Min Hee Jin filed an injunction to be reappointed as CEO. So the grooming rumors seem more true now. She made New Jeans do that live to gain public sympathy. Has this ever happened in Kpop? Even Soo Man's loyalists weren't told to do this for him? No one in SM cried for Grandpa when he was kicked out. This woman is definitely sus and I worry for New Jeans because MHJ only cares about money and becoming CEO.

It has to do with my post I wrote here on page 1576 of this megathread:

I don't think the male idols have choices on how they should dress, and their outfits are chosen by their stylists, who may or may not be in on the 1) gay, 2) trans, and 3) feminization of men agendas.

I doubt any male idol would intentionally choose a skirt, dress or female outfit to wear.

some seem to have a little choice in how they want to dress, i dont think every group ever has a gun pointed at their heads and some higher up forcing them into being feminine, do this do that type thing

New Jeans Literally Just Ended Their Career...

What a weird year where I feel like defending companies more than idols during lawsuits. First Baekhyun's company gets merged with MC Mong's label proved he lied about poaching situation proving SM was right. Now, NJs live coming a day before MHJ filed injunction to become Ador's CEO again proving their live was scripted and planned attempt of gaining public sympathy. I hate company stanning but I think we shouldn't be blind. Sometimes Idols are in the wrong too and they should be held accountable. I feel idols who blow up like NJ and Baekhyun become entitled and arrogant and they start thinking we run the company/group and company won't be anything without us. Fifty Fifty lawsuit ended with the 3 members who cried mistreatment losing. I hope Exo CBX and NJs don't get themselves blacklisted by breaching their contracts.

Yes. These "idols" have found a "strategy" by using "sob stories" of mistreatments (though some may be true)...and effectively "weaponizing" their fandom's support (who are delusional for the most part)...

Still, the agencies' best offence/defence is the legality of the contracts...which can actually work as well in the artist/s' favor... However, in the case of New Jeans and Min Hee-jin...all signs point to a lost battle...

i dont get why idols try to stray from their contracts... i mean did they read every word before signing it?

It's really a case to case basis...Some may be too young to understand what they are signing, so they just agree with their managers/handlers...or their parents sign on their behalf...But their parents could be too ignorant to understand as well...

Would be safer if they have a lawyer to explain to them the contract and all its legal meanings/implications...But if they can't pay a lawyer...then...so... they just have to face all the risks...

With the Hara law hopefully being approved, I hope these "parents" are looked into. We shout all day about companies abusing their idols but the main part here is that many of these "parents" sold their very young children to these companies.

Some were as young as elementary age.

These nëw j÷ans girls are clearly brainwashed and their parents side with this obvious groomer just because she got their kids to make money. Often in these cases the parents get all the money, spend it and once their children's popularity ends the children end up penniless. Jackie Coogan, anyone?

MHJ has 2 deceased idols who she was involved with. Křystal hardly shows her face anymore, Tæmin is obviously socially stunted. Ønew went to a yoga cult and lost so much weight.

In a few years I'm sure these nëw j÷ans kids will have similar stories.

I just realized Onew's latest album is named "Flow" which was the name of the Yoga studio he is instructor in. Do you guys think that Yoga cult/studio played a role in his departure from SM?
