20 years ago, when Conan was good and homosexuality wasn’t the highest purest form of how we should all live, he had a lot of good sketches.

He creates a band because (and listen to the introduction) that’s how big money are being made.

He mocks the obvious idea of boy bands being gay and goes through the entire process of - giving them new names, changing personality, styles, clothes.

BTS is set to perform at NPR’s Tiny Desk.

Tiny Desk used to be a music format with people performing live. No playback. No backtrack. Just real voice and live instruments.

They also didn’t invite just everyone. Or just because you’re famous.

I am waiting for the show but if they allow BTS to do playback and use backtrack, that show will loose everything they stand for.

They even had classical and jazz musicians on it.

TH looks very weird with each picture and his eyes are gone.
He looks like suddenly 5-8 y older, a bit like those before and after pictures of people on drugs.
Not as severe but it’s not to be hidden anymore that he’s on drugs and it looks as if he did something to his eyes which would be a shame. Something like an eye lid surgery.
I know he had a double eye lid on one of his eyes, but it was very little of it. Now both eyes have double lids and one eye especially well defined.
His eyes got overall smaller which since it’s physically impossible means the skin around it changed.
It’s not that he looks older or weird. It’s that he suddenly looks affected by drugs and possibly cosmetic surgery.

Still wearing eyeliner is what baffles me. I’ve seen everyone without makeup on pictures or shows. I have never seen TH without eyeliner or make up. Like a girl who cannot go outside without putting something on her face.

About Bang PD, I have no doubt he’s the Korean Lou Pearlman. Is it a coincidence all these CEOs (sm, jyp,Bighit) can sing (not very good but oh well) but never made careers out of it... I really think bang pd wasn’t successful as an artist which caused status frustration (a sociological term which refers to people who find it difficult to get into the industry of their choice and so find illegitimate ways to seek what they want) he’s old and no one will listen to him... he needs 7 young, fresh, heartthrobs to have the career he always wanted so he abuses them, uses them and pays the price of the illuminati just so he can live his dream through them! It’s difficult if you’re not a musician to notice when someone is doing playback.

It’s like watching a surgery if you’re not a doctor. You couldn’t tell if the doctor is doing something wrong.

Which is why I wouldn’t know how to give you an explanation that can point out exactly how to listen if something is live or not, but:

• listen to the last recordings where they apparently “performed” “live”. Vma’s, AGT, iheart.

They all sound the same. They actually did a lazy bad job because they used the same version recorded in the studio for all “live” performances, including Tiny Desk;

• because except JK neither Jimin nor TH can sing, what you hear in dynamite, their voices have an awful amount of auto-tune making it sound computerized and flat. Except JK who doesn’t have as much auto-tune as the rest because he can sing better. But he still has, otherwise it would be too obvious that the rest sound different and he sounds much better and natural. It would be a weird effect.

This is an example how a live voice sounds:

You can hear the VOICE, a fuller sound, with waves, not flat like in the dynamite recordings.

Another ex in dynamite is that part when they sing “shining through the city with a little funky song” and the melody goes from the bottom to up. All notes sound the same, because when you use a lot of auto-tune you flatten the curve of each note to correct the mistake. The more auto-tune, the more flatten.
That part, even as a recording wouldn’t sound like this in a “normal” live situation.

I can give you an example directly on BTS when they used to sing live. Except Jimin was never able to sing.

You can hear vibrato in the voice as well as the melody not sounding flat. It goes up, down.
Now. Compare it with Tiny Desk and tell me if you notice something.

I listened Tiny Desk and the sound is completely flat....also the rappers a lot of times covered their mouths because they wanted to hide that they were singing in playback.
