even if there were trends back in olden times at least it brought something new without overdoing it on an online platform? cause they didnt have to cater their needs to such places and all their interactions were in person. it seems that we have reached a point where people throw words at one another like aiming shit at both millenials and gen z back and forth arguments of whos worse than who etc etc. its so unhealthy? i dont even care for my own generation cause it fucking sucked now new kids have everything handed to them it seems we get left out or behind if we arent always in on everything to do with kpop and the internet in general...

np! i have a general question though why in the 50s do u think lots of potential american stars had their life cut short compared to others i do think it has something to do with particular dates / certain owl club in the californian forest. but whenever for instance a rapper makes more thsn whoevers in charge they wind up being shot or offed early on and the same thing seemed to occur where promising stars in the olden times were also either od'd shot or harmed in some accident

now everyone seem to think with social media that they can be the star of their mundane reality. honestly id rather take a time machine back to a pre internet era cause everyones become a full blown attention seeker outside of the general celebs world. i even get the ick sometimes with my faves where i think theyre still in on the kpop system they still probably have a big ego or can maybe use their looks to manipulate a situation to go their way idfk some of them seem really nice but we still dont know them personally and without knowing them personally its hard to assume anything about idols or the celeb world generally and like u said theyll never give out such information plus anyone who tries to even infiltrate the certain owl club gets their video removed, plus the people in the nearby towns of such places are always kept hush hush about all that goes on there same probably occurs in kpop too. u have to sign a literal nda just to date one of them
There is a popular theory about Saturn returns killing young stars at the age of 27-28. But I don't believe in astrology because of religious reasons so my opinion is different. I believe the deaths happen because musicians do not have a healthy lifestyle and a lot of drugs, extreme diets and all the partying catches up to them in their 50s. Like, look at MJ. There is nothing really surprising about his death because his lifestyle was unhealthy. He probably suffered from an eating disorder because many of his staff and acquaintances have talked about how little he ate and how conscious he was about his body. There are stories about him collapsing during rehearsals and after his concerts because of dehydration, low blood pressure, extreme fatigue. His concerts were high energy and if he wasn't eating enough before them this is a recipe for health hazard. He stopped singing live and touring after the HiStory world tour because touring wasn't possible with his lifestyle. Not to mention all the stress that he had to deal with being such a huge star who was constantly in the spotlight and always being heavily scrutinized by the media and after Thriller music critics started to criticise his musical output too saying he was stagnating and stuck to one style without experimenting.

He didn't really have a good life and I roll my eyes when Kpop fans want their favourites to become the next MJ. No, you shouldn't wish that for them. He didn't have a good life and wasn't as critically acclaimed and respected as he is now during his life. In his life he was mocked and his music post bad isn't even considered that good by critics.

fr they are so uneducated outside the kpop bubble and every other idol sees themselves being the next mj or when i see tiktokers obsessing with marilyns everything sure she was beautiful in her prime but she also went through much trauma but people these days seem to like the look of things rather than anything else. hence why dating is getting harder bc so much is about looking good rsther than being a good person or having more wealth than anyone knows what to do with it. But I do think in time he did gain more enemies like elvis theres always ppl wanting to defame ppl even nowadays.

Lee Jae Sang appointed new CEO of HYBE Labels, comments on the request by the NewJeans members...

Lee told reporters, "It will take some time, but we will stick to regulations and respond calmly. HYBE is a company which follows the rules and pursues precision management. Looking back, those who follow the rules always end up as the winners."

By giving HYBE 2 weeks to restore Min Hee Jin's position as CEO of ADOR, NewJeans demonstrated their intent to terminate their exclusive contracts...
(Note: Because if they don't terminate their contract, Hybe will very likely put them on an indefinite hiatus until their contract expires...
Legal proceedings are expected...New Jeans are being used now as a collective mouthpiece of Min Hee-jin and her camp...)

Fr, not only are they uneducated they also jump on people who try to educate them. I personally have been jumped by people IRL for trying to tell them about reality of Kpop, Kdrama.

I have a theory that artists make their best music when they draw from their personal experiences and if you haven't experienced any hardship or struggle in your life it will show in your work as well. How can Kpop idols make revolutionary music when they are so coddled and don't experience real life. SHINee's Onew recently gave an interview saying he didn't know how to do basic things like booking a flight by himself until he went on his hiatus because his managers did those things for him. They live in their own bubble and are far removed from reality and struggles of the common man and it shows in their work too. Art is a reflection of the artist and if the artist hasn't experienced real life the art will have no substance because imagine when idols sit down to write songs (which 99% don't do anyways) where are they going to get inspiration for lyrics and concepts? probably that's why most idol music is based on lores and references from art and not real life. I have more sympathy for the staff and people who work behind-the-scenes because they rarely get credit for their work. These workers don't earn millions and are just trying to live a normal life like us but the staff gets the most hate from Kpop fans over complaints about "mistreatment" all the time.

exactly and i think it reflects how people present themselves in reality they "pretend" to be fans of the idols but in actualkty they loathe the success the idol has gained over some time. pretty twisted and i think it happens to ourselves too where relatives arent happy if we are or they want to distract us from experiencing excitment and pleasure in what we are doing almost gives a if they arent happy then no one can be happy vibe. but i do feel like some idols are genuinely targeted for it and overtime if im being honest i dont end up caring for the hate train itself? if u look up kpop opinion videos all of them 90% negative moaning about everything its so frustrating because it looks like no ones simply enjoying what kpop used to be for, or what it shouldve been for. ppl r just greedy selfish lying fuckers and i wish i wouldve known so much sooner not to get overly attached to others cause they basically dgaf about you even if they are "grown" adults

i remember something similar about another idol but i forget their name however the person told me in my reply the idol didnt know how to go through an airport or get tickets for themselves. so as much as i like or admire an idol i really dont know if id want to date one, not only that but when people want an idol for themselves they are only thinking of the idol as an object that only they can have. i do think idols play into it too much in the delusion as well some idols dont and they try to put up boundaries. i rememebr watching sans video once and he was telling a story of how he had a kindergarten crush and let me tell u the retardation of the comment section was beyond childish they were saying shit like they wanted to change her name to the name of the girl he had a crush on, that they were so jealous and actually citing much insecurities in themselves bc they werent his first crush?! its a mad thing to be upset about an idol for.

and all he wanted to do was mention a story or answer someones question abt his time in kindergarten lmao. on that sense i do feel so bad for the idols because they so limited to interacting with immature overreactive folk stalkers / sasaengs or haters.

enhypen staff got hate recentlt for leaking a pic of their lightstick, if people or children i should say are hating an adult or idol online i dont get why kpop companies arent active in banning them from platforms and from interacting with thr group until a forseeable date? football does this and it seems to do the trick for overreactive grown men who get worked up over a mere wrong match result. so i dont know why kpop is so lax about the idols safety? they just dgaf about enhypen members as a whole tbh
