Do parents have no clue anymore or do they just not care.
Must be a combination of both...clueless and cruel parents..."Clueless" parents who lack critical thinking and have a compromising attitude..."Cruel" parents who "deliberately throw" their kids to the ravenous wolves of the society thinking it's "cool" to do that...it's a sad, sad world...

Does anyone think YG's album is seriously good. Even though so offensive and him screwing his own view count with the cutting of the face video. Or is that just me. Does he have real talent.
I thought YG's album was very well done and felt very personal. You could see that he used his creativity in making it. He is the only person in this band who can write, perform and produce his own music. The song "Stay alive " he made for JK (the last decent song sang by JK) for that web comic was pretty good.
I saw him in concert when he came to US, and he legit did a good job as a solo act. I was impressed. He held the attention for the duration of thr whole show, and as any k-pop act, there was no opening act, just him.
He rapped, sang, played guitar and piano, and danced. Very versatile.
Of course, the show had a fair share of the symbolic elements, and at certain songs had a dark vibe, but as a performance, objectively speaking, especially for a rapper rapping in Korean, he did great.

On a different note, I've been wondering why Suga hasn't enlisted in the military yet...

Very cool. I think he's super talented as well but I was even surprised that he carried that whole thing, show after show, so well (just him). It was an impressive feat. A long time ago, I thought if BTS ever broke up, the last career standing would be his. I guess we'll see. I envy you for seeing his concert.

Some are clueless, some don't care, some are clueless and don't care. Some have given up, some are so drugged out of their minds that they can't care. Some are held hostage by their children, and are just plain scared. There are many reasons.
Yes, for sure. Held hostage -- also, needing to be "friends" with their kids a little too much sometimes.

I have trolled a youtube comment section. Couldn't help it. I'm still subscribed to BTS YT channels and today, one comes up on why JK made a "dirty" version of his latest special song. Someone apparently asked him this question, and he answered with something like, "Was it a dirty version?" He then followed that astonishingly patronizing reply with more sorry-not-sorry verbal diarrhea but I don't recall what it was. In the course of writing something special myself in the comments, I read a few of the thousands of love notes from fans who would excuse literally any song and any lyrics, if he sang it. At first I thought I've never seen anything this wilfully blind but then I remembered cooooovid and its accompanying zombie hordes. And how no new ridiculous health edict that came out back then was bizarre enough to reject. Our world is in such serious trouble right now.

Well this is disgusting:

Found this a little while ago. Nothing grosser than setting a video of children dancing to a song about sex. P*dophilia much?

Just because they used the "clean" version that doesn't have the f-word in it, doesn't mean it isn't still about sex.
it is an old video of Ryan Gosling and somebody dubbed this song. When I first saw this video shared by you, I was wondering that I saw it somewhere.
And I agree this fandom is full of minors, the song is trash.

Lol, I didn't recognize him at all. But, he could walk by me on the street and I probably wouldn't know him from a hole in the wall.

With namjoon's reportedly 148 IQ, he could become a brilliant scientist, doctor, or engineer.

What is namjoon doing in bts wasting his iq for?
The "high IQ assigned" to RM seems more of a "concept" than a real thing... So far, there has been not too many instances/evidences where he exhibited "brilliance..." So his so-called "intelligence" is highly suspicious... The one who has really shown a genius streak is Jin who won 99/111 of the various games in the Run BTS series...

I've often thought his IQ was bologna. As you said, he doesn't do anything to live up to that IQ. I know plenty of people who have IQ's lower than his assigned one and they are not the destructive airheads he is.

Also, JM's assigned IQ is 128, but I never see him do anything brilliant either.

I think the best example of this is when they did the escape rooms for their variety show. They were split into two teams. Jin, YG, and Tae on one team, the other four on the other team. In the team of four, JH was the only one who could figure it out, and barely. Jin, YG and Tae ended up winning cause they worked together and solved the puzzles.

I think his assigned “role” is iQ Genius with a sprinkling of bad boy. So that’s the narrative that they push, with his guest spots on brainiac shows and featuring on esxy songs. I imagine a room full of execs/perverts arbitrarily assigning their roles. Time has passed and more of their real personalities inevitably emerge FWIW.
