I am a Doctor Who fan. I thought the article posted was interesting but it was hard for me to read because it was in Turkish and it does not translate so well.
The season of the 11th Doctor in the TV series as well as other media (comics, novels) that are considered part of the Doctor Who universe did have the same themes as the other illuminati movies. The actress Karen Gillan who plays Amy Pond the Doctor's companion was in this movie "Oculus." It is about a haunted mirror that causes people to be violent and murder people or commit suicide.

Weeping Angels
One enemy of the 10th doctor on are the "Weeping Angels." They are an alien race that appear to be stone angel statues. If you see one and you blink, they will get closer and closer to you. So the solution is not to blink when you see them. They cover their faces with their hands to prevent trapping each other in petrified form for eternity by looking at one another. This gave the Weeping Angels their distinct "weeping" appearance. They were known for being "kind" murderous psychopaths, eradicating their victims "mercifully" by dropping them into the past and letting them live out their full lives, just in a different time period. This, in turn, allowed them to live off the remaining time energy of the victim's life. However, when this potential energy paled in comparison to an alternative power source to feed on, the Angels were known to kill by other means, such as snapping their victims' necks.

Blood Control
"Blood control was a method of controlling beings via their blood type.
On Christmas morning 2006, the Sycorax used blood control against one third of the population of Earth, (TV: The Christmas Invasion) over 2000000000 individual people. (PROSE: Alien Life) They captured the Earth probe Guinevere One, which carried a sample of A-positive human blood. They inserted the sample into a control matrix, which sent out signals that had to be obeyed by all those with that blood type. In this way, they were able to make all the people on Earth with A-positive blood stand on top of roofs, apparently ready to jump to their deaths. (TV: The Christmas Invasion)
On this occasion, the Tenth Doctor called blood control a "cheap bit of voodoo" that he hadn't seen in "years", and likened it to hypnosis. Blood control, he said, could not overcome the basic human survival instinct. Although Earth's A-positive population might have appeared to have been in danger of jumping off roofs, in truth blood control was not strong enough to have actually made them jump. The Other
