use either a well seasoned cast iron pan or a stainless steel pan. thats it. if you can find a copper pan, thats good too. if you dont want it to stick, coat it well with butter and keep it moving around.
teflon coated pans are great if you want to ingest fluoride.

The Starmer Sunak face to face tv debate tonight was quite revealing.

Within the first 15 minutes Starmer had called Sunak a liar and Sunak had called Starmer a liar.

So if you break it down it means if they were both telling the truth they are both liars and if they were both lying then they are both liars.

......go figure

And they get paid to do it, making both of them professional liars (which is what all politicians are).

The quote points out the truth that the worldly political systems, while appearing different on the surface, are designed to accomplish the exact same underlying goal: consolidating material wealth and worldly power into the hands of a select few, at the expense of everyone else.

Man exploiting man.

That's why regardless of whether a country's political system is capitalism, socialism or communism (the latter of which is said to be the end result of socialism), they all require a massive corporate fictional government to make up and enforce unlawful rules that "legalize" theft, making the rich richer and the poor, huddled masses poorer.

And that's also why all of these worldly, satanic systems will ultimately be destroyed to usher in God's Kingdom here on Earth, because it's impossible to serve both God and materialism (mammon). Loving one's neighbor can never include stealing from them. Theft, in all of its forms, is unlawful, and always has been.
