as for your other post I don’t think you understand the extent of the governments property seizure programs. Someone offering you pennies on the dollar for your property is not okay. Someone taking your belongings with no justification and having to fight for years to get them back isn’t okay. A second lawsuit was filed in federal court over the CHOP zone on Seattle's Capitol Hill. The class action lawsuit claims by allowing the protest zone, Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan and Governor Jay Inslee, violated the Constitutional rights of everyone who lives, works, or passes through the area.

The attorney’s statement below describes conditions that speak to why residents were none too pleased about the CHAZ.

I haven’t had a chance to look at it. I’m not going to spend the time tonight. Generally though murder is bad. No matter who does it, especially when it’s the people who are supposed to be enforcing the law. So no, I don’t think there’s any possible way I could see whatever happened and think it was a good thing or no “big deal” - stop arguing with made up arguments.
