This one should be in my Disaster Thespian's thread but I'll put it here just to validate the above point.
As for portraying grief here Ted Olson doesn't even get off the ground as he desperately tries to stick to the script. When being asked by the anchor about the call he never got from his wife Barbara just before her flight turned into a cruise missile destined for the Pentagon, Olsen regales us with his thoughts and feelings around all the other victims from the other flight. To say he's wooden is a bit of an understatement.
Check the 3rd comment down from a telephone engineer explaining why that call could never have took place.
Then you have the Barbara Olson transformation into Lady Booth conspiracy theory, many claiming she just went under the surgeons knife and returned with a new identity. Here's a couple of pics for comparison
