Exactly that's what i'm wondering as well. When I looked up the number 9828 I kept getting links of "angel numbers". But the fact that both blackpink and txt have that phrase shows that it definitely means something. sofia said she would drop part 2 sometime. it's honestly one of the best videos i've seen explaining the sequence of kpop mv's and how things like changes in scenes unlocks areas in your mind to create a map. i didn't even know kpop mv's were structed to do that, and i remembered she talked about it briefly when she exposed stray k1ds thunderous mv so it was very eye opening to see her going in depth to what she meant here
