What it does specifically tells us is that God will FIRST send for many "fishers" (of men - Mark 1:17), to help Christ gather the Elect during His Second Coming (Gen. 49:10), and then, afterwards, He will send for many "hunters", aka "the eagles" (Matt. 24:28), to REAP THE EARTH.
