What does the causal chain look like to you? Proud Boys react violently to the violence of Antifa. Antifa reacted violently to folks who wanted to go listen to the likes of Lauren Southern and Ann Coultier. Clear case of comparing apples and oranges.

This is not a call for a civil war, it's a prediction. Turns out we got the elections after all, but not an election as usual, and the civil war is still a legitimate threat. I would never advocate for a civil war, and most certainly not in a different country. I've been announcing manufactured civil wars in the West for more than a decade. But the way this is going, the frog is starting to figure out the boiling water will be fatal. If they allow electoral transparency and it shows Biden won by legal votes, there will most likely not be a civil war. If they don't, then they're not only risking civil war, they're knowingly provoking it.
