Yeah so I wasn't eating the best quality meat, nonetheless it didn't really do much for me except maybe replace some of the stuff which was deficient before from eating basically vegan for quite a while. I think I've found a happy medium, vegetarianism with eggs and cheese, I figure the cheese isn't so bad even if it has rennet in it as that's basically just using stuff that would otherwise be thrown away. The meat satisfied some kind of deficiency, I bet. Did you get the good stuff.. grass fed, or whatever? No antibiotics, etc. Did you introduce something else with it? Not trying to be nosy, but there may be something in there somewhere that disagrees with you, aside from the meat-- would be good if you could find a happy medium.
It didn't make me feel any worse either, except for the sense every time I looked at a piece of meat of the violence and waste involved in making it.
