Thanks and neither can I. I did find this video that discussed what happened yesterday when James Topp was in Ottawa and was streamed earlier this morning. Near the end they say they're going to have another live stream at 3pm today:

Something curious about Trudeau… he have a lot of femenine energy… it’s like like a female puppet… and very insecure… he looks like his father, Fidel Castro (another puppet).

Because these walking for freedom are all distraction from real perpetrators, hiding underground. Dutraux case have all witnesses killed, do you really think people who have Delta and military forces are allow you to change something by runnning\meetings? All these are made to take infromation about you into their bases.

the branch maybe not sure yet I can confirm
the rest though
no idea how long it will be in effect but We'll
have to wait and See

Apparently, it started yesterday at 4am, but I see CBC has now edited the story and have omitted it. Not sure if it's a revision to correct the information, or to delete the information when outages actually began and just increased throughout the country. I spoke to my dad yesterday, but I'm unable to today because his service is with Rogers.

I do like some of the comments on story. Puts technology into perspective:
