I wonder if there is gossip among trainees about whats actually happening in the industry? Do you think they already know going in?

Infos "leak" mainly via the internet and personal testimonies...they may come in the form of "rumor" or "unverified" infos...But when ex-trainees and former artists "spill the beans," (regardless of the NDAs) the true ugly face of the industry pops up...

Aspiring trainees often join the training with hopes of getting a shot at stardom...As usual, the "promises" are big and glittery...But when the harsh realities of the "trainee/rookie life" become "unbearable..." some do quit voluntarily or are forced to...

Sadly, the "awareness" is not enough to dissuade many from joining the industry...they are willing to "risk it all..." until they become broken and helpless...

From what we've seen some drop out. While others don't care, they want the fame that bad. Or are simply so used to things, it's nothing really different to them. This is life. Some of them are former models or child idols.

The utterly sad reality is that, these "inhumane" and evil things/situations in the industry are being "normalized" and young aspirants are especially very vulnerable...even thinking that they have to "go through the process" to achieve their dreams...

sad thing is this forum really only wants the ent industry to be dark and twisted just so it has sometning to discuss. it doesnt actually care about the idols who have offed themselves bc it wont admit that idols have struggles simply not because of dark satanic things

Nope. In fairness, no particular "narrative" has ever been dictated here...discussions flow and are mainly based on the name of the thread: "Kpop Satanic/Illuminati Influence." I suggest you read the title very closely/repeatedly everytime you visit this thread or make a comment...You'll see how the discussions are in keeping with the thread's name...unless "derailed" by certain topics/ideas...
It's best to avoid making sweeping/skewed statements such as "...dismiss every form of logic..." because that is not true. Posting/discussing based on the thread's title is obviously the first logical thing to do...which is what is being done here...for the most part...

They are still a group! However, it seems they are just posting some vlogs and photoshoots. I miss third generation kpop, yes it still had dark themes but it was also so cute and bubbly lol

EDIT: Lots of one-eyed symbolism though, weird.

same bruh it was more interesting back then and it was more fresh / less english songs. i think the main issue is that groups arent getting older or older members are quite rare so its hard for me a foreigner to connect to some random arse 20 something year olds who lets face it lack real life experience because they are in their bubble. honestly any entertainment industry is going to have its twisted ways so what? its nothing new. this forum overreacts at the slightest dark theme imho and it also cant accept the slightest bit of critique but it will slander the groups one mintue then claim they are victims of ritual abuse the next.
