Catholicism has got Satans fingerprints all over it, namely-
1- They waste their prayers by disobeying Jesus and praying to his human mum and to human "saints" even though Jesus said "This is how you should pray-"Our Father which art in heaven..."
2- They dislike women-
3- They try to dilute God by splitting him up into 3 parts (the 'Trinity')
4- They say hell is not forever and that you'll be let out after a spell in 'Purgatory'
5- They say it's okay to sin provided you 'confess' to your priest in the confessional
6- They promote perversion-
7- Many of their priests are gay and/or paedophiles.
Have I missed anything out?

The woman of Revelation 12 is ISRAEL - the TRUE people Israel (NOT the counterfeit-Jews currently occupying the land of Israel)

12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman (Israel) clothed with the "sun" (Psalm 89:36), and the "moon" under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars (the Crown of Israel - one star per tribe):
12:2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered (John 16:21).
12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

Revelation 12 is written in symbolic language and so its not a literal woman. A woman in Bible symbology represents a church. In both testaments Jesus' people/Church are His woman/wife/Bride.
So the woman in Revelation 12 is God's church because she is a pure woman. She is “clothed with the sun,” with “the moon under her feet,” and wearing “a crown of twelve stars.” What do these symbols mean?
The sun represents Jesus, His gospel, and His righteousness. “The Lord God is a sun” (Psalm 84:11). Without Jesus there is no salvation. More than anything else, Jesus wants His church to overflow with His presence and glory. “The moon under her feet” represents the sacrificial system of the Old Testament. As the moon reflects the light of the sun, so the sacrificial system was helpful spiritually only as it reflected light from the Messiah to come . The “crown of twelve stars” symbolize the leadership of the church, 12 tribes in the Old Testament and 12 apostles in the New Testament.
The woman is in labour, about to deliver a baby who would one day rule all nations with a rod of iron. She then delivered the “male Child,” and later He was taken up to God’s throne in heaven. Who was this baby? The baby was Jesus. He will one day rule all nations with a rod of iron.
Jesus, who was crucified for our sins, was raised from the dead and ascended to heave. His resurrection power in our lives is one of Jesus’ essential gifts to His people.
Since a woman in symbolic language represents a church, the whore of Babylon is a church not a nation. The symbols for nations are different.
The whore of Babylon represents a fallen, impure church as I've posted in this thread.
As a pure woman symbolizes a pure church that is faithful to Jesus, so an impure woman represents an impure, or fallen, church that is unfaithful to Jesus.
In the New Testament there is no mention of the earthly Jewish nation in end time prophecy really.
The concern is for God's people who are both Jews and Gentiles who have accepted Jesus as Saviour and have faith in Him and how they will be persecuted by the beast/whore of Babylon.

Israel as a nation is not as strong as the first beast (the papacy), second beast (the USA) of Revelation 13 or the whore of Babylon (the fallen church/the Catholic church and there other harlots that represent fallen protestant churches). These powers have more power and influence around the world. They are the ones that are going to play huge roles in the end time. They will persecute God's people (the woman of Revelation 12/true Church/Spiritual Israel) and make life very difficult for them because they will choose to obey God rather than their laws that go against God's law.

2) The 'woman' in the bible, was the nation of Israel and Judah (both described as hookers in Jeremiah 2 and 3).
Just as the 'wicked woman' in Zechariah 5 was the jewish nation.
