orders to deploy AI everywhere in society, who is a fan of the green agenda, and who has signed laws to adapt society to climate change... And everything else. The whole reset is approved and legalized by him. And he talks about it all the time.
 :D

Let's see what they say about biosecurity.

THERE IS SIMPLY NO SMO FOR THEM: ROSPOTREBNADZOR AND THE RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTRY ARE ORGANIZING ANOTHER MEETING ON "GLOBAL BIOSAFETY" TOGETHER WITH WHO, THE PENTAGON OFFICES AND BRITISH MILITARY INTELLIGENCE

Amazing things from the series of waving to "respected partners"-globalists, waging a war of annihilation against us, continue to be done in the leadership of "our" medical officials. Anna Popova's office does not want to forget the authoritarian powers of the times of covidobes and continues to build a unified system of "digital health care" - with vaccination passports, a pandemic agreement, QR codes-ausways and bio/genetic experiments on the population with the involvement of offices directly cooperating with NATO, British military intelligence, who participated in the "Event 201" in October 2019 (rehearsal of "pandemic") and, of course, with the World Health Organization.

Tomorrow, June 22, Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation will hold an international conference in Sochi "Global threats to biological security. Problems and solutions". The event is positioned as very serious and is a continuation of the landing of the "sanepiddesant" from WHO in Kazan in the autumn of 2021. It is unclear what else should happen to the people and the country so that "our" authorities stop organizing these gatherings and fit into the plans of the "partners".

[From the opening statement on the official website (posted above)] We immediately see the favorite formulations of the globalists: "supranational mechanisms, ensuring sustainable development, indivisible biosafety", international cooperation. And at the same time, the fight against both bioweapons and infections is postulated, that is, according to the covid model of 2020. As we can see by the composition of the participants (and we will consider this in more detail later) – there are no restrictions for "dear partners" from the USA, Britain, the EU at this event. On the contrary, the RPN and the Russian Foreign Ministry are waiting for them with open arms. Each delegation will be assigned an "Information Officer", that is, a curator who will be its guide in Sochi. Note that this role / position has nothing to do with our country, by analogy with the "digital transformation officers" in the Russian government, its name "our" officials simply copied from the principles of "partners".

Next, we quote information from the administrative circular for the event:

"in order to prevent COVID-19 and ensure the epidemiological safety of the Conference participants:

– mandatory free PCR testing of participants and guests of the Conference will be organized;

– the body temperature of all participants of the events will be monitored at the entrance to the building (persons with a body temperature of more than 37.1 degrees C are not allowed);

– the use of personal protective equipment (medical masks) by participants, organizers and service personnel is ensured throughout the entire duration of the event."

As recently as June 19, 2023, the chief medical officer of Moscow Andreeva canceled all "anti-covid" restrictions, but these pandemic guys from the RPN and WHO, as we see, have their own normality. Therefore, at the conference in Sochi, all participants are required to take covid tests, walk in muzzles and show their body temperature. Apparently, their covidophrenia will never end.

Let's pay attention to the topics of the conferences of this two-day event: "Evolution of international law in the field of pandemic prevention", "Risks of biotechnologies and prospects for regulation at the national and international level", "Respect for sovereignty and ensuring collective biological security", "Modern technologies for preventing, detecting and responding to biological threats"…

Why is there such an awakened interest in the "evolution of international law", "collective biosafety" and "regulation at the international level"? Is it because WHO has already developed amendments to the International Health Regulations and a separate document in the form of a Pandemic Agreement? All these elements of the global health architecture were promoted at the session of the WHA in Geneva in May this year. If they are trying to assure us that all this is for the sake of saving the people and Russia from biological threats, let's ask ourselves: will they talk at this conference about the Pentagon's biological laboratories on the Outskirts, about medical experiments on civilians, about the regular use of chemical weapons by the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation? Will the projects of financing by the same Pentagon, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation of experiments with the transmission of coronaviruses to humans in a biolab in Wuhan, China, be analyzed?

No, they will talk about something completely different there, judging by the composition of the participants. Because otherwise, all the above questions may sound like a direct accusation of their not the cleanest deeds. It seems that "our" Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Rospotrebnadzor, together with Western "partners", are already in full swing preparing for a "new wildly dangerous pandemic", which was announced more than once by the heads of WHO and the UN. By the way, here is the list of participating organizations (not counting delegations from different countries):

Very interesting structures: Bradford University (Britain), WHO, WHO Regional Office for Europe, Geneva Center for Security Policy (Switzerland), Institute for Peace Research, Biosecure Consulting Firm (Switzerland), Johns Hopkins University (USA), CBW Events.

Note that Johns Hopkins University is a private American office, the largest US university after the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for military projects. It is a direct partner of the Pentagon. He supplied the world with daily statistics on the incidence of Covid-19 in 2020, and a little earlier – in October 2019 – he was one of the organizers of a large gathering of authoritative characters in New York called "Event 201". At this gathering, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum and the aforementioned institute were engaged in... modeling the global response to the "sudden pandemic of coronavirus, which began to be transmitted from animals to humans." An amazing coincidence, isn't it?

The Geneva Center for Security Policy (JCPB) is also a very interesting Sochi guest. Here is what the official dictionary of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia reports about him:

"The LCPB was created "as Switzerland's contribution to the NATO Partnership for Peace (PFP) program" "The teaching staff consists of invited specialists, about 20% of the staff have experience as analysts of NATO and the Pentagon. Also among the scientific and teaching staff there are employees who have studied at universities of the USSR and Russia, who speak Russian."

The main task of the Center is to train experts from among diplomats, military, officials of different countries, employees of international organizations on various security dossiers. The predominant topics of the courses are international security policy, including humanitarian (security of society and the individual) and cybersecurity, European security policy, democratic control over the power structures of leading states.

Jean–David Levitt (France) is the President of the Council of the Housing and Communal Services Foundation. The Director of the Center is Thomas Greminger (Switzerland, former OSCE Secretary General). Deputy Director and Head of the direction for the development of educational programs for senior staff – Kristina Orisich (Austria)".

These are the partners who have come to visit us under the wing of the Foreign Ministry and the RPN of the Russian Federation – NATO and Pentagon analysts who advocate "democratic control" over the power structures of the leading states. In whose interests this control will be carried out by the ex-Secretary General of the OSCE, we believe it is clear to everyone.

And here is another Sochi guest, modestly listed last in the list of invited organizations - CBW Events. We learn from the official website that this is a British NGO of experts on chemical / biological weapons, working closely with ... British military intelligence. The key activity of the office is large reports on "evidence of chemical use weapons" in Iraq, Syria and Libya. Those regimes that the United States and satellites have condemned to military destruction, of course.

Just wonderful "partners" were invited to Sochi by our officials in the midst of a counteroffensive by the Ukronazis against the positions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with the full coordination of the enemy of NATO. About WHO and separately the WHO European Bureau, which recently closed its office in Moscow as a sign of a special "partnership", we will just keep silent – their activities are analyzed in detail by us in other materials. So what do "our" diplomats and medical officials intend to negotiate with them about – how to make the whole world a better, cleaner and kinder place – without infections, without chemical weapons? Alas, there are very big doubts about this. As there are doubts that the initiators of this gathering do not pose a threat to the national security and sovereignty of Russia."

"Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare" Rospotrebnadzor

Rospotrebnadzor: The IV International Conference "Global Threats to Biological Security: problems and solutions" has started its work in Sochi
22.06.2023

...
The Chairman of the conference, the head of Rospotrebnadzor A.Y. Popova addressed the participants with the address of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin: "In the current difficult international conditions, it is very important to preserve and strengthen the existing mechanisms of multilateral cooperation in countering various threats of a biological nature. First of all, this concerns the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons, which entered into force almost half a century ago."

Anna Popova noted that a complex epidemiological situation remains in the world for a number of infectious diseases, stressing that global biosafety is characterized not only by changes in the health sector. It is influenced by international law, the reliability of information and data, biotechnology, scientific cooperation, digitalization and the introduction of artificial intelligence.

All of the above was reflected in the conference program. The conference is co-chaired by S.A. Ryabkov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, who addressed the conference participants with the address of the Secretary General of the CIS S.N. Lebedev:
"Taking into account the growing risks to the health of citizens due to the spread of new infectious diseases and the need to develop common principles and approaches in responding to them, the heads of the CIS member states in In 2021, a Statement on cooperation in the field of Biosafety was adopted. The leaders of our countries stressed the urgency of developing and strengthening a unified system for monitoring and rapid response to emergencies of a sanitary and epidemiological nature in the CIS space."
Results of the first day of the IV International Conference "Global Threats to Biological Security"
22.06.2023

The first day of the IV International Conference "Global Threats to Biological Security", organized by Rospotrebnadzor with the support of the Russian Foreign Ministry, has ended in Sochi.

The day began with the announcement of the greeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin. By the way, in connection with the events of the incredible coup attempt in Russia, which, although widely promoted everywhere as a very serious coup attempt, including in "sober" blogs, which, alone among all others, diligently note the events around plandemia and digitization in Russia (well, not quite; lean, selective and distorted; and superficial; with the addition that they do not see a link between war and plandemia, in the context of the ongoing global Great Reset; they do not see and it, all is separate actions of local bandits, there is not global organizated great reset; it's all very complicated, it's very complicated, and people who don't know the complex Russian reality with lots of people, power games and connections, just put together the easy generalized explanation that the Russian power factors are one big happy family with each other and together with the global bandits, and the events in Russia have something to do with the continuation of the global Great Reset (which all together started with the plandemia, and all were one big happy family back then; but it's over, "because the war"; and so on...), ended very quickly (The Coup attempt).
So, in this regard in these days, there are many conversations going on. The website of the executive committee of the Commonwealth of independent states informs us.

Development is expected.
The possibility of more such terrible coup attempts must be blocked.
In the interest of the CIS citizens.
And also they need to protect them from the pandemics.
This can only be done through digital transformation.
Secure digital identification, digital currencies, round-the-clock monitoring, and that stuff.
This is the only way to successfully fight the pandemics.
And the coups.
We know that.

So, something else caught my eye on this site.

And a few details from the MAG meeting mentioned in the previous comment.

Digitalization of urban space was discussed at the XXIX session of the International Assembly of CIS Capitals and Major Cities (MAG) in Khabarovsk

The agenda of the meeting included a report on the activities of the Board of the Assembly in 2022-2023, the election of governing bodies, the identification of priorities for the activities of the MAG for the future, as well as the forum "Digitalization of urban Space".

The choice of venue is quite understandable — in April 2022, Khabarovsk Mayor Sergei Kravchuk was elected president of the MAG, and a year later the regional center hosted guests not only from all over the country, but also from the commonwealth states. In addition to those who participated in person, representatives of about forty other cities joined the conversation via videoconference.

— "Smart City" is a very relevant and important topic for discussion today, — explained the General Director of MAG Vladimir Selivanov. — Our assembly has been developing this direction for more than 10 years. And in the summer, as part of the delegation of the CIS Executive Committee, I plan to visit the city of Arkadag, which is being built 30 km from the capital of Turkmenistan. It is being built from scratch with the maximum use of available smart technologies that should make people's lives more comfortable and safer. After familiarization, we plan to invite delegations from the cities included in the MAG there.

Vadim Ganin, General Director of the CIS Business Center for Economic Development Association, also spoke about smart technologies, who welcomed the participants on behalf of the Commonwealth of Independent States:

— The CIS Business Center has been cooperating with the Assembly for more than 15 years. In conditions of unstable economies, city budget deficits, volatile currencies, redistribution of markets and technologies, our cooperation should only get stronger," he said. — The MAG CIS platform is a unique place where businesses can demonstrate urban technologies and practices, and the best and proven ones, thanks to the work of the assembly, can be implemented and replicated for other MAG member cities.

He noted that the most striking example of a digital city today is Moscow, where many IT projects have already been implemented. And it all starts with street and road surveillance cameras, then artificial intelligence is connected, which is able to recognize faces, then control the movement of transport, fuel consumption, and so on. For example, there is a project "Smart Water Utility", sensors installed within its framework allow you to monitor the operation of the water pipeline, promptly identify leaks, failures and violations.

The activities of the Quantum Group of companies are aimed at energy-efficient eco-friendly technologies that pay off within the framework of the financial year. According to its CEO Kirill Chintsov, one of the projects provides for the introduction of energy-saving technologies and environmental improvement through the use of water-saving devices. Its implementation leads to a reduction in water consumption by 40-70 percent.

— We are also presenting an innovative device that allows us to achieve more efficient combustion of hydrocarbons. There is nothing complicated there, but in three years we have brought it to the possibility of implementation in the automotive industry, in factories, in everyday life," Kirill Andreevich added. — This will save fuel, which means it will reduce costs, and most importantly, it will reduce the emission of harmful substances.

The International Assembly of CIS Capitals and Major Cities unites 53 Russian cities and 33 from CIS countries.

Another project is in the works today, which in 2025 will allow the introduction of fuel ozonators: they can be a good alternative to replacing automotive catalysts.

— Such events show positive results of our joint work, — said the mayor of Khabarovsk, the president of MAG Sergey Kravchuk. — The agenda is very relevant, interesting to all municipalities. And the work itself, though time-consuming, but justifies itself, as it is aimed at improving the comfort of our residents. Khabarovsk, for example, is preparing to introduce a mobile application for citizens, which at the first stage will affect the housing and utilities sector, then we will add social and transport services there.

The assembly session ended with the presentation of awards. Sergey Kravchuk received the award named after the first president of the MAG Yuri Luzhkov, and a number of Khabarovsk residents were awarded the MAG orders "For Contribution to the sustainable Development of CIS cities" and honorary certificates of the assembly.

I don't read rags that like millionaires and billionaires at all, unless they've posted some misery on the things I'm interested in. So now I've opened Forbes Russia, for an article by a futurist from HSE (for my other thread), and I'm looking at their latest news article with an opinion piece by someone named Gleb Cherkasov. (Forbes Russia are not declared "Western agents", normal, registered media are (which loves billionaires), but, as I see, under some of their articles that mention the "special military operation" have a clarification:
"* According to the requirement of Roskomnadzor, when preparing materials about a special operation in the east of Ukraine, all Russian media are required to use information only from official sources of the Russian Federation. We cannot publish materials in which the operation is called an "attack", "invasion" or "declaration of war", unless it is a direct quote (Article 57 of the Federal Law on Mass Media). In case of violation of the requirement, a fine of 5 million rubles may be levied from the media, and the publication may also be blocked."

:) Well, it should mean,"we want to, but we can't say it." In my opinion: it should look like it means that. As well as what all "anti-Russian and pro-western" Russian publications, "foreign agents" and so on say. I don't read them at all and never post them. But, not because they are "anti-Russian" and therefore compromised, but because all of them, along with the mainstream and a large part of the alt-media (western, Russian, and any other), are - intended or unintentional - participants in NWO propaganda, which, each in different ways, carries out the big lie that the East and the West do not have the same transhumanist plan for the future. So the "anti-Russian" rags do the same, not noting and not criticizing Russia for the implementation and plans for great reset that are taking place there, or if they do, they "forget" to mention that the West is doing the same, not to mention the common origin of the supposedly different Western and Eastern roads, as well as the agreements between them, including nowadays, in the implementation of which they are progressing.

So I don't read them, the same way I don't read the Western (or any) mainstream, except to look for what lies they've published, things that are important to the development of the so-called Great Reset. But this is the opinion expressed on the pages of Forbes Russia, this Cherkasov.

Networks of rebellion: why the performance of "Wagner" will change the Kremlin's information policy

Gleb Cherkasov

The authorities can declare the end of the "March of Justice" their unconditional victory, which could not have been. However, the organizational issues will still follow. Journalist Gleb Cherkasov believes that the changes will primarily affect the information sphere

After the tragedy in Beslan, the elections of heads of regions and in single-mandate districts in the State Duma were canceled (then both were returned). One of the consequences of the marsh protests was the May 2012 decrees. The government always reacts to a crisis, but it does it in such a way that it does not feel as if it has caved in. This is Vladimir Putin's signature style — never to show anyone that he can be pressured. And vice versa — to propose asymmetric measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings.

Consider it a victory
Sometimes you can not admit failures, but consider them victories. After the end of Yevgeny Prigozhin's one-day benefit, the country's leadership has the greatest temptation to declare everything that happened its success. Arguments are not difficult to pick up. The march has been stopped, the formations of the Wagner PMCs have been returned to the camps, Prigozhin will leave the public field for some time. The whole vertical cheerfully saluted by the middle of Saturday afternoon. None of those who enjoyed friendship with Prigozhin until the most recent events supported him.

However, such an interpretation of events does not exclude consequences and organizational issues that will not formally be associated with the march of the "Wagnerians" to Moscow. But in fact, they will become a reaction of the system to the experience of June 23-24.

It finally turned out that if a person is given not only material and information resources, but also the opportunity to dispose of them uncontrollably, reporting only to the chief, sooner or later his interests will come into conflict with the interests of other appointees. And if this person is ready to change the rules of the game by his hand, then he immediately becomes very dangerous for other, more cautious players. Before starting the battle with the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff, Prigozhin wiped his feet on the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov in the same style. Precisely because he was much better able to use the information opportunities provided to him. Well, in terms of PR moves, his talents have been tested by more than one campaign.

Now, probably, control over the use of resources entrusted to one or another subject of economic and political activity will be tightened. Especially with regard to the information sphere.

Unnecessary information
For two days in June, it turned out that, despite all the efforts of previous years, there is a lot of information and it circulates quite well. The government has a controlling stake in the formation of the news agenda and the information space, but it is not possible to close everything. And it has not yet been possible to make sure that everyone sees and hears what he is supposed to see and hear. And the old faithful friend TV is not an assistant here, because it has become heavy on the rise.

Quite a popular entertainment during these hours was the pieces of social network users over the peaceful agenda of TV channels. It was clear that many years of relative calm did not allow us to turn to the emergency format quickly. Or, which is also likely, the people responsible for setting the parameters of event coverage did not have time to figure out what it should look like.

The TV has really lost quite a lot to the Internet, and since TV channels can no longer become different, the network will have to change.

How convenient it would be for the authors of the news agenda if citizens from the Rostov and Voronezh regions did not have the opportunity to tell their friends that the "March of Justice" passed by them. Or if there were no shots with the residents of Rostov-on-Don, peacefully conversing with the "Wagnerians". There is no picture, there is no message — there are no questions about how it turned out that the military column quite calmly reached almost Moscow in a day. Or what was the essence of Prigozhin's claims to the authorities.

It would seem that the rules are already being tightened regularly, but now we can talk about a fundamental change in the formation of the information space. And it would be in the style of the system's reaction to the identified problem.

Moreover, the occasion is quite appropriate. Noting the removal — maybe temporary, maybe permanent — of Yevgeny Prigozhin, who played well in the information field, it is possible to build up the field itself. So that no one would be tempted to follow the example of the Wagner PMCs and its head. For example, rumors that Telegram will be placed under stricter control of the Russian authorities or companies affiliated with them may turn out to be quite a realistic forecast."

***
This is the opinion of Cherkasov expressed in Forbes (Russia). Of course, without I checking, he probably dismisses plandemia and the Great Reset as "conspiracy theories" and most likely likes digitalization and so on, like Progres and so on. Forbes certainly does (even Forbes Russia, which, again, is not a "foreign agent", but a regular, registered media.)

So, putting that aside, and considering that the "coup attempt" is an organized performance to extract just such 'great reset measures' for tightening and "consolidation", Cherkasov should be right. I'll see you soon. There will be some benefit from the " coup attempt." I didn't mention the "martial law" because they said it would be lifted soon. But some measures are likely to follow, though.

Let us not forget and this "coincidence", two days before the "great attempt at Rebellion" (Putin called it an attempt at Rebellion...*more precisely: "military mutiny"), from the front post:

"On June 22, 2023, the inter–ministerial consultations of the CIS member states on international information security (IIB) were held in Moscow under the chairmanship of the Russian side.
...
The emphasis is on strengthening cooperation on specialized UN platforms – in the Open–ended Working Group on Security in the Field of ICT Use 2021-2025, the Special Committee for the Elaboration of a Universal Convention on Countering the Use of ICT for Criminal Purposes, as well as in the International Telecommunication Union and the Universal Postal Union. The issues of internationalization of Internet network management were discussed."

~
Interesting. Exactly what on the official level is certainly interpreted as "the use of ICT for criminal purposes", and very loud and big, happened two days later.

Isn't it a circus?

Because some specialists in analysis of Russia, and not from those of the "5D" sector, but precisely the others, the sober ones (above all some Squat-ting bloggers and their Rollo-ing brothers), are trying with all their strength to urge us to look seriously at the complex event of the "uprising", as a completely real event. Why is that? Are they stupid or have a hidden purpose? :)

*However, the cool thing is that a significant portion of their readers actually do not succumb to these attempts at persuasion. :D

Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation
Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia advocated the development of mutually beneficial cooperation at the meeting of the Ministers of Education of the Group of Twenty
June 26 [2023], International cooperation

Russia will continue to fulfill its obligations under international agreements and opposes the politicization of education through the Group of Twenty. This statement was made by the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Dmitry Afanasyev at the G20 meeting of education ministers, which was chaired by India.

This year, India, as the host of the forum, is hosting the G20 delegates in Pune. The key event of the week was the meeting of Ministers of Education, which for the first time in the last four years was held in a face-to-face format. It brought together representatives of the world's leading economies and acted as a platform for a substantive discussion of education development issues, including with key Russian BRICS partners. A number of leading Russian projects were presented at the event: the opening of advanced engineering schools, the creation of scientific and educational centers and a network of world-class campuses.

Speaking at the meeting, Dmitry Afanasyev noted that Russia will continue to fulfill its obligations under international agreements and ensure the protection of the rights of foreign students studying in Russia. He paid special attention to the prospects for the development of international cooperation in the current conditions.

"Russia remains open to constructive dialogue with all states on a mutually beneficial basis. We are convinced that such global spheres as education and science should build bridges, not walls," the Deputy head of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia stressed.

Following the meeting, a "chairman's statement", a report on the activities of the Working Group and a compendium with the best practices of the G20 member countries were adopted. From the Russian Federation, the document includes the federal project "Professionalism", the federal project "Platform of University technological entrepreneurship", the superservice "Admission to university online", a unified digital platform for scientific and scientific-technical interaction of researchers, as well as a project on carbon landfills.

Also, as part of the event, an exhibition was organized at one of the leading universities in India — the Savitribai Phule University of Pune, which reflects the priorities of the Indian presidency of the Group of Twenty in the current year in the field of education. Among them is the development of digital technologies, research and new competencies. Deputy Head of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and Minister of Education, Advanced Training and Entrepreneurship of India Sri Dharmendra Pradhan got acquainted with the exposition.

It should be noted that the Group of Twenty (G20) includes 19 countries — Russia, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Great Britain, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Canada, China, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, USA, France, South Korea, South Africa, Japan, as well as the European Union. The chair country of the forum sets priorities and topics of work for the year, draws up a calendar of events, prepares basic documentation and organizes negotiation processes. Decisions in the Group of Twenty are made by consensus. This year, India is the chairman, Brazil will take over the baton in 2024, and South Africa in 2025."

Experts have figured out how to improve data collection on the transition to carbon neutrality

26.06.2023
RANEPA [more for RANEPA: 1, 2] specialists have figured out how to improve data collection on the transition to carbon neutrality. The mechanism for assessing the effectiveness of national climate actions is a universal tool for tracking the progress of states in the field of global climate policy, in which the Russian Federation also participates, experts of the Russia–OECD RANEPA Center Antonina Levashenko and Alexandra Koval note.

Experts note that the OECD Climate Action Indicators Panel, launched in 2021, contains key indicators for tracking progress in achieving climate goals and provides insight into various actions of countries in the field of climate policy.

The panel consists of 3 blocks – "Emissions", "Impact and risks", "Actions and opportunities". The "Emissions" block reflects the results of monitoring greenhouse gas emissions and is of key importance for assessing progress in achieving climate goals. The "Impacts and risks" section reflects the assessment of climate impacts and related risks. The Actions and Opportunities block consolidates assessments of effective climate measures needed to move towards zero emissions and a sustainable economy.

RANEPA experts note that Russia currently maintains a high percentage of annual changes in the intensity of greenhouse gas emissions per unit of GDP (0.396% change) and per capita (2.34% change).

The share of renewable energy sources (RES) in Russia is 2.6% - compared to the share of coal in 16.1%, oil in 19.3%, natural gas in 54%, nuclear energy in 7.1%.

Effective carbon rates in Russia of 0-30 euros per ton of CO2 are applied to 6.2% of greenhouse gas emissions, rates of 30-60 euros per ton of CO2 are applied to 7.4% of emissions. Russia also has 5% of patent applications for climate change mitigation technologies as a percentage of the total number of patented technologies.

According to Antonina Levashenko and Alexandra Koval, in order to introduce indicators comparable to the OECD Indicator Panel, it would be advisable to work out the issue of collecting information on climate-related tax revenues. In addition, it makes sense to detail the calculation of government spending on the fuel and energy complex and applied scientific research - up to detailed government spending on R&D in the field of renewable energy and other low–carbon technologies.

RANEPA experts also recommend expanding the use of indicators available in the Panel, they should be used, among other things, to more correctly track the results of the implementation of the domestic low-carbon strategy."

Moscow will allocate a grant to support fundamental and exploratory research of Moscow scientists

26.06.2023

Moscow will allocate a grant to the Russian Scientific Foundation to support fundamental and exploratory scientific research of Moscow scientists. Sergei Sobyanin wrote about this in his telegram channel.

"The funds will be used to finance the projects of the winners of the annual competition "Conducting basic scientific research and exploratory scientific research by small individual groups". Metropolitan research teams of up to four people can participate in the competition. At least half of the scientists in the group should be under 39 years old," Sergei Sobyanin wrote. [little more for Sobyanin: 1, 2 ]

The grant is allocated for the implementation of projects in priority areas of scientific research supported by the Moscow Government for the needs of the metropolis. These include advanced digital, intelligent manufacturing technologies, environmentally friendly and resource-saving energy, personalized medicine, high-tech healthcare and health-saving technologies, countering man-made, biogenic, socio-cultural threats, terrorism and ideological extremism, ensuring technological sovereignty, import substitution, import conservation and more. ..."

The government has expanded the experiment on the creation of electronic diplomas and certificates

June 27, 2023
Resolution No. 1023 of June 24, 2023

The experiment of creating digital documents on education and qualifications will be continued in a new format. Now, in addition to schools, lyceums, colleges, regional and federal universities will participate in it. The resolution on this has been signed.

The experiment in the expanded format will also take place in three stages. From July 1 to July 31, the mechanism for the formation of digital certificates of basic and secondary general education (9th and 11th grades) and the practice of transmitting information about them to the public services portal for posting in users' personal accounts will be worked out. For another three months – from August 1 to October 31 – certificates of secondary vocational education. At the last stage – from November 1 to December 31 – it is planned to include documents on higher education in the experiment.

An important caveat: digital documents generated as part of the experiment will not have legal force and will not be issued to graduates. After its completion, electronic diplomas and certificates will be deleted from the system.

Working out the mechanism for creating digital diplomas and certificates will ensure the full-fledged operation of the super services "Admission to university online" and "Electronic documents on education" on the portal of public services.

It is assumed that later electronic diplomas and certificates can, if desired, be used for admission to a university or for employment on a par with traditional paper documents."

"It is assumed that later..." ;)

The Federation Council proposed to oblige clinics to use AI in radiation diagnostics

June 27, 2023
Artem Sheikin, a member of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction of Russia, said that the Artificial Intelligence section of the Council for the Development of the Digital Economy at the Federation Council discussed the process of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) into the work of medical organizations. The senators proposed to oblige clinics to use AI-based software as medical devices for radiation diagnostics.

Such software, as planned in the Federation Council, will be used in X-ray examinations, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography and other studies. The senators also suggested considering the possibility of changing the clinical guidelines for obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, oncology, urology, surgery and endocrinology in order to apply AI technologies.

Although the formulations of targets in regulatory legal acts on the development and implementation of AI in healthcare of the Russian Federation also regulate software based on AI technologies, they do not oblige medical organizations to use AI services in constant practice, which complicates the process of introducing these technologies into medicine," Artem Sheikin wrote in his telegram channel.

In July 2020, the State Duma adopted a law providing for the possibility of establishing experimental legal regimes in medical activities, including the use of telemedicine technologies and technologies for collecting and processing information about the state of health and diagnoses of citizens. At the same time, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia proposed to simplify the mechanism for transferring medical data protected by medical secrecy, in particular information about a citizen's request for medical care, his health status and diagnosis, to software developers for creating products using AI and big data technologies.

In November 2020, the Ministry of Health proposed to use depersonalized medical data of patients from the Federal Integrated Electronic Medical Record of the EGISZ for training programs based on AI technologies.[...]

In September 2021, the Ministry of Health announced the development of a unified information base of medical documents, images and the results of instrumental research to create a SPD.[...]

In September 2022, the national standard (GOST R) approved by Rosstandart "Artificial intelligence systems in clinical medicine" came into force. Part 1. Clinical evaluation". GOST regulates the conduct of clinical trials of artificial intelligence systems in medicine. The document became part of the process of standardization of the use of AI in healthcare. ..."

MSU scientists train robots to act like a swarm of bees

Representatives of the Moscow State University "Brain, Cognitive Systems, Artificial Intelligence" proposed using machine learning and neural network methods to increase the speed of advancement of a group of robots while preserving its structure. The results of the study were modeled in the Matlab environment.

In the modern world, robotics is developing at a rapid pace, so many new and interesting tasks arise. The development of the component base has led to the fact that the hardware and software capabilities of each individual robot and, as a result, its functionality have significantly increased. In this regard, the so-called multi-agent groups or swarms of robots are currently of great interest.

Most often, models based on the so-called swarm structure are considered. In it, agents (robots) gather in formations resembling, for example, a swarm of bees. The canonical model was proposed by Carl Reynolds based on three principles: repulsion, which allows robots not to collide with each other, speed equalization, which helps maintain a uniform movement of the swarm, and attraction, which is responsible for ensuring that agents observe a certain formation, and the group does not fall apart. There are tasks that require the allocation of a leader in the group who will lead it. In many situations, difficulties may arise both when swarming sharply at high speed, as well as when avoiding obstacles, especially dynamic ones.

"Our idea is to "teach" robots to maintain formation and most effectively bypass any obstacles (convex, non-convex and movable). A proposal was put forward to use machine learning and neural network methods to increase the speed of the group's progress while preserving its structure. The goal is to minimize the fluctuation of the volume of the group determined by us. Here, under the volume, we defined the space that is enclosed between the agents located on the edge of the group," said Alexander Ilyin, professor of the Department of Nonlinear Dynamic Systems and Control Processes at the Faculty of the Moscow State University.

At the beginning, robots are trained to interact with each other under the supervision of one conditional coordination center. In this center, information about movements is collected, adjustments are made to the forces of attraction and repulsion of agents, and a certain reference model of interaction is created. Next, this model is embedded by scientists in each robot, the whole group is tasked with moving to some target point and the team goes on a "free float". According to the hypothesis put forward by scientists, it is expected that robots, interacting only with group members and the environment, will learn to maintain the required size of the formation and achieve the goal in the shortest time.

The report presents technoscience as a specific stage in the development of science and technology that requires regulation. It is shown that the specifics of regulation of biotechnologies are determined by the fact that biotechnologies lead to the appearance of objects, social relations and conflicts, for which there are no samples for evaluation. The levels of regulation of biotechnologies are described: higher principles, codes of ethics for researchers and developers, industry/sector/project regulation (mechanisms, opportunities, limitations). The features of law and ethics as regulators of biotechnologies are highlighted. The Master's program "Bioethics", implemented by the Faculty of Philosophy, is presented.

Session No. 6 “Biological safety and digital technologies”
Topic "Ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence systems in biotechnology"

The report presents the key ethical risks of integrating AI technology and the field of biotechnology, including synthetic biology. The general and special aspects of ethical regulation for digital support systems for expert solutions in the field of biotechnology are highlighted. The problem of the reachability of the trusted (transparent, ethical) is formulated AI for the purposes of biotechnology development. A number of problems are named: the problem of confidentiality of sensitive personal data in research biotechnological projects; the risks of new forms of discrimination and deepening inequality due to the introduction of AI; transformation of the processes of interaction of subjects with the appearance of an "intermediary" in the form of AI technology; the problem of liability in case of harm due to errors or incorrect operation of AI.

MSU scientists have found out how COVID-19 affected the Moscow rains

MSU scientists, together with foreign colleagues, for the first time studied changes in the physicochemical properties, ionic composition and concentrations of potentially toxic elements in Moscow's precipitation in the spring-summer of 2020 as a result of the introduction of restrictive measures to combat the spread of COVID-19. The results of the study, supported by the megagrant of the Ministry of Education and Science within the framework of the national project "Science and Universities", are published in the journal Urban Climate.

The topic of COVID-19 has recently been practically removed from the agenda. However, for scientists studying environmental problems, self-isolation regimes introduced in a large number of major cities around the world provided a unique opportunity to assess the impact of reducing anthropogenic emissions on the environment. Numerous studies have confirmed the opinion of citizens about reducing the level of dust in the air and its gas pollution, about more frequent meetings with songbirds, reducing noise and light pollution (especially in city centers), as well as other positive results of lockdowns. On the other hand, many studies have shown an increased impact on the environment due to the intensification of household waste incineration in the private sector, accelerated ozone formation, rapid growth in the mass of medical waste and used personal hygiene products, etc. However, it was still unclear whether the chemical composition of precipitation in Russian cities changes during the lockdown and how much. This is important for further understanding how well precipitation can purify the atmosphere of gaseous pollutants and solid particles while reducing anthropogenic impact.

MSU scientists, together with foreign colleagues, for the first time studied the content of basic ions and potentially toxic elements (PTE) in the precipitation of the world's highest–latitude megalopolis – Moscow - before, during and after the self-isolation regime in winter-summer 2020. .."

Neurotechnologies and big data help TSU in finding its applicants

Attracting talented applicants is an important task of the university. New recruiting technologies are being developed by scientists of the Center for Cognitive Research and Neuroscience of TSU "NeuroTomsk". Together with the University Consortium of Big Data Researchers and the company "Neurotrend" (Moscow), they study the perception of the Tomsk State University brand by applicants and analyze the digital footprint of future students in VKontakte. The findings of scientists will help universities in creating new effective advertising solutions to attract applicants.

Philologists, neurophysiologists and big data specialists of Tomsk State University have launched the project "Neuroabiturient", the result of which will be the creation of an effective mechanism for attracting applicants to universities. The project is being implemented in partnership with the University Consortium of Big Data Researchers and neuromarketing company "Neurotrend". Scientists will conduct a neurotesting of communication materials created to attract applicants during the admission campaign, and an analysis of the digital footprint in the VKontakte social network. The model is planned to be tested on data obtained in at least three Russian universities on an initial sample of about 100 applicants.

– The advantage of the methodology is that the neural equipment has the detail of perception data up to a second, and the basic automatic processing of the results reduces the percentage of errors associated with the human factor. The combination of neurotechnologies and big data is significantly superior to traditional methods of analyzing the effectiveness of university positioning," explains Maria Tolstova, director of the Center for Cognitive Research and Neuroscience "NeuroTomsk" TSU. – As a result, universities will get a real picture of the interests of applicants and methodological recommendations that they can apply in their strategic activities.

Director of the Center for Cognitive Research and Neuroscience "NeuroTomsk" TSU Maria Tolstova

In their work, TSU specialists use the software and hardware complex "Neurobarometer" provided by the partner company "Neurotrend". According to the data from the eye tracker, which registers eye movements, you can see what exactly in the advertising booklet or video caused the applicant's interest. The biobraslet registers the parameters of the autonomic nervous system – using it, scientists analyze the emotional involvement of a person and the change in his emotions while viewing materials.

30 applicants have already passed the neurotest and questionnaire in the Center "NeuroTomsk" of TSU. Scientists collected part of the data during the forum for schoolchildren "Talents of Siberia", where they recorded the reactions of future applicants with the help of neural equipment.

Studies with the direct participation of applicants include 3 stages. At the first stage, data collection is provided: potential participants fill out screening questionnaires, according to which scientists select suitable respondents. Then the applicants view the "incentives" – promotional materials about the university, and the researchers simultaneously use neural equipment to register their neurophysiological reactions, for example, whether the applicant pays attention to the university logo. At the third stage, after viewing, participants fill out questionnaires where they give their assessments of the studied promotional materials according to various key parameters.

Scientists evaluate the perception of videos by attention, emotional involvement in viewing, branding power, interest, memorability. In the perception of the university's website, in addition to emotional involvement and attention, the number of clicks and clarity of navigation, information search strategy are important. Cognitive load, attention and interest are important in assessing the perception of texts.

The research is carried out within the framework of the strategic project of Tomsk State University "Socio-humanitarian engineering: research and design of man and society" with the support of the federal project "Priority 2030".

For reference. Tomsk State University holds a leading position in the field of application and development of neuroscience in the educational environment. Thus, the first Russian Master's program "Human Development: Genetics, Neuroscience and Psychology" in English was opened on the basis of the International Center for Human Development Studies at TSU in 2016. Students receive competencies here in the field of cognitive and neurotechnology, scientific communication, development and evaluation of educational programs. In the Center for Cognitive Research and Neuroscience of TSU "NeuroTomsk", opened in 2022, TSU employees learn to work with neural equipment, and in the laboratory of Applied big data analysis – with methods of processing such data; and then apply them in their research projects.

Ukraine may ban cash: the president's Office told details
26.06.2023

In Ukraine, they want to introduce a ban on the circulation of cash currency and make sure that all payments are made only using bank cards and P2P transfers. Thus, it can help fight corruption by 95%.

What do they think about such a ban in Ukraine

According to Rostislav Shurma, the government is now seriously discussing such a ban. However, there are many claims that the ban on cash is a direct violation of human rights. In turn, the ideologues of the ban claim that it can become an effective tool in the fight against corruption.

Rostislav Shurma expressed hope that the president's team will adopt this idea in the coming months. This will help you create a roadmap and understand how effective such changes will be.

Thus, Ukraine may become the first country in the world to completely abandon cash. However, the question of whether this will help to become a country free from corruption remains open..

At the same time, most Ukrainians use online payments and non-cash payments. So giving up cash won't be too difficult. At the same time, opponents of this idea believe that the state will begin total control over the accounts of Ukrainians.[...]

In general, in the era of digitalization, such a step is only a matter of time for the whole world. But will the refusal of cash from Ukraine begin? So far, this question remains open.

"

Individual educational trajectories in Russian universities

The current trend of higher education today is the personalization of learning. As a consequence, there is a need to form an individual educational trajectory (IOT) with the active participation of the student. This approach to training allows you to get not only the main specialty, but also competencies in other areas, sometimes opposite to the main track.

"In the 21st century, we are entering a fundamentally different model of education. It should become more individual, not in order to find talents, but in order to reveal talent in everyone. We need to make higher education individual, that is, to work with everyone in a special way. Medicine has already been personalized, we require an individual approach in everything. Why should education be different?", – said the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov.

Freedom in choosing a number of subjects develops awareness, the ability to navigate a large information flow, analyze what knowledge is relevant here and now, and adapt to changes in the profession that may occur during training. In the digital age, all these qualities are especially appreciated by employers. University graduates are expected to be flexible and able to quickly integrate into team projects.

We tell you how domestic universities organize individual educational tracks for their students. ..."

Evgenia and Maxim Arbugaev's film "Haulout" was shortlisted for the best documentary short films at the 95th Academy Awards.
This is a film about the problems of the Arctic, about the consequences of global warming and, of course, about selfless people.

The authors tell about the "Exit" shot in the north of Chukotka, nominated for an Oscar in the category of "Short Documentary" (as well as a participant of the Berlinale, winner of "Messages to Man" and "Flahertians").

Evgeniya Arbugaeva:
Haulout is my first experience in cinema. I am a photographer, I have been working in the Arctic and the North for more than ten years, taking pictures of meteorologists and scientists who work there. A few years ago I received a grant from the National Geographic Society...

"A lone scientist on the coast of the Siberian Arctic finds that warming seas have taken a toll on the walrus migration, as documented in a film by Evgenia Arbugaeva and Maxim Arbugaev. "Haulout" is nominated for Best Documentary Short at the 2023 Academy Awards."
There is no "cancel culture" here, and no one from Russia complains... :D
But, hey, look at that:
NEW YORK, June 29. /TASS/. The American Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences has invited Russian documentary filmmakers from Yakutia Maxim and Evgenia Arbugaev to become members of this organization.
— They represent outstanding talents in various fields of cinema and have had a vital impact on the cinema and cinema fans around the world, — said the heads of the film Academy Bill Kramer (CEO) and Janet Young (president). ..."

So nice.. "Global warming", that's how it brings enemies together, I'll shed a tear of excitement...

For the first time in Russia, a language neural network has been integrated into a robot control system
This will allow people without programming experience to control such machines

June 28 [2023]. Roboticists from NUST MISIS and Sberbank have successfully integrated a large AI language model into a robot manipulator control system for the first time in Russia. "Putin was shown the multimedia fountain in Derbent - the largest in Russia" (yesterday)

Vladimir Putin goes public for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic

June 28, 2023
Vladimir Putin, who arrived at the opening of the light and music fountain in Derbent, suddenly went to the residents. He walked into the crowd and began to shake the outstretched hands. "And me too and me too!" people shouted from different sides. Putin kissed the girl standing next to him and took a picture with her for a selfie. Other residents also "begged" for a selfie with the president. Putin stayed in the crowd for several minutes.

Earlier, the head of state often practiced such communication with Russians. However, the last time this happened was in March 2020 in Ivanovo. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the president has not "gone to the people", and the participants of the events had to either observe quarantine, or were located at a considerable distance from Putin. The last meeting with the security forces in the Kremlin was also held with respect for social distance.

However, after the mutiny, it was obviously important for the president to demonstrate unity with the common people."

I mean, I'm outraged, because this joyful and rare news, in the middle of the article is interrupted by this advertisement:

Russian doctors are developing an algorithm for monitoring the condition of patients with schizophrenia
According to Marina Kinkulkina, head of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology at Sechenov University, in order to maintain a stable condition against the background of minimal sufficient therapy, it is important to recognize the initial signs of deterioration in time.

Sechenov University specialists create an algorithm to prevent exacerbations in patients with schizophrenia. Subsequently, it will be possible to use it in a smartphone application, the press service of the university told TASS on Wednesday.

"At the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of the First Moscow State Medical University and at the Korsakov Psychiatric Clinic, a new method of data analysis is being created to prevent exacerbations in patients with schizophrenia. In Novosibirsk, a neural network was trained to recognize depression and burnout by human facial expressions
Potentially, employers will be able to use such a system to control the psycho-emotional state of employees

NOVOSIBIRSK, June 28, 2023. A graduate student of Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU NETI) has developed a machine learning algorithm that detects depression and burnout by analyzing human facial expressions. In the future, employers will be able to use the neural network to control the emotional state of employees, the press service of the university told TASS on Wednesday.

"It's enough for us people to look at the facial expression. And, therefore, artificial intelligence can cope with this. Therefore, I decided to create a neural network that will be able to recognize people's emotions and help us manage ourselves," the press service quoted the author of the development Andrey Telepnev.

According to him, the emotional state of a person affects many body systems: the work of internal organs and motor activity, the processes of thinking, memory and perception. The use of machine learning in the field of emotion recognition will allow you to simulate cognitive processes, create learning models, develop brain-computer interfaces, study brain activity and associative memory. All this will eventually help to create artificial intelligence similar to human.

To develop the algorithm, Telepnev used open data from an experiment conducted in China. During this study, the brain activity of people experiencing different emotions was recorded using an electroencephalogram."
