I'm surprised you haven't figured it out yet. Just like with BST, they're acting out a part. Each of their works comes together to make the seven deadly sins. They even weaved all of the sins into those songs. Everything we've talked about, their own words, and imagery, I think this is the best interpretation of their work. Also in a way, each represents a demonic force as the sins are associated with demons too.
