It is common here at subcontinent side, even in Pakistan. We have Hindu minority here. Some Muslims also wear it without understanding, but just because it was a custom once. I believe all kinds of good luck charms is rooted in belief ie animism, vary from culture to culture. If you see Iran/turkey side, they wear those one eye symbol to save themselves from evil eye, this symbol is especially popular in jewellery designs . Its all due to polytheistic culture which was once dominant in that area.Hindu good luck charm or Kabbalah bracelet?

Seriously horrifying, I've just seen the footage shared by Anas Jamal. Animals are feeding off the dead body parts. I don't understand, why UN is not intervening after that emergency meeting? How many more horrific crimes are going to be committed? Shame on Arab world for being silent.Reports from Al Jazeera,
Israeli bulldozers crush sick, wounded Palestinians outside Gaza hospital
"Anas al-Sharif, our colleague at Al Jazeera Arabic, is reporting from the ground in Gaza that Israeli bulldozers have trampled over the tents used by Palestinians taking shelter outside Kamal Adwan Hospital and brutally crushed them.
“A terrifying massacre and unspeakable scenes. What the Israeli occupation did inside Kamal Adwan Hospital is a horrific crime against citizens and medical staff,” al-Sharif said in a post on X.
“Dozens of displaced, sick and wounded people were buried alive. The occupation [Israeli] bulldozers trampled the tents of the displaced people in the hospital yard and brutally crushed them.”
I'll update if and when a fuller report emerges
As horrific as it is can you post it?I've just seen the footage shared by Anas Jamal.
I suspect we might see a ceasefire agreement over the period of Christmas day. Can't have us westerners eating Turkey and cracking crackers while the news shows dead children. The chief of the Mossad (Israel’s equivalent of the CIA) will meet Qatar’s Prime Minister this weekend to discuss resumption of a new hostage exchange deal. This is the first such effort since the the 7-day truce ended earlier this month.
It's on Instagram. As horrific as it is can you post it?
And see Wael.el.doudh is back at duty despite being shot yesterday, these are the chosen people. The world is witnessing it, who are the people of extreme endurance, nobody has seen something like this. Here when everyone whines with their victim mentality, I feel disgust. They don't even have time to mourn.
I think we can all relate. I'm here on this thread for the long run. No matter how badly i feel i just keep reminding myself that what i feel is nothing compared to what the heroic people of Gaza are feeling. No bombs dropping on me, no dead children to pick up piece by piece. I have clothes, food, water, a roof over my head. I should be offering them courage but instead i find that it is them who offer me courage.I really haven't got the heart to read through the content of this thread anymore. The horror of what is going on is just too much for me to take in. I have to try and protect my mental health and I feel reading through all the content posted here will have an overall detrimental effect.
I applaud the posters who are still trying to expose the crimes of Israel as it's something I'm unable to do myself.

Tbh,we are privileged to not going through something like that. They did not choose this for themselves. All we can do is to tell their story, the sheer injustice.. Atleast we can feel, I feel pity for those who just don't understand, what is going on. On top of that supporting it and thinking we are going to heaven, is amusing to me in a dark way, it would be fun when they'll land ...well with whom their allegiance is.I think we can all relate.
