A question about the honesty of the intelligence claims to be God!

People talk for hours & hours about "God" but rarely about the Mystery of themselves
??? As if the self is the greatest mystery there is. Why do you exist? What is the purpose of existence? What brought you into being? There is no "self" without God. If you awoke and found yourself on a train that was rattling across the tracks, hurtling towards some unknown destination, would you stop to get comfy and eat the refreshments, or would you ask "what am I doing here, who put me here, where are we going?" You cannot know yourself if you do not know why you were created or what your purpose is. Death is a certainty. Time is ticking. You only have a limited amount of time to seek the answers. You cannot live a life without a purpose, without knowing why you are here. Such a life can only breed misery, malaise and anxiety.
The concept of "God" is just a catch all for things we don't understand.
God is the uncaused, first cause that brought the universe into existence. This is a logical premise. Believing in God does not preclude one from asking questions about things we don't understand, such as the workings of the natural world. In fact, God encourages us to seek knowledge of the world He has created because, by it, we will come to understand the divine hand in its creation.

"Another of His signs is the creation of the heavens and earth, and the diversity of your languages and colours. There truly are signs in this for those who know.

"Among His signs are your sleep, by night and by day, and your seeking His bounty. There truly are signs in this for those who can hear.

"Among His signs, too, are that He shows you the lightning that terrifies and inspires hope; that He sends water down from the sky to restore the earth to life after death. There truly are signs in this for those who use their reason.

"Among His signs, too, is the fact that the heavens and the earth stand firm by His command. In the end, you will all emerge when He calls you from the earth."

[Quran, 30:22-25]

I feel no need to worship that, or anything else, for that matter
If you were asked to give up your eyes in exchange for a million dollars, would you ever do such a thing? You would not, because the eyes that God has given you are priceless, and yet God has given them to you, and more besides this, for free. It is only fitting that you would thank and submit humbly to the One who gave you your body, your life and your sustenance. If you are not worshipping God, you will worship other things: your own whims and desires, material possessions, the approval of others, etc.

No, I don't worship anything. What is worship? I really love pizza. I feel no need to worship it. Elvis? The Beatles? I can like things; adore them even. But, worship sounds like there's some sort of obligation. You BETTER worship God or you'll be sorry! I don't need another chore... Doesn't that make sense? I'm not going to admire a creator that creates a dog eat dog universe. THAT'S the Original Sin. We carbon-based lifeforms are doomed to be hunters and hunted; claws & fangs, camouflage, hoping to outrun the real fears of death and dying...a struggle for survival without reason!!! Okay, my rant's over, I just need a little help off this high horse...

In Islam a smile at a stranger is an act of worship. A kind word to your spouse / kids is an act of worship. Yes bowing and prostrating are act's of worship but it is much more encompassing then this.

Let us use an official definition.

Simply put, worship is an act of devotion to please the one you are most devoted to. Whatever pleases God is an act of worship for Muslims, Christians and Jews. If money is your god then you will spend all day counting it, securing it, trying to increase it. You will find yourself devoting yourself to it. If you are devoted to whatever actor / musician / athlete then you will do all you can to please them.

Like i have mentioned to you before, we all worship something. I find most atheists worship themselves, there own intellect that is.
They are above submission to a Provider as they attribute all of their achievements to themselves. This is not an insult even though it probably comes off that way, it is only an observation.

"Or [they are] like darknesses within an unfathomable sea which is covered by waves, upon which are waves, over which are clouds - darknesses, some of them upon others. When one puts out his hand [therein], he can hardly see it. And he to whom Allah has not granted light - for him there is no light." (24:40 Quran)

That's an excellent response. I need to think/meditate/wonder...

There was a complicated reason why I asked this question from you all. Please check the below links:

https://insightfulreports.org/research-papers/parallels/for-those-who-are-still-searching-the-truth.html

https://insightfulreports.org/automatic-writing-a-poorly-understood-phenomenon-holds-the-key-to-understand-the-mystery-surrounding-ufos-aliens-spirits-and-the-god-behind-abrahamic-religions

https://insightfulreports.org/the-intelligence-behind-abrahamic-religions-decoded

This data tells us that the reported miracles are true but then again that is due to highly advanced technology or the technology behind the UFO phenomenon. On the other hand, this data explains why we see complicated mathematical phenomena in Abrahamic religious books. And further, this data logically explains why the intelligence claims to be God was always avoiding fixing old religious beliefs, instead, was establishing new religious beliefs on Earth. @Aero made a statement at last that God created conflicts on purpose as an argument to resolve the controversy. I will rephrase it this way. An intelligence claims to be God, indeed created these conflicts on Earth. However, this is not God, instead a group of human beings that descends from a highly advanced ancient posthuman civilization. This data tells us that we are being exploited in the most disturbing way.

I might buy that argument. Either way, there's something way smarter than all of us out there. Whatever you want to call it, it can predict everything that will ever happen. And I'm jealous of the power.

Strangely enough, the power you're jealous of is actually your own.

Maybe I am that good, but it's not something to brag about.

There are so many paths, and so many choices people can make. Like it would be a ton of effort to know everything all the time.

To have the desire to try each path, I see that as a wonderful freedom. We already know everything unconsciously, so the mystics say.
