The targeting and injury of colleague Wael Al-Dahdouh, Al-Jazeera correspondent, and colleague Samer Abu Daqqah, Al-Jazeera channel's cameraman, are part of an intimidation and scare tactic against journalists and a failed attempt to obscure the truth and prevent them from exposing the occupation's crimes against children, women, and civilians.

I really haven't got the heart to read through the content of this thread anymore. The horror of what is going on is just too much for me to take in. I have to try and protect my mental health and I feel reading through all the content posted here will have an overall detrimental effect.

I applaud the posters who are still trying to expose the crimes of Israel as it's something I'm unable to do myself.

Thankyou @Awoken2 for posting here. It's getting heavier and heavier, I followed so many journalists and its difficult to open my insta anymore, the amount of gory images, we are exposed to on the daily. It's difficult to function, i feel guilty if I don't share their story, when they plead people to amplify their voices. The biggest shock for me is how many people support it and expect salvation, it makes me laugh in disbelief. Then they also cry victim here when an actual genocide is taking place.
