It feels like a crack in the leftist/fascist big tech wall and a shift in a better direction, for the short term. I do think he will free twitter, which is a very big deal especially with midterms coming up. It was twitter, after all, that helped to bury the Hunter laptop story along with everything not radical left while screaming how hateful and intolerant conservatives are. Serious asshats, and I do hope there are consequences coming. If this wasn't a big deal, we would not be seeing the ridiculous meltdowns and temper tantrums on twitter right now - lol!

If you think partisan politics actually means something, especially with what's transpired over the last two to three years, you haven't been paying attention. As well, you haven't read or listened to anything I've, or anyone else has posted in the thread and believe that Musk is actually "for" us underlings. Elon is the new frontman for the global elite, as Bill Gates failed miserably with selling the public the "vaccines". He's just another technocrat who wants everyone eventually micro chipped in the brain, just like his grandfather.

However, if it comforts you to believe Elon's is saving Twitter from the "radical left", that's on you.

I don't believe anyone in this thread is ignorant or unaware of Musk. We each simply have our own take. To reiterate my own thoughts, I'm reposting from another thread:

"From the Christian perspective: I am waiting and watching. IF the God of the Holy Bible wants to turn what is meant for evil to good, He will. In that case no one will stand in His way - not twitter, not Musk, not the elites. It's also possible God is allowing evil to multiply in order to call people to Himself. This pattern has existed throughout history as great evil rises and falls, and people living in fear and darkness cry out to God and turn to Him. Either way, God has already overcome evil and we are watching His plan unfold."

My HOPE is that free speech might be returned to twitter after years of fascist censorship, but that does not mean I'm a blind fan of Musk and can't see the danger. Those two positions can co-exist, and God is still in control.

Side note: As much as I like the Babylon Bee, they were dead wrong to ask Musk to "do them a solid and accept Jesus". Faith isn't about doing someone a favor. Faith follows hearing the gospel and by the grace of God, believing. If the interviewers were serious about asking Musk to become Christian, they would have presented the gospel message in full rather than turning it into a joke.
