There are two groups of Gentiles, one is those who God isn't dealing with, and then there's the group where his people happen to be scattered among the Nations due to slavery. THESE are the ones he cares about.

It goes like this: Imagine living in Germany. They are European, and none of them are Israelites so God isn't focused on them. Now imagine there's Israelites there because of slavery back then. THEY are the ones God cares about. That's why I said all of us are mixed everywhere, the Israelites who are among other Nations, those Nations aren't even their real home. Jerusalem is.
