The scientific and business portal "Atomic Energy 2.0" is the largest and most visited progressive digital media of the nuclear industry in Russia and the CIS countries, published in cooperation with many business, scientific, government, educational, public and environmental organizations since 2008.

The Government of the Russian Federation approved the 185-billion program of the Kurchatov Institute for 2023-2027

08 February 2023
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order approving a five-year program of activities of the National Research Center "Kurchatov Institute". The federal budget has already allocated more than 185 billion rubles for its implementation.

Among the main goals and objectives of the program are the development of promising technologies, the formation of a technological base for Russia to achieve leadership in priority areas of scientific and technological development, the creation of a network of research facilities of the megasience class.

The main areas of work provided for in the program are the development of nuclear technologies for the creation of a new generation of nuclear energy, research and development in the field of creating new materials, including electronic component base, the use of nuclear technologies in medicine, research in the field of genetics and biotechnology, as well as the creation of nature-like technologies.

Within the framework of the program, the Kurchatov Institute will continue the development and creation of six research facilities of the megasience class, which are sources of synchrotron and neutron radiation. With the use of such installations, research will be conducted in the field of materials science, biomedicine, including the study of viruses, viral antigens and vaccines.

Considerable attention in the program is paid to educational initiatives. For example, it is planned to launch an online project "Kurchatov classes", as well as create a correspondence Kurchatov school. Its pupils – children and teenagers – will get acquainted with research activities in the field of natural sciences and work on engineering and technical projects. This will help attract young talents to science.

Let's remember. Year 2007,
"Order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation dated August 7, 2007 “On Approval of the Strategy for the Development of the Electronic Industry of Russia for the period up to 2025”

Forecasts of electronics development for the post-silicon period after 2020 suggest the widespread introduction of nanotechnology achievements in industry.

Order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation dated August 7, 2007 “On Approval of the Strategy for the Development of the Electronic Industry of Russia for the period up to 2025” ... "NANOELECTRONICS WILL INTEGRATE WITH BIOLOGICAL OBJECTS and provide continuous control over the maintenance of their vital functions, improving the quality of life, and thus reduce the social costs of the state.

Embedded wireless nanoelectronic devices that ensure constant human contact with the intellectual environment surrounding him will become widespread, and means of direct wireless contact of the human brain with objects surrounding him, vehicles and other people will become widespread.

The domestic industry should be ready for this challenge, since the ability to produce all components of network systems will mean the establishment of actual control over all their users, which is unacceptable for many sides from the point of view of preserving their sovereignty.

"The Sixth Kondratieff Wave and the Cybernetic Revolution
Authors: Grinin, Leonid; Grinin, Anton L.

In the present paper, on the basis of the theory of production principles and production revolutions, we reveal the interrelation between K-waves and major technological breakthroughs in history and make forecasts about features of the sixth Kondratieff wave in the light of the Cybernetic Revolution that, from our point of view, started in the 1950s. We assume that the sixth K-wave in the 2030s and 2040s will merge with the final phase of the Cybernetic Revolution (which we call a phase of self-regulating systems). This period will be characterized by the breakthrough in medical technologies which will be capable to combine many other technologies into a single complex of MANBRIC-technologies (med-bio-nano-robo-info-cognitive technologies). The article offers some forecasts concerning the development of these technologies.

IV. The Phase of Self-Regulating Systems and the Sixth K-Wave

А-Phase of the sixth K-wave: acceleration to enter the final phase of the cybernetic revolution

The sixth K-wave will probably begin approximately in the 2020s.

Meanwhile the final phase of the Cybernetic Revolution has to begin later, at least, in the 2030–2040s. Thus, we suppose, that a new technological mode will not develop in a necessary form even by the 2020s (thus, the innovative pause will take longer than expected). However, it should be kept in mind that the beginning of the K-wave upswing phase is never directly caused by new technologies. This beginning is synchronized with the start of the medium-term business cycle's upswing.

Highlights

COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the MANBRIC-convergence.

MANBRIC-convergence involves medical, additive, bio-, nano-, info-, robotics, and cognitive technologies.

COVID-19 pandemic is accelerating start of final phase of Cybernetic Revolution.

• Final phase of the Cybernetic Revolution will begin in the 2030s.

• A special role will be played by socio-technical self-regulating systems (SSSs).

Abstract
Among many influences that the pandemic has and will have on society and the World System as a whole, one of the most important is the acceleration of the start of a new technological wave and a new technological paradigm in the near future. This impact is determined by the growing need for the development of a number of areas in medicine, bio- and nanotechnology, artificial intelligence and others, which we denote as “MANBRIC convergence”. It is shown that the experience of dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic has confirmed that the final phase of the Cybernetic Revolution will begin in the 2030s at the intersection of a number of medical, bio, digital and several other technologies, with medical needs as an integrating link. Among the multitude of self-regulating systems in the economy and life (which, in our opinion, will flourish during the Cybernetic Revolution) socio-technical self-regulating systems (SSSs) will play a special role. Thus, COVID-19 becomes a powerful impetus not only in terms of accelerating technological development and approaching the final phase of the Cybernetic Revolution, but also in changing sociopolitical (and socio-administrative) relations in the forthcoming decades. ..."

Annotation

Until recently, human civilization has developed along the path of mainly extensive development. In the second half of the twentieth century, the situation began to change dramatically. Thanks to the activities of the Club of Rome, the UN, and other organizations, it became clear that extensive economic development and consumer attitude to nature will inevitably lead to an environmental catastrophe, that scientific knowledge should be directed not only to improving the material aspects of human life, but also to ensuring the sustainability of socio-natural processes.

Traditional forecasting methods have lost their effectiveness in the face of rapid technological changes and the sharp aggravation of many global problems. A qualitative breakthrough is needed in the development of quantitative methods of modeling and forecasting global processes (ecological, climatic, demographic, socio-economic, political), in the interests of timely identification of development constraints, possible crises and justification of ways to overcome them.

The project aims to:

- to improve existing and develop new methods of mathematical modeling and forecasting of global ecological, climatic, demographic, socio-economic, political processes;

- to create a comprehensive system of global modeling based on modern mathematical methods and models;

- on the basis of a set of developed mathematical models to make a forecast of world development in technological, ecological, climatic, demographic, socio-economic, political spheres, to identify the limitations of this development ("limits of growth");

- on the basis of modeling, to develop a system for assessing the sustainability of global processes and emerging risks of global development in various fields, to determine the tasks that humanity will have to solve in the coming decades;

- to develop a methodological apparatus (mathematical models, methods) for information and analytical systems of strategic planning in the Russian Federation in the interests of ensuring the safe and sustainable development of the country;

- Prepare a report to the Club of Rome outlining the Russian vision of achieving the sustainability of global development and overcoming the "limits of growth".
...
"Abstract of the results obtained in 2022
...The results of mathematical modeling have shown that humanity is currently moving to a fundamentally new phase of historical development, when the old economic and social technologies no longer work. There is a transition of human society into a new phase state, the shape of which has not yet been determined. In this situation, we are not talking about forecasting, but about designing the future in new historical conditions. The analysis of options for further world development is made. Based on the analysis and modeling results, a project of the future society with the conditional name "World-organism" is proposed, based on the primacy of the principles of cooperation over the principles of competition. If this project is implemented, as mathematical modeling shows, it is possible to solve global problems related to ecology, global warming, and energy. Based on the conducted research, an initiative report was prepared to the Rome Club, which was sent to the Club's management.

The forum began with an address to the participants by the Dean of the Faculty of Global Processes of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Professor Ilya Vyacheslavovich Ilyin, who noted the positive formation of the tradition of holding joint scientific events with UNESCO, the World Academy of Art and Science and the Club of Rome on the faculty's online platform, founded in May 2020 by a joint discussion of topical issues of global social transformations and civilizational the future of humanity.
..
The moderator of the Forum was the head of the UNESCO Department of the Moscow State University, Yuri Nikolaevich Sayamov. [Club of Rome member.]

The forum was continued by the Chairman of the Russian Committee on Bioethics, Ethics of Science and Artificial Intelligence, Vice-President of the Intergovernmental Council of UNESCO, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Grigoryevich Chuchalin, who made a report and presentation.

Professor Chuchalin 's report addressed three main issues:

1) the noosphere and the modern interpretation of this concept;

2) viral gene pool and prerequisites for the emergence of new infectious diseases;

3) modern approaches to human security.

Professor Chuchalin emphasized the special place and importance of V.I. Vernadsky's ideas about the biosphere and the noosphere for understanding how vulnerable a person and the whole world has become from external influences. Today we are struck by the far-sightedness of the views of this scientist, expressed by him in the mid-30s of the last century in relation to planetary processes in which human society is also involved.

Speaking about such a phenomenon as the spread of coronavirus, Professor Chuchalin noted that this infectious disease is one of the oldest human diseases, which currently has 52 serotypes. The gene pool of this viral disease indicates its extreme spread in the biosphere. It is difficult to name living matter that would not be affected by it or would not be infected with a virus.

Concluding the report, Professor Chuchalin expressed the opinion that the XXI century should be recognized as the century of creating a new generation of vaccines that will fight various types of infections.

Then the Forum participants entered into the discussion of this report. Opinion was expressed by the executive director of the Club of Rome Carlos Alvarez Pereira (Spain) and members of the club...

And, of course, this, which is what this thread is for.

"Draft Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On the Strategy for the development of nature-like (convergent) technologies" ...Date of creation June 14, 2022
..
for the period up to 2030

General provisions
The following basic concepts are used in this Strategy:

Convergence of sciences and technologies – integration, fusion of sciences and technologies, their methods and approaches, allowing to obtain results that are fundamentally unattainable within each of the converging sciences and/or technologies separately. Currently, convergent sciences and technologies include a group of NBICS technologies (nano-, bio-, information, cognitive, socio-humanitarian technologies), but the list is open and can be expanded later.

Nature–like technologies
are technologies that reproduce systems and processes of wildlife in the form of technical systems and technological processes integrated into the natural resource turnover. Convergent NBICS technologies are tools for creating nature-like technologies.

Nanotechnology is a technological culture based on the possibility of direct operation of atoms and molecules in order to obtain fundamentally new substances, materials, structures and systems having predetermined properties.

Biotechnology is the integration of biological and engineering sciences, which allows using the capabilities of living organisms or their derivatives to create and modify products and/or processes for various purposes.

Information technologies
– processes, methods of searching, collecting, storing, processing, providing, distributing information and ways of implementing such processes and methods.

Cognitive technologies are a group of technologies focused on the study of consciousness, intellectual, in particular cognitive activity of a person and increasing his intellectual capabilities.

Neuromorphic technologies are nature–like technologies and systems based on the principles of the human nervous system.

The noosphere is a new, evolutionary state of the biosphere, in which scientific and technological human activity becomes a determining factor in the development of the biosphere.

Socio–humanitarian technologies are the processes of research and modification of the spiritual world of an individual in connection with its social functions and manifestations.

Scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation
– the transformation of science and technology into a key factor in the development of Russia and ensuring the country's ability to effectively respond to major challenges;

Big challenges are a set of problems, threats and opportunities that objectively require a response from the state, the complexity and scale of which are such that they cannot be solved, eliminated or implemented solely by increasing resources;

Priorities of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation are the most important directions of scientific and technological development of the state, within the framework of which technologies are created and used, solutions are implemented that most effectively respond to big challenges, and which are provided with personnel, infrastructure, information, financial and other resources as a matter of priority.

Or, in other words, as can be seen: not only the notorious "Battle of civilizational models", almost "Battle for the future of humanity", from 2022, is part of Great Reset, whose final phases have begun (all together: the United States, Europe, China, Russia...) in 2020, but also the notorious event in Ukraine from 2014, which serves to "prove" "the reality" of the "battle" in 2022, is part of the same process of Great Reset. And it is an agreement between the " combatants."

My health is a complete laugh. :) So in a week, two at the most, my two pointless topics will probably stop spewing out their pointless content. So it's not bad. :)

And yet, despite the zero interest and zero coverage of the topic at all in any media, especially in the alternative (most likely, even if it is mentioned somewhere, it is certainly not as developed as here, where it is still little compared to what has to be said), this cooperative reality in gattaca-the matrix between East and West, is the objective future. There's zero war, just a continuation of great reset.

So let I fill little more of meaningless content with my remaining powers.

Scientists have developed a needle-free method of vaccination

Researchers have proposed a method of immunization in which the vaccine is applied directly to the skin, and then with the help of therapeutic ultrasound is delivered deep into special carriers. This allows you to activate innate immune cells, which are contained in large quantities in the skin. This approach is safe, hygienic and may become an alternative to classical vaccination in the future. The results of the study, supported by grants from the Russian Science Foundation, are published in the Journal of Materials Chemistry B.
...
In a new study, scientists from Saratov State University named after N. G. Chernyshevsky (Saratov), together with colleagues from the A. A. Smorodintsev Influenza Research Institute (St. Petersburg), presented a method for percutaneous administration of the vaccine to hair follicles. To do this, they placed the flu vaccine in a tiny carrier-a matrix of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and applied it to the skin of mice. The choice was made in favor of calcium carbonate particles, since this biologically safe compound is part of the bones and is not rejected by the body.

Russian scientists have created a technology for three-dimensional bioprinting of human tissue from living cells

Specialists from the Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (MGMU) and the Semenov Center for Chemical Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences were able to create a technology for three-dimensional bioprinting of human tissue from living cells, this achievement allows you to print organs and tissues for a specific person. The study was published in the multidisciplinary international interdisciplinary scientific journal "Bioprinting".

The authors of the work carried out a full cycle of 3D bioprinting and received a tissue bioequivalent - an artificial analogue of living human tissue.

To begin with, the specialists took two types of human stem mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) — from adipose tissue and the mucous membrane of the gum. They formed spheroids (aggregates of cells in the form of balls), which are used as building blocks in a 3D printer. In parallel, scientists have specially prepared bio-ink for a 3D printer.

In the course of the work, it turned out that the tissue equivalents printed with the help of a bioprinter have a number of advantages, since they showed great functionality. Another important conclusion of scientists is the importance of initially choosing the right material for bioprinting, since the properties of the future tissue equivalent depend on the original cells. Mesenchymal stromal cells of the gum are more suitable for creating a vessel or bone, and MSCs of adipose tissue are more suitable for obtaining skin implants.

During the study, the team obtained a fully functional living tissue equivalent of the skin. In the future, it can be used to treat diabetic and trophic ulcers, non-healing wounds, burns and other defects that have difficult regeneration with existing treatment methods. In addition, obtaining such bioequivalents will reduce animal research and make regenerative medicine technologies more ethical.

The study was carried out with the financial support of the Russian Science Foundation (the project manager is Anastasia Shpichka, a leading researcher at the Institute of Regenerative Medicine at Sechenov University).

Official website of the Russian Orthodox Church
Sretensky and Minsk Theological Academies held the III International Scientific and Theological Conference "God — man — the world"

March 16 , 2023
On March 14-15, 2023, the Sretensky and Minsk Theological Academies held the III International Scientific and Theological Conference "God — Man — the World". The forum was dedicated to the topic "Man and the Universe: the search for harmony".

The conference began with a plenary session on March 14, which was held simultaneously in both educational institutions in full-time and correspondence format. In addition to numerous representatives from various regions of Russia and Belarus, the forum was attended by speakers from Austria, Kazakhstan, Serbia, the USA and France, scientists, teachers, students and postgraduates of theological and secular universities. In particular, teachers of the St. Petersburg, Moscow, Russian Christian Humanitarian Academies, St. Tikhon's Orthodox University for the Humanities, the Church-wide Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies named after Equal-to-the-Apostles Cyril and Methodius, the Russian Orthodox University of St. John the Theologian and many regional theological seminaries spoke.

The conference venues were the Minsk and Sretensky Theological Academies located in the capitals of Belarus and Russia, which is a unique experience in the field of holding such events. The Organizing Committee also consisted of representatives of two higher educational institutions of the Russian Orthodox Church.

During the conference, more than a hundred reports were presented, in which man, the universe and their relations with each other were considered from the standpoint of natural sciences and humanities — physics, biology, geology, ecology, philosophy, law, sociology, political science and others. The speakers paid special attention to the theological and spiritual-moral problems and aspects related to human interaction with the outside world, they analyzed the possible humanitarian consequences of modern scientific and technical developments for the Universe and man as a being and suggested ways of Christian resolution of complex ethical problems.

The plenary session was opened on March 14 by the rector of the Minsk Theological Academy, Archimandrite Afanasy (Sokolov), who read out the welcome address of Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavsky, and also thanked the leadership of the Sretensky Theological Academy for fruitful cooperation. Then the participants of the conference were greeted by the acting rector of the Sretensky Theological Academy, Hegumen John (Ludishchev). In his speech, Father John noted that the conference "God — Man — the World" is being held for the third time and has already become a traditional event in the scientific life of theological schools — an event that unites researchers from different countries and allows them to gain valuable experience and exchange it with each other.

Presentations at the plenary session were made by: Candidate of Theology, Associate Professor, Rector of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy, Chairman of the Synodal Commission on Bioethics Bishop Siluan of Peterhof; Doctor of Economics, Candidate of theology, Professor of the Belarusian State University of Economics and Minsk Theological Academy K.I. Director of the Institute of General Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Mikhailovich Kudryavtsev said that people in the past lived 900 years

In March, the III International Scientific and Theological Conference "God - Man — the World" was held, organized by the Minsk and Sretensky Theological Academies. In addition to theologians, more than a hundred scientists, postgraduates, teachers and students from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Europe and the USA participated in the conference.

One of the speakers was the director of the Vavilov Institute of General Genetics, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Biological Sciences Alexander Mikhailovich Kudryavtsev, who spoke about his vision of the world.
"In the beginning God created the world, and God saw that everything he created was very good. This is the book of Genesis, chapter 1, verse 31. The world was perfect and harmonious. And if he had remained like that, everything would have been fine in the future, and maybe there would not have been our conference when we are looking for harmony between man and the world. But this did not happen," Kudryavtsev said, explaining that the universe created by God in the process of creation fell into "decay" because of the fall of people.

According to Kudryavtsev, in the past, the life expectancy of people reached 900 years. At the same time, he referred to a certain schedule that "can often be found on the Internet," adding that he "built it himself." "This is the life span of our forefathers from "before the flood", and we see — 900 years [lived]. After the flood, life expectancy drops. In fact, if we assume that life expectancy is related to general health, and general health is related to the lack of expression of nature, then we can see — here it is, the rate of destruction of human nature," the scientist said.

According to the scientist, the cause of mutations that cause genetic diseases of modern man are sins — "original and personal".

"These are the mutations that geneticists find every day when they work with patients… Atheist scientists will tell you that in fact it's radiation, it's pollution, it's all mutagenic effects. But nevertheless, my personal conviction is that such destruction is still initiated by original sin, it is aggravated by ancestral sin, well, personal too," Kudryavtsev believes. — And in this regard, it becomes clear, at least to me, the statement that children up to the 7th generation are responsible for the sins of their fathers. But it really is. A gene damaged by a mutation, if we assume that sin causes genetic mutations, such a gene cannot recover by itself. Well, maybe by a miracle of God. But it can be replaced with a healthy gene obtained from another, healthy parent, from a genus in which this gene has not been damaged."

At the end of the report, Kudryavtsev said that the world would not allow Russia to live in peace and develop according to its own scenario.

"Our resources, first of all, our resources of food, clean water, energy, are too attractive for the outside world, be it Europe or China. Therefore, whether we want it or not, we will have to defend ourselves, and defend ourselves militarily. In fact, we have already started doing this," the scientist believes.

The N.I. Vavilov Institute of General Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences is the oldest genetic institution in the Academy of Sciences system. As indicated in Kudryavtsev's profile on the RAS website, his research interests are general genetics and genetic diversity of plants, mainly cultivated by humans, the use of modern genetic technologies in breeding and seed production."

"These are sick people": why the Russian Academy of Sciences started talking about original sin and the life expectancy of Adam and Eve

Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Director of the N. I. Vavilov Institute of General Genetics Alexander Kudryavtsev said at a theological conference that in the past people's life expectancy reached 900 years. He associated mutations that cause genetic diseases with both original and "personal" sin. In addition, he said that the Earth is able to feed only 5 billion people, and therefore there is a struggle for arable land — including by military means. RTVI asked the head of the Russian Academy of Sciences Commission on Combating Pseudoscience, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Evgeny Alexandrov, to evaluate his statements, as well as to tell why they stop fighting pseudoscience in Russia.

Evgeny Alexandrov is a Soviet and Russian experimental physicist, a full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the Department of Physical Sciences, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology. Head of the RAS Commission on Combating Pseudoscience.

Can "biblical" views be considered the norm for a modern Russian academic

This is a shameful fact, and I'm going to say this at my next meeting with the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It is absolutely outrageous that such a person holds the position of director of a leading institute of the Academy.

As for his views, I'll just tell you one case. When we elected the previous president of the Russian Academy of Sciences, I was on the counting commission. At that time, I got a call from some television station and was asked, they say, how do you feel about the hypothesis of a flat Earth? What can you say about people who believe in a flat Earth? I said that I was very sorry for them, and nothing more. These are sick people. And the most outrageous thing is that such medieval nonsense is distributed by federal television.

To be honest, I have not met such academicians yet. This is my first case.

Indeed, there are people who claim to be sincere believers — and there are such people in our department of physical Sciences. But this faith is never literally based on the Old or New Testament. It's the belief that we don't know something very important yet.

There is no scientific side to Alexander Kudryavtsev's statements. There is just reading the Bible, because that's where it's all written. All believers know that the Lord created the Earth in seven days, and it was about 6000 years ago. But science has stepped forward a lot since biblical times and knows how many years the Earth has existed, when man appeared as a species, and so on. And it is absolutely incompatible with the mythological tales of the Bible. Yes, it is now customary to treat the church politely, but what does science have to do with it?

I have confessed many times that I am an atheist. At the same time, we have to admit that a huge number of members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, when asked "do you believe in God", will now say that they do, because recently our Orthodox religion has become essentially a state religion. Being a believer is a rule of good form.

But in fact, in my understanding, the vast majority of scientists are agnostics. The more we study nature, the more we learn how much we don't know and don't understand. And in this sense, we have more and more questions — for example, about the problem of the emergence of life.

However, no real scientist will look for the creator of life at the same time, he will look at what natural causes could lead to this.

Because any attempt to find the Creator immediately leads to the question of who created this Creator and so on. It will be walking in a circle.

That is why I believe, and have always believed, that orthodox belief in full accordance with the holy scriptures is incompatible with science. Another thing is that you can follow all kinds of religious rules and canons and at the same time engage in scientific research in your field. But you must understand for sure that religion as such has no place in science.

Does Kudryavtsev's thesis about the overpopulation of the planet and the limited arable land have a basis

Overpopulation of the planet, of course, is a problem. But it has been facing humanity for a long time, the same Thomas Malthus wrote about it more than 300 years ago. However, later it turned out that it was possible to greatly increase the fertility of the earth and feed the billions of people who still exist on it.

The productivity of a hectare of land was one until the Third Agrarian Revolution, then it became another. It is quite possible to feed people algae from the ocean. Whales eventually feed on plankton. Why don't we switch to plankton? So all these are arbitrary things.

Only one thing is clear: in a closed world, population growth cannot remain unlimited, and these natural boundaries exist. At least until we go into space and fly to other stars.

Therefore, there are, in my opinion, much more important problems that we need to deal with. For example, in the human population, the natural factor of genetic selection for resistance to viral infections has disappeared. This, in particular, led to the last terrible pandemic.

We know how to fight bacteria with antibiotics. But we fight viruses only in the Old Testament ways, which are inside ourselves, with the help of our immunity. Vaccinations, in fact, are only a method that allows you to spur the "divine" ability of the body to fight the virus.

The factor of huge infant mortality disappeared, which automatically removed those who fell ill in childhood, not meeting the criteria for resistance to dangerous viruses. Our hereditary ability to fight such diseases continues to deteriorate. Therefore, this problem must be solved.

For example, I believe that it is necessary to analyze the state of the embryo and carry out selection at the very initial stage of its emergence. Here, of course, I will be accused of eugenics. But scientific eugenics itself has a right to exist.

Where did the initiative to close the Commission on Pseudoscience of the Russian Academy of Sciences come from

No one has talked to me directly about this. Moreover, there were a lot of explanations that we are not talking about closing the commission, but simply about reassigning it. Until now, she was subordinate to the Presidium of the Academy, and now she will be subordinate to the expert council.

Previously, we simply wrote our conclusions, informing the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the President about them. But gradually supervision began to grow over us, and they began to tell us that we should fulfill the president's instructions. Now we are being transferred from the presidium to the expert council. What this will result in, I have no idea.

For a long time, pseudoscience came from above. The authorities do not like it when it is pointed out to them that they are wrong. For example, in 2006, a program for turning Russia into an energy superpower was published in Rossiyskaya Gazeta. Three sources of energy were called. The first is to extract it from the vacuum. The second is the extraction of energy using thermonuclear energy. And the third is its extraction from hydrogen. This means that those who formed this program have no idea about the state of affairs in science, and they do not want to have anything to do with science.

How much more difficult has it become to fight pseudoscience in recent years

The last fiasco of our commission is that we tried to block the project of the "Top" apparatus. This device allegedly fought covid with the help of radiation of specially selected radio frequency spectra.

Alas, very influential forces were involved in this case. As a result, the inventors of Tor received a patent, and this device began to be mass-produced. This is a very expensive device that, with the help of micro- and radio waves of very low power, as its developers claimed, destroys the coronavirus in the air, on walls and anywhere else. Every person who is at least a little close to science understands that this is impossible.

Of course, we have had successes. We managed to block the development of perpetual motion machines and other equally insane initiatives. But when the Russian Academy of Sciences was merged with the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and The Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2013, agricultural academies and medical academicians came to us, who brought their own twists with them. First of all, it is, of course, a "mighty" army of homeopaths. This is not surprising — they are backed by big business, rich firms.

The same scandal with the initiative "Clean Water" by entrepreneur Viktor Petrik, which was led by the then speaker of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov — it's all because of money. According to her, it was planned to spend about $ 500 billion on water filters over five years.

Unfortunately, we cannot attribute the victory over Petrik to ourselves. Apparently, it just became clear to the country's leadership that Russia simply does not have such monstrous money. But it was something egregious. Then the Consumer Protection Society, which sued Petrik, helped us a lot. The court decided to arrange an examination, which showed that his filter was simply no good.

So in pseudoscientific initiatives, insanity and self-interest always go hand in hand. And most often it turns out that there is some kind of crazy idea, and there are people who exploit these ideas. Usually it does not combine in one person."

"Damages the prestige of science." The Russian Academy of Sciences criticized the geneticist Kudryavtsev, who said that people lived for 900 years

The Russian Academy of Sciences reacted harshly to the speech of the director of the Institute of General Genetics Alexander Kudryavtsev, who said that people in ancient times lived 900 years, and the cause of mutations are sins. RTVI publishes the conclusion of the Commission on Combating Pseudoscience of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Bureau of the Department of Biological Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Vavilov Society of Geneticists and Breeders of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
...
The words of the geneticist caused a lot of discussions in the scientific community and in the media. The RAS Commission on Combating Pseudoscience under the RAS Presidium also drew attention to them, which in recent years has made a number of high-profile statements, as well as issued memoranda on such pseudoscientific practices as homeopathy and dermatoglyphics. The statement of the commission was supported by 23 of its members, there were no votes "against". In December, the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences decided that from now on the documents adopted by the Commission should be approved by the Expert Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Such approval was received and the document was at the disposal of RTVI.

In the statement, the members of the commission, relying on scientific facts, remind that the thesis of the director of the Institute about the fall in life expectancy of people is not true.

"In fact, people's life expectancy is increasing, both in evolutionary terms and in the light of scientific and technological progress. The maximum life expectancy of the closest relatives of humans — chimpanzees and bonobos does not exceed 50 years, while the record of human life expectancy is about 120 years, — the members of the commission remind. — The average life expectancy of a person over the past 70 years has increased by 26 years. Even the denial of the theory of evolution will not save us from the last empirical fact: we are observing progress, not regression. An increase in life expectancy is the most important sign of progress."

Also, the members of the commission criticized the version of the "creation of the world", which Kudryavtsev adheres to. They recalled that humanity did not originate from the first two people — Adam and Eve, and diseases, bacteria and viruses capable of causing them existed in the world long before the appearance of man, and hence the alleged "fall".

"Even five thousand generations ago, the effective, that is, capable of reproduction, human population was thousands of individuals. It follows from this that there was no such creator who would have created the first man bypassing the mechanisms of biological evolution," the statement says.

According to scientists, Kudryavtsev considers as a fact a reduction in life expectancy, the absence of which is well known to science, and uses mechanisms to explain this, which also do not exist in the described form.

"It is surprising that both cannot be unknown to a person even with school knowledge of biology and genetics… Now we see that at the specialized biological institute named after N.I. Vavilov, the director was a man referring to pictures from an anti—scientific school textbook written by a creationist, literally interpreting the Bible and getting confused in modern ideas about the causes of mutations," the statement says.

The Bureau of the Department of Biological Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences also made a statement about Kudryavtsev's speech. In it, the scientists noted that Kudryavtsev's position reflects his private opinion and in no way reflects both the position of the DEA RAS and the broad circles of the scientific community. "The Bureau of the DEA RAS draws the attention of the members of the Department that during public speeches, especially on socially significant issues, private opinion may be perceived by the public as the official position of the scientific community, as a result of which the scientific reputation of the biological community as a whole may be damaged," the statement says.

The Vavilov Society of Geneticists and Breeders of the Russian Academy of Sciences, of which Kudryavtsev is a member of the presidium, also provided its conclusion. In it, the scientists noted that Kudryavtsev made fundamental mistakes, including the presentation of contradictory scientific data on human evolution and the causes of mutations.

"The mixing of scientific knowledge on genetics with religious dogmas cannot be considered as a private opinion of the author, but is inevitably interpreted as the official position of the scientific community, since the author, by virtue of his positions, determines the direction of research in the field of genetics in Russia… Such a position and its propaganda harms the prestige of genetics, VOGiS should dissociate itself from this concept," the document says.

RTVI learned about the dismissal of a geneticist of the Russian Academy of Sciences, who linked mutations with sins

Director of the Institute of General Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences corresponding member Alexander Kudryavtsev, who blamed the original sin for mutations, decided to resign from his duties as head of the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on Genetics and Breeding, RTVI reports, citing a source at the Academy.

At the bureau of the Department of Biological Sciences held on June 14, the request of the scientist was granted. Nikolay Yankovsky, an academician, a specialist in genomics and biotechnology, was appointed instead of him, the TV channel reported.

"Kudryavtsev asked to be relieved of his duties for health reasons, his request was granted unanimously," the interlocutor of the TV channel said. The bureau's decision must now be approved by the RAS Presidium.

RBC sent a request to Alexander Kudryavtsev and to the press service of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
...
Kudryavtsev's vision of the world was criticized by the Commission on Combating Pseudoscience of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which previously called pseudoscience the homeopathy and the idea that "predation and parasitism in living nature are not as a consequence of evolution, but as a result of the fall of Adam and Eve." The members of the commission recalled that humanity did not originate from Adam and Eve, and diseases, bacteria and viruses existed in the world long before the appearance of man, and hence the alleged "fall". "There was no such creator who would have created the first man bypassing the mechanisms of biological evolution," they stressed. Scientists also refuted the thesis of a colleague about a drop in life expectancy. "The maximum life expectancy of the closest human relatives — chimpanzees and bonobos does not exceed 50 years, while the human life expectancy record is about 120 years," the commission members explained. The average life expectancy of a person over the past 70 years has increased by 26 years, they recalled. The Bureau of the Department of Biological Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences called Kudryavtsev's statements a private opinion."

The Russian Academy of Sciences denied information about Kudryavtsev's resignation from the post of chairman of the Genetics Council

He does not hold this position, said the press secretary of the President of the Academy of Sciences Anastasia Pechalova

MOSCOW. Some media reports about the voluntary resignation of corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Kudryavtsev from the post of Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on Genetics and Breeding do not correspond to reality, Kudryavtsev does not hold this position. This was reported to TASS on Thursday by the press secretary of the President of the Academy of Sciences Anastasia Pechalova. As the press secretary noted, the council is headed by academician Sergey Inge-Vechtomov, who decided to leave this position.

The day before, the media reported with reference to an unnamed source in the Academy of Sciences that the director of the Institute of General Genetics (IOGen RAS) Kudryavtsev decided to leave the post of head of the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on Genetics and Breeding. Kudryavtsev previously found himself in the center of public attention in connection with his speech at the 3rd scientific and theological conference "God - Man - the World" held on March 14-15. His report contained claims that the cause of many human genetic diseases are sins, including original sin.

"Kudryavtsev does not head the Scientific council on genetics and breeding. He worked very actively in it, especially in the covid years. But the chairman of the council is Academician Inge-Vechtomov. Sergey Georgievich decided to resign due to his age. His request was granted yesterday by the Bureau of the Department of Biological Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, under which the Scientific Council consists. Now the decision of the bureau, as well as the candidacy of the new chairman, is planned to be considered at a meeting of the Presidium of the Academy on June 27," said Pechalova.

The IOGen RAS website lists the composition of the Scientific Council on Genetics and Breeding of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where Kudryavtsev is listed as chairman, but the press secretary of the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences reported that this was a mistake.

JUNE 15, 23:29
The Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences will approve the Chairman of the Scientific Council on Genetics on June 27
Academician Nikolai Yankovsky was recommended for this post

MOSCOW. The Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences plans to approve the candidacy of the Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on Genetics and Breeding on June 27. Mikhail Kirpichnikov, academician-secretary of the Department of Biological Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, told TASS on Thursday that the bureau of the department recommended Academician Nikolai Yankovsky for this post.

At the same time, as Kirpichnikov said, they will put an end to the "bureaucratic conflict" that has developed over the past three years around the post of chairman of the council. The fact is that in February 2020, the bureau of the department decided to release Academician Sergei Inge-Vechtomov from the leadership of the council at his request and appoint corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Director of the Institute of General Genetics (IOGen RAS) Alexander Kudryavtsev to this position. However, for some reason, "this decision was not formally recorded by the decision of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as required by the statute." This means that Kudryavtsev actually led the council as acting chairman.

"Our decision was sent to the presidium. It was at the height of the Covid pandemic, when the presidium met almost exclusively in absentia. I do not know how it turned out - either this decision did not reach the presidium, or maybe the documents were lost. But de facto, since 2020, Kudryavtsev has been acting as chairman of this council, and performed them well. This is recognized by the entire genetic community," Kirpichnikov said.

In 2023, as the academic secretary noted, the genetic community had claims against Kudryavtsev related to his speech at the 3rd scientific and theological conference "God- Man - the World" held on March 14-15. Kudryavtsev's report contained statements contradicting facts that have long been proven by science. This was followed by a letter signed by dozens of the most prominent Russian biologists, primarily geneticists, with a request to change the head of the Council on Genetics and Breeding. Finally, on June 14, the bureau of the branch made such a decision, especially since it also received a request from Kudryavtsev himself to be relieved of the leadership of the council.

"At the next meeting of the presidium, on June 27, we will make a protocol of the decision, which, I hope, will consist of two points. The first point: we will announce our gratitude, maybe even to two people - Inge-Vechtomov and Kudryavtsev, for the work done on the leadership of the council, and the second point is about the appointment of Yankovsky. The Presidium cannot remove Kudryavtsev because he did not appoint him," Academician Kirpichnikov explained.

Full Text
We consider the following three issues: the noosphere and the modern reading of this concept, the viral gene pool and the prerequisites for new infectious diseases, as well as modern approaches to human security.

Brief historical background. The word "noosphere" is a neologism, it consists of two Greek words "noos" – mind and "sphere" – the shell of the earth. E. Le Roy first used this term in his lectures (L'exigence idéaliste et le fait de l'évolution, 1927). The concept of the noosphere was developed by academician V.I. Vernadsky. He proceeded from the fact that living organisms on Earth are inextricably and continuously connected, first of all, by nutrition and respiration with the material and energy environment surrounding them.

Humanity as a living being is inextricably linked with the biosphere. It cannot be physically separated from the biosphere for a single minute. A living being is an insignificant part of the planet. It accounts for less than 0.25%. In the course of geological time, the biosphere morphologically changed many times; there is a slow change in the form of life, the form of living organisms that are genetically continuously related to each other. These laws of life are transmitted from one generation to another without interruption. In the XX century, man, for the first time in the history of the Earth, learned and embraced the entire biosphere; he finished a biographical map of the planet Earth, settled all over its surface. Humanity has become one with its life. There is not a single piece of Land where a person could not live if he needed to. In the geological history of the biosphere, a huge future opens up for humanity if it understands this and does not use its mind and its labor for self-destruction.

The noosphere is a new geological phenomenon of our planet.

Academician V.I. Vernadsky, forming the concept of the noosphere, identified 12 main provisions:

1. Human settlement of the planet Earth.

2. Transformation of means of communication.

3. Strengthening ties between States.

4. The predominance of the geological role of man.

5. Expanding the boundaries of the biosphere and human exit into space.

6. New energy sources.

7. Equality of people of all races and religions.

8. Increasing the role of the masses in solving internal and external issues of state policy.

9. Freedom of scientific thought.

10. Creating a real opportunity to prevent malnutrition, hunger, poverty and reduce the impact of diseases.

11. Intelligent transformation of the nature of the planet Earth in order to satisfy the material, aesthetic and spiritual needs of human society.

12. Exclusion of wars from the life of human society.

Today we are struck by the perspicacity of the scientist in his views on the planetary processes of human society, expressed by him back in the mid-1930s. Some of these provisions prophetically came true, but some provisions were impossible. So, for example, the provision on war.

In the everyday use of modern language, we rarely use the word "noosphere" and more often resort to such an expression as "the fourth technological revolution". Human economic activity based on new technologies has affected all components of the biosphere. We are also interested in the person himself. What changes have happened to him under the influence of the fourth technological revolution? We are forced to state that a person has become vulnerable to external influences. A series of epidemiological studies conducted in different regions of the world highlights the rapid increase in the number of people predisposed to allergic reactions (skin, respiratory system, gastrointestinal tract, etc.). The total number of people with allergic reactions exceeds 1/3 of the world's population. Behind these data is the maladaptation of the human immune system to foreign agents.

Thus, food, clothing, water and air quality appeared in a person's life and his environment, to which he was evolutionarily unable to adapt, primarily by his immune system, whose evolutionary function is aimed at recognizing the alien. Another characteristic feature of modern man is his tendency to metabolic diseases, which can be evidenced by the rapid increase in the number of patients with diabetes mellitus. Only four groups of diseases: cardiovascular and oncological diseases, as well as diabetes mellitus and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are the leading causes of deaths in the world; they account for over 60% - the epidemic of chronic non–communicable diseases.

Our understanding of the role of viral, bacterial and fungal diseases in humans is significantly changing in 2020. Over the past two decades, information has been gradually accumulating about changes in the sensitivity of a number of microorganisms to antibiotics. By the beginning of this century, there were data on the multidrug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Streptococcus pneumoniae and other pathogens. The antirecord belongs to Bronchadela sepaciae, which is 100% resistant to currently existing antibacterial drugs. These data indicate changes in the microbiota of the human body that occurred under the influence of iatrogenic effects of previous antibiotic therapy. Clinical practice indicates a rapidly developing resistance to antifungal drugs. The role of fungal colonization belongs to one of the problems of the present century.

Viral dysbiosis is a global human health problem that has become particularly acute during the current year. The real pandemic is caused by a virus that has been identified as SARS-CoV-2.

Virology is a new scientific direction of the XX and XXI centuries . The coronavirus has been relatively recently identified. In the mid-1930s, studies were conducted on one of the farms to establish the causes of the mass death of chickens. A virus was isolated from the carcasses of a deceased chicken, which had the shape of a crown under electron microscopy. Thus began the era of studying the role of coronavirus among representatives of the living world. However, it was not possible to cultivate it for a long time. It was only in the mid-1960s that a coronavirus was grown on the culture of human tracheal epithelial cells. Until 2002 it was believed that an infectious disease caused by a coronavirus causes symptoms of a cold, mainly with a clinical picture of acute rhinitis. The human community turned out to be careless when it encountered the SARS epidemic in 2002. It covered mainly the countries of the south-eastern region of Asia, sporadic cases were observed in the USA, Canada and some other countries. The situation was repeated in 2012. The epidemic outbreak caused by MERS affected mainly Saudi Arabia. A pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has already broken out for a year. In other words, the population gene pool of the coronavirus has been formed.

An infectious disease caused by a coronavirus is one of the oldest human diseases.

The figure shows the phylogenetic tree of the coronavirus.
The gene pool of this viral disease indicates its extreme spread in the biosphere. It is difficult to name living matter that would not be infected with the virus.
There are currently 52 coronavirus serotypes. Coronaviruses began to form a gene pool by interacting with amphibians (subfamily Letovirinae), but mainly with bats (Chiroptera) in the tertiary period, also forming a transition to pair-toed (Eocene, 70-60 million years ago), and only 10-2 thousand years BC. acquiring the ability to respiratory transmission (primarily, probably, by representatives of the genus Alphacoronavirus), they isolated themselves into a seasonal infection of humans.

The evolution of viruses in natural ecosystems as a result of changes in their population gene pool poses a threat of the constant emergence of new genetic clusters. These processes underlie the emergence of new and returning infections. Scientific forecasts are associated with a possible epidemic of avian influenza (H5N1), as well as smallpox.

One of the main conclusions of the pandemic is human vulnerability to new and recurring infectious diseases. The modern human community has to reconsider many foundations of the previous way of life. But today it is obvious that factors such as climate change, the ecology of the ocean and seas, as well as multiple rivers and lakes, pollution of the air basin, have had a negative impact on human health.

A special role in human adaptation to the environment belongs to the immune system. A person's immunological passport should be considered as a risk factor for a possible infectious disease.
New generation vaccines should ensure the maintenance of innate immunity activity, which is especially important among the elderly.

Currently, studies on the state of mucosal immunity have begun to be actively conducted. The introduction of viruses, bacteria and fungi, as well as their associations into the human body largely depend on the state of mucosal immunity. In this direction, the first attempts are being made to create vaccines that actively affect the state of immunity of the mucous membranes of the respiratory system and gastrointestinal tract.

The twenty-first century should be recognized as the century of the creation of a new generation of vaccines."

Lomonosov Moscow State University Faculty of Global Processes changed its website, and... the meetings with the club of Rome "for the future of humanity" have disappeared (the reports in the media and in Globalistika.Ru are still standing). :)
I will dig up the remains of the main site of Lomonosov and ScientificRussia soon. If I'm still okay.

*Not that it makes any sense, except just doing something I thought was important. It helps a lot to think you're important, it increases your sense of importance and things like that, you know. Very important! :D

Still, let's not forget that all of Eurasia (where I don't live) is counting on me to reveal the truth to her and save her from the new world order. All Of Eurasia. Only on me.

The Russian vaccine "Sputnik V" is one of the best, if not directly the best in the world, the vaccination process itself is delivered (at least in Moscow, where I passed it) very well, with minimal loss of time and effort, and completely free of charge. I received both doses in a newly renovated polyclinic in a Warm Camp, cozy as a cafe, I didn't have to wait a minute. There was nothing like side effects – of course, everyone has it differently here, but most do not notice any discomfort at all.

However, at the moment about ten percent of the population has been vaccinated – which is quite a bit, and not enough at all to turn the situation around. Why? Why is the process much more lively in other countries?

The answer lies on the surface – Russia, in terms of the restrictions that the state has imposed on the average person in connection with the pandemic, is one of the freest countries in the world. If in other countries mass vaccination is a prerequisite for returning to normal life, then we are already living a normal life. Which often amazes those who came to Moscow from countries where there are still strict restrictions. Muscovites, as if nothing had happened, walk the streets in droves, sit in cafes and restaurants and enjoy the warmth with might and main – unless they still wear masks in the subway. On the one hand, this is a good thing – the measures taken to limit the pandemic were a heavy burden on the economy as a whole and for many specific people who lost their earnings and their families – food. The question arose whether they were ruining more lives than they were saving.

But due to the absence of any obvious signs of trouble, the threat of coronavirus itself is perceived as something not too real. When – a little over a year ago – the streets were surrealistically empty, and all the catering was closed, it was clear that the situation was serious. Today, walking around Moscow in May, you may not notice any signs of a pandemic. Here in India, as they show us on TV, corpses are burned right on the streets – and everything seems to be fine with us. In addition, simple fatigue works – you can't be afraid for years, you just have to live. But the trouble has not gone away – people write on social networks about relatives who are lying with severe pneumonia, and there are many reports of deaths. And not always elderly and sick people.

However, this is the way the human psyche works – death always comes to someone else while we live our normal life here, successfully displacing disturbing thoughts beyond our consciousness. Reason demands to go and get vaccinated – for the sake of their own safety, the safety of their loved ones and fellow citizens. But until the thunder breaks, the man will not cross himself. And when it comes, it may be too late. Unwillingness to spend half an hour on vaccination can turn into weeks torn out of life by a painful illness, severe harm to health that will affect for years, or even death.

How to overcome people's apathy towards the continuing threat – and a common threat – remains a difficult question. There are proposals to make vaccination mandatory – under the threat of a significant defeat in the capabilities of those who will evade it, or severely punish "anti-vaccinators" who conduct anti-vaccination propaganda in networks.

In this situation, it is necessary to avoid ill–considered decisions - and public discussion, during which citizens could express their views, is very important. As it is said in the book of Proverbs, "Without advice, enterprises will be upset, but with many advisers they will take place" (Prov. 15:22). An example of such public advice is the round table "Vaccination: ethical aspects in the light of Orthodox doctrine", which was recently held at the Sretensky Theological Academy. Both scientists and clergymen took part in it, and the final document of the round table is important not only for church people. The document emphasizes that "the historical experience of the Russian Orthodox Church knows examples of the active participation of clergy in the spread of vaccination practices. It is an erroneous idea that the fundamental refusal of vaccination as such may be due to the Orthodox creed."

The participants of the round table "consider it unacceptable and sinful to spread false teachings identifying vaccination with the "acceptance of the seal of the Antichrist," as well as conspiracy statements about the alleged secret chipping of humanity through vaccination."

The fact that a cell line dating back to abortive tissues obtained in 1973 was used in testing vaccines is contrary to Orthodox ethics, but this does not make vaccination itself sinful:
"currently, in the absence of an available alternative, bearing in mind the threat to human health and life from COVID-19 coronavirus infection, an Orthodox person a person using a vaccine against this disease, created or tested using an embryonic human cell culture, is not involved in the sin of abortion, as a result of which this cell culture was created."

Thus, the refusal of vaccination can in no way be justified by references to the Orthodox faith. Some participants of the round table expressed themselves even more definitely – as Priest Vladimir Dukhovich, rector of the Church of Metropolitan Alexy, said:
"My personal position is that a real Christian should first of all take care not of himself, but of his neighbors, and understand that if he refuses vaccination, he endangers health and the life of the people around him. Which, in my opinion, is unacceptable for a Christian."

In fact, the commandment "thou shalt not kill" prohibits not only intentional murder (of one's neighbor or oneself), but also indirect murder – when we harm a person's health (or put his life at risk), neglecting available measures to eliminate danger. Refusal to take measures to stop a serious (and for many deadly) infection is a violation of the commandment.

However, the final document of the round table is not only about this – it emphasizes the inadmissibility (and counterproductivity) of coercion: "The Russian Orthodox Church consistently adheres to the principles of protecting human freedom of choice in the use or non-use of new and rapidly developing technologies, including in the field of medicine... Following the stated principle and recognizing the importance of supporting initiatives to overcome the pandemic, including through broad vaccination coverage, the participants of the round table consider it necessary to ensure the freedom of choice of people regarding vaccination against COVID-19 coronavirus infection and the exclusion of any forms of open or hidden segregation of people who refused such vaccination for any reason.or the reason. It should be noted that the discovered cases of manipulative coercion to vaccination and other actions directed against the freedom of choice mentioned above cause a negative reaction in society and only increase rumors and anxiety about the measures taken in the field of healthcare."

The measures taken against the spread of the disease have caused serious fears in various countries – including Russia – that the pandemic is becoming a pretext for curtailing citizens' freedoms and establishing totalitarian power. These concerns have become particularly acute due to the widespread use of electronic controls. I would like to dismiss them as senseless conspiracy – but there is a rational grain in these fears.

Social technologies of subordination and control, which are introduced with clear and good goals – to resist infection – can then be intercepted by forces that do not seek the common good at all. And in the very near future, attempts to force citizens to vaccinate – presumably for their own good – may cause the opposite effect, giving abundant food to conspiracy theorists, whose constructions will gain credibility in the eyes of many people. Therefore, as the document calls for, it is important to openly discuss all problems and concerns related to vaccination, providing people with complete and reliable information.

Although vaccination is an undoubted blessing,
it should not be forced – people should be talked to, people should be persuaded, showing respect for their personal choice, patiently refuting rumors and explaining perplexities. Pride in the feat of our scientists who created the vaccine, personal responsibility for the lives of their loved ones and fellow citizens are much better motivations than the fear of being subjected to some kind of harassment by the authorities."

What a wonderful Christian (and decorated member of the Synodal Commission on Bioethics).
People are right when they say that Russia is fighting evil.

Vaccination against Covid – 19 in Russia began on December 5, 2020 from Moscow. Russia became the first country in the world to approve a publicly available vaccine against COVID-19, and the second after China to start vaccinating the population. [...] as of January 28, 2022, according to official data, approximately 83.7 million vaccinations with the first component and approximately 79.3 million complete vaccination courses were carried out in Russia; these figures include both primary and repeated vaccination. Portal gogov.ru on the same date, it reports smaller figures (76.4 million and 69.6 million, respectively), which do not include re-vaccinated.”
“November 30, 2021
The death rate in Russia over the past year has become a record since the war

In the period from December 2020 to November 2021, the death rate exceeded 2.4 million people, and the population decline approached 1 million Russians

Excess mortality in December 2020 – November 2021 could exceed 622,000 people. […] This is the worst period since 1945. The natural decline of the population, excluding migration, has crossed the mark of 990,000 people over the past year[…]The situation was more deplorable only during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. […] If we take the mortality rate of 2019 as a conditional norm, then it is higher than this norm from October 2020 to September 2021. about 607,000 people died, and from last December to November – at least 622,000 people.

The total population decline in Russia from December 2020 to November 2021 exceeds 990,000 people. Population losses (in excess of the 2019 loss) may amount to about 665,000 people.

Until 2019, the mortality rate was decreasing. For example, in 2015 it was 13.0 per 1000 people, and in 2019 it was 12.3, according to Rosstat data. This year it has already grown to 16.8 ppm.”

Except the other. Which seems to me the main.
You know. There is no mistake: either it sticks or not, there is no middle ground. There is no need for any research and any theory, only practical experiments, if possible more. And then becomes clear.

Still, this nature-like technosphere will not come alone, it requires hard work, a collective spirit and an unwavering aspiration to achieve the cherished noosphere.

Monstrous!! Monstrous! Monstrous.

The globalist pack has struck a new blow to the multipolar world. ZeroHedge, a top alternative media advocate for freedom and normality for all of Humanity, said.
June 16, 2023
"A bipartisan group of US lawmakers introduced a piece of legislation on Thursday that would give President Biden the power to confiscate frozen Russian Central Bank assets and send them to Ukraine.

The Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity (REPO) for Ukrainians Act was introduced in both the House and the Senate. According to the House Foreign Affairs Committee, the legislation would "provide additional assistance to Ukraine using assets confiscated from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and other sovereign assets of the Russian Federation. ..."

There no war? There is no unipolar-multipolar battle for the future of the world?? Who said that? You bastards.
You will not fool anyone with your liberal five-colonists blabla, because the whole (or about 90%) alternative audience knows the truth, and knows it regularly, daily. ZeroHedge informed them.

The apparently dirty deep state is attacking traditional Russia, which is clearly fighting for the opposite of a globalist future.

The Deep State attacked right during the SPIEF (dirty trick). Because SPIEF is a business forum for defending traditional values that drives globalists crazy.
There he is: S P I E F 2023

The whole multipolar world is now staring at SPIEF. So I'm boycotting SPIEF.

I'm not going to boycott it, but I'll summarize it at the end.
Just one news for now, through the portal "GoodDeeds" to the "State for the people".
Russian Government
Dmitry Grigorenko took part in the presentation of digital projects in the Moscow region

June 16, 2023

Deputy Prime Minister - Head of the Government Staff Dmitry Grigorenko took part in the presentation of digital projects of the Moscow Region for citizens and businesses. The event was held as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the high level of involvement of the Moscow Region in the development of a new culture of service provision and interaction between civil servants and citizens.

It was noted that more than 70% of the region's services, according to the results of testing, meet the standards of client-centricity. Such an assessment is carried out in relation to public services in all regions within the framework of the federal project "The State for the People".

“What I saw is worth a lot. This is really serious work. The paradox is that our officials provide such services that exclude the official as an intermediary for receiving the service. There is speed and convenience for citizens. Appear completely different level of quality of service. And eventually this service ceases to exist as such, because it goes into proactive mode and we just stop noticing it. Some of the examples that we looked at today can simply be taken to the federal level and scaled to other regions. This is just a wonderful job,” said Dmitry Grigorenko.

Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov stressed that the region is actively developing digital services for residents and entrepreneurs of the Moscow region.

“We are very glad that you (Dmitry Yuryevich Grigorenko) are with us today, because the topic that you are leading is everything that concerns a person, client-centricity. It is very important for us that the Government of the Russian Federation and, in particular, you, as a person accompanying this direction, are considering our proposals. And today we would like to present you several projects. Among them is the single portal “Dobrodel”, - Andrey Vorobyov noted.

The Dobrodel portal unites all services, services and mobile applications of the Moscow region.

To date, about 3 million users are registered on the portal, including over 1 million using the mobile application.

During the presentation, the investment portal of the region was also presented, which contains information on current measures to support entrepreneurs.

In addition, residents of the Moscow Region can obtain the right to place a mobile shopping facility on the regional portal of public services. Business representatives determine the place for accommodation using a special interactive map.

"The State for the People" is one of the strategic initiatives of the Government for the socio-economic development of the country. The project is aimed at improving the quality of human life and the level of citizens' trust in the state through changing approaches to working with people for a simple and quick solution to their problems in specific life situations."
**

Dobro del = Good Deeds (something like that), or Good Deed (Dobroe Delo); Dobyie dela - good deeds. You know..

For the people! Russia does good deeds for people through digital transformation with unified services, so at the same time the banking cabalistic gang, which is plotting digital transformation with dystopian social rating systems, confiscates their assets to prevent good for people. Dirty dogs....

But for now (for about a day or two) I'm boycotting the rest of SPIEF. Because everyone is talking about SPIEF right now, and there are people, tireless workers for the light of the future, whose work remains unrecognized, in the shadow.

They deserve to show their hard-working noses in the light so that the world can see them and appreciate their good deeds.

Like Professor Ageev.

You see?
Why is Ageev not in the spotlight? Why isn't anyone talking about him? Why doesn't the multipolar alternative press write about him, why Zerohedge? Why..

Is that fair?

I won't stand for this. I will tell you about the good deeds of Alexander Ivanovich.
