Cartoonist Rob Rogers fired after drawings criticising Trump
Have the US president's attacks on the media resulted in newspapers censoring themselves?
An editorial cartoonist fired by a major US newspaper has found a new way to share his opinions.
Rob Rogers was let go after a publisher rejected his drawings criticising President Donald Trump.
The cartoons are now on display at George Washington University's Corcoran School of the Arts and Design in Washington, DC, where Rogers spoke to Al Jazeera about his work and freedom of the press.

i think he was let go because he sucked. nothing more, nothing less.

edit: if he was fired because he was criticizing the president, then i am completely opposed to his dismissal. ill gladly support free speech of anyone, even loony libs. (at some point, the tide will turn and it will be the democrats supporting free speech and the GOP opposing it.)

Sigh bigger push for more war?

definitely. the deep state will call off the dogs on trump if he pushes for war with iran. theyll concoct some humanitarian, 'save the iranians from their government' story to go in and undermine the country. that will be their answer to, "why are we meddling in their business in the first place?" then theyll stick in someone who will support the rothschild banking system. its been the plan all along, and iran is up next since NK has folded.
operation ajax, part 2. after they "wipe out the middle east terrorist countries", they can focus in on the "domestic terrorists".

There is always a bad guy which the media props up and most here should be quite aware of this. One goes down, one moves in but in retrospect; how many of them turn out to be anything other than a distraction tactic to take your mind and eyes off more dire happenings? Food for thought.

SAUDI ARABIA PLANNED TO INVADE QATAR LAST SUMMER.REX TILLERSON'S EFFORTS TO STOP IT MAY HAVE COST HIM HIS JOB.

THIRTEEN HOURS BEFORE Secretary of State Rex Tillerson learned from the presidential Twitter feed that he was being fired, he did something that President Donald Trump had been unwilling to do. Following a phone call with his British counterpart, Tillerson condemneda deadly nerve agent attack in the U.K., saying that he had “full confidence in the U.K.’s investigation and its assessment that Russia was likely responsible.”
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders had called the attack“reckless, indiscriminate, and irresponsible,” but stopped short of blaming Russia, leading numerous media outlets to speculate that Tillerson was fired for criticizing Russia.

However, Tillerson's intervention reportedly enraged Mohammed bin Zayed, also known as MBZ, with the crown prince of Abu Dhabi and de facto ruler of the UAE, subsequently lobbying the White House for Tillerson's removal.

According to one news report, Tillerson was frustrated with the White House for undercutting him, and his aides suspected that the line in Trump’s prepared Rose Garden remarks had been written by UAE Ambassador Yousef Al Otaiba, a powerful D.C. player who maintained “almost constant phone and email contact” with Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, according to Politico

Were the Koch brothers really that relevant? Just saying they seem more myth than anything. And I'm sure they have accomplished a lot, so it's not a knock on them. After Citizens United people thought big political money was going to be the only safe bet for winning. Well, that really didn't play out. In fact, the opposite seemed to happen.

People care more about real issues. Even if it's only for 12 hours a day while that issue is trending. It's still better than people cheesing their way into politics. Granted that's still going to happen, but I think what we have gives people more options. We just need to keep trying to raise the collective conscious.

Maybe the collective consciousness can only go so high. I mean we wouldn't want to conjure some myth from ancient Gnosticism. Or do we? I don't know if I believe the world would be destroyed. I think the world would only get better if we all collectively astral project our whole bodies into space.

They were absolutely instrumental in organizing the "Tea Party", turning what was a grass-roots conservative movement into an astroturfed one.

Big Money still wins elections. I mean, Donald Trump is Big Money and while he fianced a good deal of his own campaign... His inauguration was financed by a who's who of corporate powers; Boeing, Bank of America, Exxon, BP, even Microsoft. Some private prison firms, too. So the president that ran as an anti-establishment candidate and some people still seem to think is was christened by the establishment.

Big Money is far from gone.

In what world is $285 billion dollars not big money?
Million. And I'm just pointing out what they spent.

Also, noting that Trump spent half of what Hillary did, so I think once you spend a couple hundred million, it's not just about the money any longer, or Hillary would have won.

Ignoring the fact Hillary did with the popular vote... When you spend more money on an election that any of us combined will likely see in multiple lifetimes... It doesn't matter. It's still Big Money. And when Big Money pays for crowning... Well, Big Money is still invested. So I'm not sure what you're getting at.

Likewise.

Someone said Big Money isn't a factor.

I pointed out Big Money is still a factor. 'cause you know, Trump is in the billionaire club and had all the big names that influence American politics, no matter whether the R's or the D's are in power...

So what are you trying to say? Trump spent less dirty money? I mean, that's nothing to brag about.

The fact that anyone bought the whole Q thing in the first place is shocking to me. It originated on 4chan, a website known for trolls, first appeared on /pol/ which is known for having legitimate white supremacists "nationalists" and is deliberately Nostradamus levels cryptic, so that if something doesn't come to be they just think they read it wrong.
