First the thing that annoyed me about the section:

People: there is no hint of which time periods any of the above passages are from, and the groups of people they were written for.
Isaiah was Old Testament, mostly for the Jews.
James was a letter to an early church (1st century AD).
Quran was written at VERY earliest in 7th century AD).

9:106 The rich minority make up their own laws/legislation, to allow themselves to break God’s Laws and steal from the poor, without going to jail.

The poor majority have been conned, into voting for the rich people’s laws/legislation, and can’t see that they’ve been conned; because they have not kept strictly to God’s Laws; and that these human laws/legislation make them ever poorer and the rich richer.

The poor are the majority and are serving the minority rich. What kind of democracy is that? Mass insanity is what it is. Unfortunately the lunatics have taken over the asylum, but will soon be executed for doing so, if they do not repent and keep The Law.

9:107 Limited-company-law protects the wealthy people’s personal belongings, and lets them trade with impunity, whereas the poor man, if he owes them money, loses his shirt and/or goes to prison. Where is the justice in that?

9:108 The rich bankers and insurance companies steal billions of £; $; etc., a day, from the poor, and don’t go to prison, because of their own home-made laws/legislation; but, if a man steals a loaf of bread, (and I’m not condoning his actions) to feed his hungry family, because the rich people and their unlawful, fraudulent laws/legislation have made them poor, by fraud, then these rich people put him in prison. Where is the justice in that?

9:109 Under man’s unlawful legislation, the wrong people are in prison. It is the rich who should be in prison, not the poor. There would be no poor, if the rich had not stolen the share of the poor, in the first-place, under their unlawful, FRAUDULENT laws/legislation (
Isaiah 3:12-15 &42 :21-25) (James 5:4)(Sura 83:1-6).

Therefore the obscenely-rich are the REAL criminals, and the cause of poverty and petty-crime; as the poor struggle to survive, under the oppression of man’s laws/legislation.

9:110 When will the poor learn, that it is no use stealing from other working people? They should all get together, and vote for God’s Laws and Economics to be re-instated, and redistribute (Isaiah 42:22) the nation’s wealth, back to the poor, that it was stolen from, and make sure it never happens again, by keeping God’s Laws, and serving ONLY Him (Isaiah 42:24).

When I read this section I thought I can sort of understand why British people especially who feel disadvantaged/ unable to get ahead in life would be attracted to a lot of what is said here. (When I met a British relative a year ago, she made me realise how rigid the UK social structures and social norms were compared to Australia. No wonder some of you Brits are so polite!)

There are unfair advantages and double standards for the exceptionally privileged in society. There is no point in denying that.

However right here the underlying message of TWHOFTF sounds more l Marxist ideology, overthrow the Bourgeoisie and give everything to the Proleteriat.
The difference is that TWHOFTF repeatedly adds "keep God's laws and serving only him". Will the ebook ever clearly state what that involves?!!!

Just found a good lecture:

TWHOFTF is actually encouraging people to break the 10th commandment here.

1691619586597.png

covet
verb
cov·et ˈkə-vət

coveted; coveting; covets
Synonyms of covet
transitive verb
1
: to wish for earnestly
covet an award

2
: to desire (what belongs to another) inordinately or culpably
The king's brother coveted the throne.

intransitive verb
: to feel inordinate desire for what belongs to another

9:111 IF you keep The COVENANT and God’s Ways (Laws; Economics; etc.), there can be NO poor.

9:112 The rich brought out the “Firearms Act”, to keep the poor down, and also because it is in their interest to keep crime; with no means of self-defence; because then people need their banks and insurance companies, so that the rich can steal from the poor, instead of ordinary thieves.

9:113 Banks then, as well as stealing your money, use your own money against you, by lending it to greedy people, who do not REALLY need it, at interest (causing inflation), so they can expand and make takeovers, etc., to put you out of business.

9:114 Have you ever heard of a bank lending money to anyone who REALLY needs it?

9:115 You kid-yourselves-on that you are good, and you are NOT
(Isa. 5:20). IF you are all good: why is the world (mankind) so bad? It’s always everyone else isn’t it? It’s never you: or is it?

A lot of what is said is very overgeneralised and rich = bad here.
I strongly dislike the resentful tone in the words.
I also dislike the resentment it is causing in ME. e.g. I am not one of "the rich" so my husband and I have had to borrow money to buy a house.

There are some manipulative people who gain power/ influence/ get followers through creating resentment about the upper classes (and the desire to overthrow them).
JAHtruth (Anthony John Hill) probably hooked a few people via this tactic.

Now TWHOFTF is consistently presenting claims as facts.
Reminder: Isaiah is in Old Testament, Matthew in New Testament.

9:115 You kid-yourselves-on that you are good, and you are NOT (Isa. 5:20). IF you are all good: why is the world (mankind) so bad? It’s always everyone else isn’t it? It’s never you: or is it?

9:116 Jesus said that he was not good (Matt. 19:17), so how can any of you possibly be good? Are you better than he was? Of course not! So how can you possibly think you are good (Matt. 19:17)? You don’t know the meaning of the word good (Isaiah 64:6).
WRONG. AJH deliberately took that out of context.

Matthew 19:16 And, behold, one came and said unto him [JESUS], Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

Scripture twisting methods of the cults - apologetics Index

That is contradictory.

9:117 Mankind MUST revolutionise its definition of the word good, and start to learn the REAL meaning of the word, from the ONLY person who can teach you - GOD. Making the world a better place, begins with YOU!

9:118 You start by making yourself a better person, and, to do that, you need God to teach you personally.

What is AJH's definition of the word "good"?
If he means sinless, that is not possible even if God teaches us personally.

Better is way too vague a word. The generalities in the book are very frustrating.

Note: there is never a mention of the Holy Spirit to help us overcome sin and to walk in the Spirit instead of the flesh (Galatians 5:16-26).

IMO the conclusion to chapter 9 is self-explanatory.
Obey God's commandments EXACTLY and then God will speak to you.

That must be AJH's god's commandments, because if a person is able to be honest with themself they will immediately say they cannot follow the BIBLE's commandments 100% for even a single day!!!!

9:119 The other thing you must do, is to stop humanizing God. He is NOT a human. His Laws; Judgements; Commandments; Words and Teachings are EXACT, and must be followed EXACTLY. If you do not follow His orders EXACTLY and keep to His rules, then how can you expect Him to talk to and teach you?

Learning to be good, from Him directly, is an EXACT science, and you have to follow the rules EXACTLY, to be able to learn. He does not make mistakes, and any confusion or mistakes are only in man’s misinterpretation, because he has not followed the rules EXACTLY. The COMMANDMENTS mean EXACTLY what they say.

9:120 “You must be born again as your spirit”, means EXACTLY that. “God is spirit, and you must worship Him with your spirit” (John 4:24). Unless you are born again as your spirit, how can you worship Him with your spirit?

9:121 “Whosoever shall not receive the Kingdom of God (His teaching), as a little child (in childlike trust), he shall not enter therein” (Mark 10:15), means EXACTLY that. 9:122 “Go in private and speak to God” (Matt. 6:6-7)(Sura 7:55), means EXACTLY that. 9:123 Do alms in secret (Matt. 6:1-4), means EXACTLY that. ALL the teachings mean EXACTLY what they say.

9:124 In the beginning, when man could do nothing, he did not humanize God, and believed that God could do everything, as He, in fact, can. Now that man can do a few simple things, like building missiles and computers, and has let his ego fool him, into thinking that he is really clever, and a law unto himself, he has tried to humanize God, and says to himself, in his stupid arrogance, that if he can not do a thing, and being able to do it is beyond his imagination and comprehension, then God can’t possibly do it either.

9:125 God is NOT a human, and His power and ability are beyond the comprehension, and imagination, of all of you put together. There is NOTHING that He cannot do.

Now to the section of the book I dreaded if I was ever going to continue this far (!!!!):

I will be honest: if I wasn't aware that some JAHtruthers might celebrate if I just said "I quit - I can't take this any more" and therefore claim victory for JAHtruth I would have stopped well before here. I am feeling what Christians call righteous anger the more I scroll down the ebook. It is downright heretical and blasphemous.

I am unwilling to either quit commentary or to defend Islam, as I believe Islam is also a false religion.
Anyway IMO Islamic doctrine, history and the Quran should be addressed by Muslims, Islamic historians or scholars who compare Christianity and Islam.

I am also unwilling to omit the Islamic chapters because @A Freeman would probably pretend I was lying via omission.

I have reluctantly decided to do an unfinished job instead.

I will now use brown colour for the sentences I will not address because they refer to Islam/ Islamic history ONLY.

I will continue to use of blue - doctrine, and green - personal revelation as well.

I haven't commented, but I've been popping in and out from the start. I appreciate all the work and time you've put in to expose this cult. Forge on!

Thank you, you helped give me some motivation. It is really hard doing this work, knowing it is both done for free and that (hopefully) few people search anything about JAHtruth anyway.

P.S. potential future scholars: PLEASE use any information/ paraphrase what I have said to your heart's content, just give all correct references and do further searches here (but please buy the books which you extensively use for research).

Here are Islam only related links on JAHtruth website: https://jahtruth.net/koran.htm

In the King of King's bible version", AJH also added his "translation" of the Quran.
Reminder: NO evidence anywhere that AJH has ANY qualifications in translating ancient languages.

I have decided to compare verses from www.quran.com and the KoK "Quran" to see how much "creativity" he has used in his "translation".

From the first example alone, AJH had better not visit any Muslim country....

-----
Title: Mohammed and the birth of Islam as yet another religion.

10:1 Once God had seen what Satan had done to Jesus’ teachings, with the birth of christianity, and its spreading and establishing, and the success that Satan was having, with yet another organizedreligion, He decided to try, yet-again, to put people back on the right track.

10:2 After 600 years of so-called christianity developing, and people ignoring Jesus’ Message, God gave enlightenment to Mohammed, little by little, to try to pull the people away from organizedreligions, and back to direct-contact with Himself.

10:3 He chose the Arabs, because they were neither Jewish nor Christian, and the pagan-Arabs already worshipped the Morning Star (Al-Uzzah) as a divinity, and hopefully it would be easy to convert them from worshipping the star itself (
Sura 53:49), to worshipping its King.

Quran 53:47 And it is upon Him to bring about re-creation.

48 And He is the One Who enriches and impoverishes.
49 And He alone is the Lord of Sirius.

KoK 53:47. That He hath promised a Second Creation (Resurrection of the Dead);
53:48. That it is He Who giveth wealth and satisfaction;
53:49. That He is the Lord of Sirius (the Mighty Star);

10:4 Also, the Arabs were nomadic-traders, with caravans that travelled extensively, and could thereby spread the word of God, far and wide.

10:5 Mohammed was around 40 years old when God called him, and, like all the other Prophets, was not a religious man; he just talked to God and did God’s Will, and, like all the other Prophets, he was a “child of God”, by adoption.

All I will say is that I do not think any Muslim would agree with claim that they need to be "born again" in the Christian sense (10:8).
I have changed bible links to the genuine KJV bible as well.

10:6 Mohammed was not religious; he was just a believer, who strived himself, and taught the striving, to do God’s Will.

10:7 God explained, through the Koran, that Abraham had not been religious, just a believer, like Mohammed. Both Abraham and Mohammed, like Jesus, were, and fought, against organizedreligions, and were both just “children of God” (adopted).

10:8 Unless you are “born again” in the spirit, and become like “little children”, you can NOT enter the Kingdom of Heaven (
John 3:3-13 & Matt. 18:3-4).

10:9 God gave some clearer explanations, of the creation of human animals (Adam and Eve), and Satan’s angels (Jinns) submitting themselves, to being reprogrammed, and being locked-inside of human-animals – bow down to Adams and Eves
(Sura 7:11 & 15:31). It tells you that everyone, except Iblis (Lucifer/Satan), agreed to bow down to Adams and Eves.

7:11 Surely We created you,1 then shaped you, then said to the angels, “Prostrate before Adam,” so they all did—but not Iblîs,2 who refused to prostrate with the others.

(KoK) 7:11. It is We Who created you and gave you shape; then We bade the (fallen) angels submit to Adam, and you submitted (Luke 9:55); not so Iblis (Lucifer); he refused to be of you who submitted.

15:30 So the angels prostrated all together—
but not Iblîs,1 who refused to prostrate with the others.

(KoK) 5:30. So the (fallen) angels submitted themselves (Luke 9:55), all of them together:
15:31. Except Iblis (Lucifer): he refused to be among those who submitted themselves (to human limitations).

----
10:10 Mohammed passed-on God’s Messages, to his students, who wrote them down, without understanding them, and no-one, since then, has really understood them, until I have come again now, to enlighten the WHOLE world, with THIS Book, as I promised that I would (Mark 13:10 & Luke 17:24).

TWHOFTF uses so many references here again.

If people really believed - i.e. the bible - God and the apostles (see KoK 4:152), there is no way they could be anything but CHRISTIAN.

10:12 The Lord told Mohammed exactly the same as Jesus had taught, which is NOT to worship Jesus, or Mohammed, or any other Prophet or Angel, and to worship ONLY God (Sura 3:79)(Mark 10:18 & Matt. 5:48), and NOT to be priests (Sura 57:27 & Sura 4:152)(Matt. 5:19 & 23:8).

Quran 3:79 It is not appropriate for someone who Allah has blessed with the Scripture, wisdom, and prophethood to say to people, “Worship me instead of Allah.” Rather, he would say, “Be devoted to the worship of your Lord ˹alone˺”—in accordance with what these prophets read in the Scripture and what they taught.

3:79. It is NOT (POSSIBLE) that a man, to whom is given The Book, and Wisdom, and the Prophetic office, should say to people: "Be ye my worshippers rather than God's": on the contrary (he would say) "Be ye worshippers of Him Who is truly the Cherisher of all: for ye have taught The Book and ye have studied it earnestly (Matt. 5:48)."

---
Quran 57:27 Then in the footsteps of these ˹prophets˺, We sent Our messengers, and ˹after them˺ We sent Jesus, son of Mary, and granted him the Gospel, and instilled compassion and mercy into the hearts of his followers. As for monasticism, they made it up—We never ordained it for them—only seeking to please Allah, yet they did not ˹even˺ observe it strictly. So We rewarded those of them who were faithful. But most of them are rebellious.

(KoK) 57:27. Then, in their wake, We followed them up with (others of) Our Apostles: We sent after them Jesus the son of Mary, and bestowed on him The Gospel and We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him Compassion and Mercy. But the Monasticism which they invented for themselves, We did not prescribe for them: (We commanded) only the seeking for the Good Pleasure of "I AM"; but, that they did not foster as they should have done. Yet We bestowed, on those among them who believed, their (due) reward, but many of them are rebellious transgressors.

Quran 4:152 As for those who believe in Allah and His messengers—accepting all; rejecting none—He will surely give them their rewards. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(KoK)
4:152. To those who believe in God and His Apostles and make no distinction between any of the Apostles, We shall soon give their (due) rewards: for God is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

Yes this entry for 10:13 is too long, but it would have been way longer If I had addressed King of King's chapter 5 "changes" as well! The deliberate changes, omissions and additions everywhere in KoK's Quran deserve academic criminal charges.

----
I gave an introduction to British-Anglo Israelism starting here. https://vigilantcitizenforums.com/threads/the-way-home-or-catch-the-fire-compared-to-bible-other-religions-part-6.10977/page-7#post-566271
I have changed the bible links in the text to the actual KJV bible (the JAH website gives links to the KoK instead).

---
10:13 God told Mohammed, that organized-religion is wrong, and that the dividing into sects was wrong (and always will be) (Sura 2:62 & 2:112),

Quran 2:62 Indeed, the believers, Jews, Christians, and Sabians1—whoever ˹truly˺ believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good will have their reward with their Lord. And there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve.
2:63. And remember We took your Covenant and We raised above you (the towering height) of Mount (Sinai): (Saying): "Hold firmly to what We have given you and bring (always) to remembrance what is therein: Perhaps ye may fear God (Mal. 4:4-6; Rev. 14:3; 15:3).

Quran 2:112 But no! Whoever submits themselves to Allah and does good will have their reward with their Lord. And there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve.

(Kok) 2:112. Nay,- whoever submits his whole "Self" to God and is a doer of good (Matt. 6:10),- he will get his reward with his Lord; on such shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

and that ALL people, from ALL over the world, from WHATEVER nation, colour or creed, who REALLY believe God, and KEEP His COMMANDMENTS, AND COVENANT (Sura 5:8-16,

For Quran chapter 5 and KoK chapter 5 please compare for yourself to see what has been altered.
He has omitted some details and it is out of sync.

e.g. look at how short and how different the koK 5:1 is compared to a real Quran translation.

5:1 O believers! Honour your obligations. All grazing livestock has been made lawful to you—except what is hereby announced to you and hunting while on pilgrimage. Indeed, Allah commands what He wills.

5:1. O ye who believe! Fulfill (all) obligations (especially The Covenant).

and DO His Will, shall be saved from “The Fire” on the Last-Day (Sura 2:62 & 42:13)

Quran 2:62 Indeed, the believers, Jews, Christians, and Sabians 1 —whoever ˹truly˺ believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good will have their reward with their Lord. And there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve.

(kok) 2:62. Those who believe (the Koran), and those who follow the Jewish (Scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians, - any who believe God and in the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

He has ordained for you ˹believers˺ the Way which He decreed for Noah, and what We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ and what We decreed for Abraham, Moses, and Jesus,1 ˹commanding:˺ “Uphold the faith, and make no divisions in it.” What you call the polytheists to is unbearable for them. Allah chooses for Himself whoever He wills, and guides to Himself whoever turns ˹to Him˺.

(kok) 42:13. The same religion has He established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah - the which We have sent by inspiration to thee - and that which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: namely, that ye should remain steadfast in Religion (bonded obligation to "I AM"), and make NO divisions therein: to those who worship other things than "I AM", hard is The (Way) to which thou callest them. "I AM" chooses to Himself those whom He pleases, and guides to Himself those who turn (to Him).

(Matt. 12:50 - and the twelve tribes of Israel is not meant only literally, it refers literally and metaphorically, to all the “children of God”, who are grafted into the 12 Tribes of Israel).

No, it is not contradictory (to the BIBLE) because it is biblically correct:

The man called Jesus "Good Master" and Jesus immediately corrected him - stating the truth that there is none good but one, that is, God.

That is also reiterated and confirmed multiple times in the Koran. Let the example below suffice:

Sura
3:47. She [Mary] said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: God createth what He willeth: when He hath decreed a plan, He only saith to it, 'Be,' and it is!
3:48. And God will teach him [Jesus] The Book (Old Covenant) and Wisdom, The Law (The Torah) and The Gospel,
3:49. And (appoint him [Jesus]) an Apostle to the Children of Israel, (with this message): "'I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by God's leave: and I heal those born blind, and the lepers, and I enliven the dead, by God's leave and I declare to you what ye eat, and what ye store in your houses. Surely therein is a Sign for you if ye did believe;
3:50. (I have come to you), to affirm The Law which was before me. And to make lawful to you part of what was (before) forbidden to you; I have come to you with a Sign from your Lord. So fear God, and obey me.
3:51. It is God Who is my Lord and your Lord then worship Him. This is The Way that is Straight'."
3:52. When Jesus found Unbelief on their part he said: "Who will be My helpers to (the work of) God." Said the disciples: "We are God's helpers: we believe in God, and do thou bear witness that we are "True in Faith".
3:53. Our Lord! we believe in what Thou hast revealed, and we follow the Messenger; then write us down among those who bear witness."
3:54. And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and God too planned, and the best of planners is God.
3:55. Behold! God said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee SUPERIOR to those who reject faith, to The Day of Resurrection: then shall ye all return unto Me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute.
3:56. As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help."
3:57. As to those who believe and work righteousness, God will pay them (in full) their reward; but God loveth not those who do wrong.
3:58. This is what We rehearse unto thee of the Signs and the Message of Wisdom.
3:59. The similitude of Jesus (the human) before God is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be": and he was.
3:60. The Truth (comes) from God alone; so be not of those who doubt.

[Jesus just worshiped ONLY God. So those who follow Jesus, will therefore be doing likewise, just like Jesus did.

But, those (Christians) who claim otherwise and teach that Jesus is God, and to worship Jesus, are in doing so, not following him (Jesus and his Example of being True in Faith - just worshiping ONLY God) and thereby are bringing punishment upon themselves in this life and in the next, unless they repent:]

32:21. And indeed We will make them taste of the Penalty of this (life) prior to the Supreme Penalty, in order that they may (repent and) return.

[The Koran asks, why do they not turn to God and seek His forgiveness? For God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful:]

5:19. In blasphemy indeed are those that say that "I AM" is Jesus the son of Mary. Say: "Who then hath the least power against "I AM", if His Will were to destroy Jesus the son of Mary, his mother, and all - every one that is on the Earth? For to God belongeth the Dominion of the heavens and the Earth, and all that is between. He createth what He pleaseth. For God hath power over all things."

5:75. They do blaspheme who say: "("I AM") is Jesus the son of Mary." But said Christ: "O Children of Israel! Worship God, my Lord and your Lord." Whoever joins other gods with God,- "I AM" will forbid him The Garden, and The Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong-doers be no one to help.
5:76. They do blaspheme who say: "("I AM") is one of three in a Trinity": for there is no god except One God. If they desist not from their word (of blasphemy), verily a grievous Penalty will befall the blasphemers among them.
5:77. Why turn they not to "I AM", and seek His forgiveness? For "I AM" is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
5:78. Jesus the son of Mary was no more than an Apostle; many were the Apostles that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how "I AM" doth make His Signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth!
5:79. Say: "Will ye worship, besides "I AM", something which hath no power either to harm or benefit you? But "I AM",- He it is that heareth and knoweth all things."
5:80. Say: "O People of The Book! Exceed not in your religion the bounds (of what is proper), trespassing beyond the truth, nor follow the vain desires of people who went wrong in times gone by,- who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from The Equal Way.

3:47. She [Mary] said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: God createth what He willeth: when He hath decreed a plan, He only saith to it, 'Be,' and it is!
3:48. And God will teach him [Jesus] The Book (Old Covenant) and Wisdom, The Law (The Torah) and The Gospel,
3:49. And (appoint him [Jesus]) an Apostle to the Children of Israel, (with this message): "'I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by God's leave: and I heal those born blind, and the lepers, and I enliven the dead, by God's leave and I declare to you what ye eat, and what ye store in your houses. Surely therein is a Sign for you if ye did believe;

There is so much in the story of the Rich Young Ruler that fails to fully emerge in English, but the Greek reveals. You might like this one @JoChris though I think @The Sojourner will ignore it as it rather undermines the attempted point above!!!

I just listened to it and what a contrast there is between the tone of the words Jesus used to the rich young ruler and the tone of TWHOFTF's words to the reader!

There is a meekness, a kindness in the delivery of the rebuke to the young man. Jesus demonstrated love in letting the man go.
The REAL Jesus did not need to resort to browbeating or guilt tripping or "do this or ELSE!!!"

No, it is not contradictory (to the BIBLE) because it is biblically correct:

The man called Jesus "Good Master" and Jesus immediately corrected him - stating the truth that there is none good but one, that is, God.
You are cutting verse 17 midway and ignoring absolutely everything after it. It is a record of a conversation Jesus had with a rich young man, remember?

Matthew 19:16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

1. You are quoting from the JAHtruth King of king's "Quran" website. It most certainly is not a Quran. It is a poor counterfeit of a Quran.

With your background, you certainly know "near enough isn't good enough" where it comes to maths equations - so why do you have such low standards where it comes to matters of eternal life?

If you claim to believe the Quran, at least be intellectually honest and use the real deal.

However if you genuinely believe that AJH's KoK is the true inspired word of AJH's god, state it is from AJH's King of King's book. Please stop pretending it is an actual Bible or an actual Quran.

2. The Quran was written at the VERY earliest in the 7th century AD. Muhammad most certainly did not know more about Jesus more than the apostles/ their disciples.

Here you can read the same verses.
This is from a non-sectarian translation of the Holy Quran which is neither Sunni or Shia:

14. And from those who say, “We are Christians,” We received their pledge, but they neglected some of what they were reminded of. So We provoked enmity and hatred among them until the Day of Resurrection; God will then inform them of what they used to craft.

15. O People of the Book! Our Messenger has come to you, clarifying for you much of what you kept hidden of the Book, and overlooking much. A light from God has come to you, and a clear Book.

16. God guides with it whoever follows His approval to the ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness into light, by His permission, and He guides them in a straight path.

17. They disbelieve those who say, “God is the Christ, the son of Mary.” Say, “Who can prevent God, if He willed, from annihilating the Christ son of Mary, and his mother, and everyone on earth?” To God belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and what is between them. He creates whatever He wills, and God has power over everything.

18. The Jews and the Christians say, “We are the children of God, and His beloved.” Say, “Why then does He punish you for your sins?” In fact, you are humans from among those He created. He forgives whom He wills, and He punishes whom He wills. To God belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and what lies between them, and to Him is the return.

19. O People of the Book! Our Messenger has come to you, making things clear to you—after a cessation of messengers—so that you cannot say, “No preacher has come to us, and no warner.” In fact, a preacher has come to you, and a warner; and God is Capable of everything.

From the same translator -

Quran in English. Super easy to read. For ages 9 to 99.
A Quran translation readable even by 4th-grade students.
For children and adults. For Muslims and Non-Muslims:

14. We received a commitment from those who said, “We are Christians.” But they neglected parts of the teachings. So We provoked hostility and resentment among them until Resurrection Day. God will inform them of what they invented.

15. O Bible-People: Our Messenger has come to you, clarifying much of what you hid from the Scripture and overlooking much. A light and a clear book have come to you from God.

16. By this, God guides those who follow His approval to the paths of peace, and He brings them out of darkness into light, by His will, and He guides them on a straight path.

17. Those who say, “Christ the son of Mary, is God,” deny the truth.” Say, “Who can prevent God, if He wanted to, from destroying Christ son of Mary, his mother, and all life on earth?” God has control over the heavens, the earth, and everything in between. He creates whatever He wills. God is capable of anything.

18. Jews and Christians say, “We're the children of God and His beloved.” Say, “So why does He punish you for your sins?” Actually, you're humans of His creation. He forgives whom He wills, and He punishes whom He wills. God is in control of the heavens, the earth, and everything in between. To Him is the journey’s end.

19. O Bible-People: Our Messenger has come to you, to explain things to you — after a pause without messengers — so that you can’t say, “No messenger of good news and no warner has come to us.” In fact, a messenger of good news and a warner came to you. God is capable of anything.

@The Sojourner - I need to ask something

If you lean towards legalism and a salvation by works message, reject the Trinity and do not believe in salvation by grace, feel comfortable prefixing the Qur’an with the word “Holy”…

Why waste time with the pretend KoK harmonisation (which so obviously by now does not work), and simply become a Muslim?

I'm re-posting these verses as well from the same translator, so that you can see them:

72. They disbelieve those who say, “God is the Messiah the son of Mary.” But the Messiah himself said, “O Children of Israel, worship God, my Lord and your Lord. Whoever associates others with God, God has forbidden him Paradise, and his dwelling is the Fire. The wrongdoers have no saviors.”

73. They disbelieve those who say, “God is the third of three.” But there is no deity except the One God. If they do not refrain from what they say, a painful torment will befall those among them who disbelieve.

74. Will they not repent to God and ask His forgiveness? God is Forgiving and Merciful.

75. The Messiah son of Mary was only a messenger, before whom other Messengers had passed away, and his mother was a woman of truth. They both used to eat food. Note how We make clear the revelations to them; then note how deluded they are.

76. Say, “Do you worship, besides God, what has no power to harm or benefit you?” But God: He is the Hearer, the Knower.

77. Say, “O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion beyond the truth; and do not follow the opinions of people who went astray before, and misled many, and themselves strayed off the balanced way.”

72. Those who say, “God is Christ, the son of Mary,” have committed an act of unbelief. But Christ said, “O Israelites, worship God, my Lord and your Lord. Whoever associates anything with God, God forbids him Paradise, and his dwelling will be the Fire. The wrongdoers have no saviors.”

73. Those who say, “God is the third of a Trinity” commit an act of unbelief. There is no other god but the one God. If they don’t refrain from what they say, the unbelievers among them will suffer painfully.

74. Won't they repent to God and ask Him for His forgiveness? God is Forgiving and Merciful.

75. Christ, son of Mary, was a messenger, like many messengers before him, and his mother was a truthful woman. Both ate food. Notice how We make the communications clear to them, and notice how they ignore the truth.

76. Say, “Do you worship, instead of God, what can neither harm nor benefit you?” But God: He's the Listener, the Knower.

77. Say, “O Bible-People: don’t exaggerate in your religion beyond the truth, and don’t follow the opinions of people who went astray before, misled many, and strayed from the right path.”

The reason for me no longer following Christianity, is because of my own careful reading of the Bible.
I was within Christian circles long enough, to be able to see and find this for myself, thanks to God's Guidance and Help.
I stopped identifying as being a "Christian", because of my own careful study of the Bible and also the Quran.

You can compare various translations on topics like this and study them, if you think that might help.

When I first read the Quran, I liked how it very clearly explains some things in an unambiguous way.
These things are also clearly explained similarly in the Bible, but they have been made unclear by some of the teachings/beliefs of Christianity, that are confusing.

The reality that I encountered is that within Christianity, these issues do not want to be addressed.
That is not something I could accept, because I want the truth.

And then when I finally read the Quran it was found to be the same as I have always felt I believed.
And it's the Bible that taught me to believe it, as well as applying common sense and my own intuition (and asking for Guidance).
I realise that Christians will most likely say that my understanding of the Bible is wrong and so is my intuition, or that I lack critical thinking and analytical skills.

But the truth is often simple. I love how the Quran explains it and makes it clear as a confirmation of what the Bible teaches.
For instance: Like anyone else, Jesus and his mother both had to eat food.

God on the other hand, has no needs - because God is the "I AM".
And He sent Christ into the world, like the Bible teaches.

I won't argue the point further, but just to show why it is that I can no longer identify as a "Christian", at least not in the same way as mainstream Christianity requires, because of the errors in Christian doctrine.

I don't believe it is about belonging to either this group or that group.

Religious “Christian” legalism and Islam have much in common.

I happened to listen to this (the first song I ever bought on LP in about 1982) and realised it is directly applicable to the debate between grace and works…
