I don't even live in the US and I don't think the laws in my country will care about a kpop boyband suing me for taking part of a forum discussing their music videos here you have gossip sites writting terrible things about celebrities, people hating on them in the comment sections and nobody cares

and if armys are going to sue all the antis BTS have on social media then millions of people are gonig to jail. lmao Its just not realistic

they're making an example of some fans now just at their home base. And its impossible to police everyone. But maybe they want to instill fear. So people would think twice before speaking against them.

Negative comments from anti-fans is to be expected and comes with the territory of being a celebrity. This seems outlandish to go through such lengths. I understand going after those who issue death threats and comments along those lines.


If this spreads like a wild fire especially in the US, they'll be known as the Korean boy band who sued fans for negative comments. Not a good look.

people will just make fun of them, maybe in korea this is normal but in the rest of the world it's just embarrassing. Every person has the right to freedom of speech
and unless you are sending them a death threat then saying negative things about them or writting theories about their "concept" is not a good reason to sue someone this forum is all specualtion and like I said a lot of bigger celebrities are mentioned

yeah I think they are just trying to scare "antis" but it's unrealistic to be scared, they can't sure the million of people who speak badly of them

I just deleted my post in the first page replying to someone about the building because that person deleted all their posts so what I said made no sense anymore . Everyone who starts to read the thread wont understand what's going on so I had to fix it

BH can't do sh*t and are using this as a scare tactic to silence people. It's called freedom of speech (in my country anyways). So what if they find our IP addresses or whatever else they "need" to sue. They couldn't prove it was actually the person using it anyways.

i.e. back when I had an issue with a person over text who admitted to something, the police still said I couldn't prove it was that person who sent the texts even though it was their phone, etc.

It's all good. Keep exposing!

Also, I hope this blows up in the west. They'll become a laughing stock and be known as the company/group known for suing 12 year old girls for comments that hurt their feelings. It's so childish and the second hand embarrassment is real. The police have better things to do like solving murders than worrying about this mess.

This only proves the fact how BH brainwashes their fans to always be in their favour or they use emotional/mental tactics like demoting someone so that they try harder to be promoted again. They'll work harder at moving up in the ranks to be seen as more committed and dedicated. This is sick.

We are using american website wich is protected by american laws. So those idiots have a right to throw their satanic s**t in our faces, make bloody and violent mvs and get away with it and we are unable just discuss it?
