Hi everyone. I am a newbie here.

I am a late listener to b+s. I didn't get into them until this year. I ignored a lot of their press as fluff but got curious as to what the "excitement" was. I listened to their music and actually began liking it. I did not know all the lyrics because I do not speak Korean but I liked it. Eventually I found myself watching all of their videos including the crack videos and stuff online, religiously.

There were small little things that disturbed me, I continuously ignored, like J00n being an atheist as I am Christian. The whole BST video and the "book" that was inspired by it which sounded very evil. I chalked it up as "art". But it disturbed my spirit.

It wasn't until I saw them doing the hand signs lately that I had to really face the truth. And noticed also I could hear their songs in my sleep. They were apart of the machine.

I feel that all of them are puppets following what their label tells them to. Putting on an act but they are truly miserable. Their label sold them out and now they have to follow suit. I still believe J00n is the ring leader. He keeps flashing stupid signs every chance he can as if it's cool. If he's as smart as they claim him to be with his 148 IQ, he knows ALL of what is going on. It's unfortunate because it'll all come crashing down and soon I believe. What will he do then?

Vee is the one I feel the most bad for because he was the one I can tell is most disturbed by all this. I am most concerned with him. It used to be Sweety that seemed most disturbed but I think after time, he just settled and conformed. I gaurentee if J00n and Sweety from 7 years ago would see who they would become by going with BH, they would of ran the other way.

I also sometimes see remorse in Jamal and H0pe but it's only glimpses. J and Cookie seem like they've been programmed all the way.

At the end of the day, I still pray for their souls. I really believe their label sold them out and are still doing so.

If we should talk about the real deal about the members. They are from South Korea and Korean are not religious people starting with. I heard from a Korean youtuber that lives there. He said in one of his live video that Korean separate themselves from religion. Even if they believe in budisim or christianity for example. They separate themselves from it. They firstly think about themselves first etc then from times to times go and do religious stuff.

So not really believing in anything or not being religious is just the way that society works. So they don't have any fear of god or fear of going to hell etc. So doing satanic stuff is not something that can bother them. And even though it's a developed country I heard that life is pretty expensive there. Food, clothes, housing etc. So that would make people very money driven.

The first time they signed their contract you could say they "sold" them. But last year I think, they renewed their contract willingly. They know everything and are fine with it. I don't think sweety or candy was disturbed at all, from the beginning he said it clearly he was in for the money since without this he was a starving composer. They even talked about not liking smokey eye makeup which is nothing compared with the stuff they do now. But people do love money and to live in luxury. After having a taste of that life, moral values are not that important for some people I guess.

Monsta was chosen very early on and rookies have changed with him always staying. Maybe because he had a high IQ, they wanted to make a group with him as the lead. But that doesn't mean the other members are stupid, that they don't understand what is going on. Every hand sign they make, during dances etc even when they pose for pics? What did they tell them it was? Cute stuff that girls like, making a v sign on your eye, closing one eye all the time etc. They use the internet I bet they have searched for themselves the meaning of the signs etc. And maybe seen way more nasty stuff in every possible way. Stuff we can't even imagine. We don't know what is going on behind closed doors. But what is for sure is that they have renewed they contracts so at this point if anything they have sold themselves.

Well,just checked this article on vc about how "13 reasons why" series led to 30% increase in suicide among adolescents due to glorification of suicide.

Both the concepts are very similar.And the target demography is the same.Vulnerable youth and youth with mental health problems. And the similar photoshoot concepts kind of appeals to those who haven't yet heard of bt5 in us and their fandom to check the series. Because,the photos appease to their subconscious with the sense of familiarity.And bt5 even had some comic about suicide.
Everything is amazingly interconnected across many media and countries.
And who would care about trinkets like friendship bracelets(hals3y gifted to bt5)?Of course,young girls.

A tid-bit,sg0mez is the executive producer of that suicidal show and even promoted it through a special song.So much for the image of innocence.

But that's weird, I have watched that show and a girl killed herself. After that guys were shown as the reason why she killed herself. So why did an increase of young men committing suicide happened?

I think people are forgetting about god is the main reason. This might sound crazy to some but people should go to place of worship more often. Parents should talk and spend more time with their children and especially with adolescents. They need emotional and spiritual support. Listening to music day and night and watching those shows is not good for anybody.

That's what the fan said there too. They are living a cage almost. Maybe because they are the property of somebody else? I never seen this kind of protection for hollywood stars or US artists in an award shows.

Then people killing themselves should not be a shock. Being spiritually dead/empty leads to feeling empty later depression starts.

And of course using tarot to predict accidents/death etc?! In astrology, we don't do that sort of prediction at all. It's unethical.

Hahah welcome to Hollyweird. You know you can get paid to attend these ceremonies including the Oscars? It’s called being a seat filler. Some people even hire doubles to replace them when on toilet (drug) break. And yes you can also buy awards, usually the record label/production company or the stars management pays. But you must know the right people.

Bts are very huge sweetheart, you might not even know the slice of earth i live in but here everyone wears from bts and listen to bts, the problem is that the position they are taking in people's lives is not influencial anymore, their art doesn't really have any value, but their name does, people in my school dont even know what bts are singing about and dont even bother to search the lyrics, but they care when someone approaches them and say oh you listen to BTS that's cool, its like how you brag to people about having clothes from a big brand because you think its cool....although this might not be the whole fandom, but i will say more than 60% are like this, especially people who got to know them in their 2017's cool era...

Yu're right, the are pretty big worldwide, especially among teens. But as u said they are mainstream, they don't have lyrics or songs that people would attach with them. I remember my teen years artists, I was in them mostly cs of the lyrics that matched my feelings, they dont have it. They are hansome and catchy this is why they'll never be the legends. Taylor Swift often have the lyrics which maches a lot of girls feelings, beyonce used to have it too, this is why they are so popular for so many years. BTS is like beautiful cover of fashion magazine, u look at it, jealous, admire the beauty and fame, but when you open the magazine it is all commercial and you don't find anything interesting to read. This is what BTS, they don't give you that warm feelings when they sing and u like:"oh, this is what I feeling, this is about me", or "this is what I want to feel". So I think their fame will be quite short in USA, the teen fans will grow. But since Jk(the most popular and talented member) learning english, maby they have some plans in States and worldwide for him specifically.

The veil is falling guys.And these brainwashed people,despite seeing the truth,refuse to see it for what it is and continue to have their rose-tinted opinions.I guess,it makes sense why they are called @rmy.They have to dutifully listen to their commanders without any questions.
These fans are angry that they paid people to pretend like them,but they don't get the point that they could as well be paying aka faking everything else.
If only they could remove their blinkers and look at the big picture.

But,the reason they have to use these paid actors is probably because for the visuals.Think about it guys,usually when they show their fans in these award shows,it is usually of asian-origin people.And there is also an argument that most of their fans in us are of asian origin.Now look at those paid actors.All caucasian,looks like in their twenties and there are even some men.It is a way to promote them,like telling,"Hey look!They are not limited to asian fans or teenage girls. They have caucasian fans too.And some are even older,not just teenagers and there are men too.They are bigger than you think and are widely accepted!".So,they are kind of priming people from the west to accept them more.
And yes,this is definitely the work of the company rather than bbm@.This is a ploy to expand their market.And bigger the market the more money they make.Fans may get agitated but,it doesn't matter.Because at the end of the day,fans are addicted and the company has no qualms of losing them.The company will continue to do these kind of tricks.It only needs money.

But how do you get to attend the bbmas in the first place? Is it like a concert where you pay money to get in? Since most of their fans are teenagers and kids maybe that's why it was empty. I mean they do fill stadiums so why didn't the fans come? And it caught my attention that there were a lot of asian attending the bbmas. And maybe to break that picture they hired actors like you said.

By the way their baby brothers have come out with a full english song today. But people still have a hard time understanding what they are singing.

This is random but I always doubted RM has such a high IQ....for me this is just a character he has to play....Ive watched some interviews and RM is a very awkward individual

I think he is not so bright, at least not in social situations
Some of his answers are so dumb and superficial its surprising for a guy considered a "genius"

Knowing how manufactured those kpop groups are I have no doubt his "genius" image can be exagerated. Thats basically his role in the group

Plenty of "geniuses" in this world have been known for being socially awkward, so that is not a good argument to say Namjoon's IQ is not as high as it's been told. Also, he allegedlly was in New Zealand a couple of months that's not enough to learn a language and speak it as well as he does now. I learned English by myself too so I don't see what's so sketchy about it. I agree he has the role of the smart one in the group but it doesn't mean it's not based on his actual abilities.

Anyway, just wanted to put my two cents. I'm not a die hard fan of theirs or anything. After reading some posts in this thread I can't see them the same and I haven't been able to read everything scared of what I might find. Carry on and thanks for seeking the truth.

Maybe he trully is a "genius" and has trouble with communication....but In most situations Sugar comes off as smarter, or at least more "street smart" than him

And he is the biggest contributor to their songs? not sure if this is true for the last album, I saw posted here they used other producers

But I find it weird that after all these years he is still the only one who speaks English and does all the press in America
Everything could be easier if the other members spoke the language and could participate in interviews too

But then RM would lose a lot of spotlight...and Im not sure if thats what Big Hit wants

And their oldest member is an exchange student in australia.He is fluent in english as well.But,chooses to act ignorant just to appeal to the fans.
And yes,learning a language by oneself is not a big deal.I learned two by myself in the past few months and am on the way to learn two more.
And it is also true that many geniuses are socially awkward.
But the grouse is that his description and behaviour somehow doesn't seem to gel well.And many feel it odd,intuitively.That gut instinct.
The whole kp0p act,irrespective of the group, is well,only an act.They put on a show with pre-scripted characters and present other content for money,fame and to spread the propaganda of their higher-ups.

So what you're saying is that they lied about how long he lived in NZ to make him look very smart for learning English by himself?Nothing is impossible I know. But do you have another source aside from that one comment? And why do you say J is fluent too?

I've always thought NJ comes from money and if Sugar really had to struggle to eat it's not surprising he's more street smart. Now I feel like inspecting their old interviews to check what you're saying lol. Btw it's not that I actually think NJ is a genius, I think he's smart but genius well...

Dream about someone can have meaning you know.

My sister had a dream too, but it was about Kr1s \/\/u, ex-ex0 member. The dream was years ago, just around the time he left the group.
In the dream, she saw him in the same elevator as her. She was a fan of him back then (not anymore now) so she wanted to get closer to him, but Kr1s was cold towards her. Once the lift's door opened, he entered a room but the room was burning with fire. It was so hot my sister said, she didn't want to enter the room and she shouted to Kr1s to leave the room, but he didn't hear her. There was a guy, my sister didn't know who is he, the person told my sister to stay away from the room. She said the door was made of steel and extremely hot.
