Hello everyone, I am new here (to the forums specifically), I was researching a topic and since I was already familiar with this site I happened to notice this thread.

I feel the need to comment because there is a severe amount of dishonesty, cognitive dissonance, lack of common sense, and hypocrisy amongst the MRA and MGTOW community.

As someone who has been willing to sympathize and understand the complaints and struggle of men who feel "attacked" I have reached the conclusion that many men and boys who have fallen prey to MRA/MGTOW want to have their cake and eat it too and that they are no different from the feminists they complain about or the women they feel are somehow inferior.

To sum up:

They want/like the image of patriarchy, but dont want./like the responsibilities of patriarchy
They want a June Cleaver but don't want to take care of June Cleaver
They want submission but don't want to EARN submission
They want respect but don't want to EARN respect
They want a crown but don't want to regulate a Kingdom

And thus they blame women and feminism
Patriarchy is tough. Even for men and boys.


This is what alot of MRA/MGTOW men/boys don't understand. They conveniently mask the real problem as "gynocentrism" when it's really them not being able to handle the demands of being a provider and protector in a changing economy.

This is nonsense, the Mgtow movement is there because the social/legal pendulum has swung so far in favour of women that men with any common sense of the matter are smart enough to not want to walk/risk walking into that shark infested water to have their entire lives chewed up by a legal system that has no care for men or their rights. This is a fact.

It's no accident that society is in the mess we are in in this regard, look at the society the mass media paints for us? It's no accident that a country that flushed it's family values down the toilet 30 years ago, propping up female rights so far above men's rights and now we wonder why our country is where it's at today.

To say men are afraid of patriacrchy is ridiculous, 30 years ago they weren't, so what changed?

do that many people even come into contact with the legal system regarding their families? oh i guess those that choose to get divorced and can't work things out on their own do

I'm talking about your claims that the elite have some master plan to get males and females to be in the same room as each other. Males and females have been existing on the same planet since humans first existed so it's not natural to separate them and it's not some elite plot to bring them together.
