1 Timothy 4:1, "Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons."
So it is possible for saved people to fall away and sadly some will in the latter days as the above verse tells us.
Revelation 3:5, “He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.”
This was a message that Jesus made to the church of Sardis. He told them that if they did not repent and turn from their sins, they would lose their salvation by their names being blotted out of the book of life. So names can and some will be blotted from the book of life if they do not repent of their sins and turn back to Christ.
