Seriously though, WTF does any of you care what statue is displayed at Yale University? The very idea of a real socialist wave hitting the U.S is at best a culture warriors wet dream. At worst it's meant to distract from the fact that nobody is being educated in America.

I actually like the statue making era known as modernism. But I know that postmodernism has completely taken over. Basically everyone has their own truth now. It's like we are in the era of everyone being in their feelings, all the time.

I blame the institutions though. These are clearly cases where capitulating is more cost-effective, plus removing a statue means an institution doesn't have to hold any *person* accountable. I think that's what BLM really wants anyway, people held to accountability.
