Since you are a satanist, do you believe satan/devil/demons are a real entity?
Laveyan Satanists are atheistic Satanists, so no. Satan is a methaphorical being , the archetype of the rebel force or the one who will not conform. That is what a Satanist is to me, a non conformist. Or one who refuses to join the herd.

@Resistor

Its quite revealing that in one breath you speak ill of vices like "self-infatuation", "self-gratification", "gluttony"(which are all ideas Lavey taught we should embrace), and even concepts such as belief, but then in another breath go ahead and show support for Muslim belief and even the atheistic Satanists who hold beliefs that vector off of the aforementioned vices.

That is the inverse nature of the times we are in and all you do by your actions like many is demonstrate that there acctually is an antichrist spirit active on this thread who's sole purpose is to contribute in no other way than to denounce and delegitimze Christianity. People will welcome and show support of any counter culture belief and will even defend someone else's right to believe as such, in fact such beliefs wont even bother them, yet when it comes to Christianity they will home-in and invest considerable time in their day attacking something they believe is nonsense.
Oh trust me, the Antichrist spirit that dwells in me loathes ALL organised religion. No Hindu, Muslim or other theist is safe from me either.

What compels you to identify as a Satanist? Most people are already rebels and rebel against God without the title.

I am a Satanist because I am more than an atheist, I am an anti-theist. I am against religious doctrine in all forms, which means that I stand for a complete seperation of church and state and oppose any legislation based on religious principles actively.

Satan is the mythological rebel against God's law, I am the actual human one. And I have read the Satanic Bible and agree with the major principles of it as stated by Lavey.

Which form of satanism that actually believe satan is a real entity and mean what they said when they said "hail satan"? Sound like you've got different denom of satanism which is interesting.

What do you believe is the truth behind the pentagram/goat head?

If you want to know more; read this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaVeyan_Satanism

The pentagram is used by us as a recognisable symbol that shows we are Satanists. We actually have a specific goat head/pentagram combination that is copyrighted by the Church of Satan. Nobody else is allowed to use it as it was designed for us.

The Sigil of Baphomet is the official insignia of the Church of Satan and is trademarked and copyrighted by the Church of Satan.[1][2][3][4] The Sigil of Baphomet first appeared on the cover of The Satanic Mass LP in 1968 and later on the cover of The Satanic Bible in 1969.[5] The sigil has been called a "material pentagram" representational of carnality and earthy principles.[6] The Church describes the symbol as the "...preeminent visual distillation of the iconoclastic philosophy of Satanism."

Interesting side note; Marilyn Manson for example is a member of the Church of Satan. He is often on here for his symbolism, but he is not the 'child sacrificing theistic Satanist' you were lead to believe. That's one of the reasons I joined. Not all Satanists are the same.

What your post shows is quite a massive amount of religious insecurity. The dualism you are conveying is you just playing your ideological role in your belief system. What you are saying here is your attempt to idealize things to match your belief system in the pathetic attempt to reinforce your beliefs rather than confront the reality of them.

As I've already told you:
You do forget that Christianity is the original and ultimate antichrist religion. You forget that to Jews (which Christianity merely claims to continue from but doesn't), Jesus was considered an antichrist (false messiah). Period. Jesus fulfilled zero Jewish messianic Prophecies, zero, this is why Jews rejected him.
Christianity does not have the authority to make such statements when itself is categorically an antichrist religion before they turned that around and started calling non-Christians "antichrists". Very devilish.

And also the concept of a Messiah wasn't even originally a Jewish concept, it was a Zoroastrian one. The Saoshyant LONG predates all forms of Jewish messianism (which Jews inherited during the Babylonian Exile, like most of their religion).

The concept of a "Antichrist" (which the main meaning in the Epistles is just a "non-Jesus-accepter", of any kind) is just a reaction against the Jewish rejection of Jesus, to which Jesus is just an irrelevant anti-Moschiach/false-Moschiach.

With understanding the term better; look how shallow your post really shows itself to be:

Not all Jews reject Jesus, infact messianic Judaism is on the rise.

He fulfilled all the prophecies, but obviously as with everything, we can always twist scripture cant we to our own ends.

What you are saying in these times, is relativism. Dont know why people just hate Jesus, apparently Islam is more world friendly? easier to be diluted, because true islam is terrorism and of course...that cant be the case, so everything in between is good, same goes with Judaism. I mean theyve suffered so much, they are the chosen people and we must allow them to be, so no beef there. Or u know im a nazi right? The world historical events for whatever reason have directed and manipulated everyones viewpoints that there can surely be only one enemy, its christianity.

That is an evangelical Protestant movement created by evangelical Protestants.

Which is literally doing this:

The miracle of re-interpretation u know it just feels like exactly the same kind of thought process as the...

U cant be black and racist, racism is only institutional, its a moral relativism of ur interpretation of how u view the world, and everything must adhere to the ideology uve built for urself, so its easier to say things like the above, when in actuality its just Jews, that finally thought for themselves and figured Christianity was the fulfilment of there Torah.

No reinterpretation, it is basic uncontroversial facts.

Messianic Judaism’s genesis is intertwined with the Jesus Movement of the 1960s. During that revival, many young people with strong, ethnically Jewish backgrounds came to faith in Yeshua. Societal changes of that time offered these young Jewish people the freedom to maintain their Jewish heritage and practices while embracing faith in Jesus as their promised Messiah. The attitude shifted from “We’re Christians who happen to be Hebrew,” to “We are Jews who believe in Jesus,” representing a new mindset that shaped the modern movement of Messianic Judaism.

Since 1960, many new Messianic Jewish congregations, organizations and ministries were formed, including what would become Jewish Voice Ministries International, originally founded under the name Jewish Voice Broadcasts by Louis Kaplan in 1967. During this time, hundreds of Messianic congregations were established around the world, including in Israel. Today, more than 350,000 Messianic Jews worship in their own congregations worldwide, with approximately 20,000 of those residing in Israel.

Heck, it even says in the very first paragraph of the wikipedia article:

Messianic Judaism[a] is a modern syncretic[1] religious movement that combines Christianity—most importantly, the belief that Jesus is the Jewish messiah—with elements of Judaism and Jewish tradition.[2][3][4][5] It emerged in the 1960s and 1970s.[6][7][8][9

As I said.

You Christians get 'hated' most because you think you get 'hated' most. I just posted I hate all religion, and got exactly zero replies. But in comes another Christian whinging that everyone hates them. We know your Bible tells you 'the world' hates you, but you really seem to revel in it and take it as some badge of pride. That makes Christians annoying.

We are hated, because we tell everyone that they are basically wrong and that they have to turn from their sin. We have a message for the world that it doesn't like... According to the Bible we are not only hated, but we are also fools and the scum of the earth.

1Cor 4:13 when slandered, we entreat. We have become, and are still, like the scum of the world, the refuse of all things.

You can be polite, kind, and well mannered to anyone, in fact we are told to be just that, yet at the end of the day the world still despises the message we are told to give them. They resist and fight it and will even heap after themselves teachers who provide a cloak for their sin.

Ray Comfort’s message is widely disliked by atheists but he contrasts the hateful attitude displayed by one atheist with the positive attitude displayed by another. Not all atheists are hateful... Have a watch and see if you agree.

I quit smoking cold turkey in three days without Jesus. I guess I don't know addiction either, though I used to smoke 4 packs a week for 5 years. That's 12 years ago now.
Ehh.. that's only half a pack a day... not good, of course-- but not so bad either. Could have been much worse. Either way, it's still a habit and an addiction. Congratulations. :)

Some people, I've noticed, have remarkable force of will... I think of them as the A types. Do you consider yourself an A type personality? Just curious.

I currently dont live that way. Didnt require any treatment or rehab of any sort. I just stopped doing those things...

Ill let you be the judge and determine whether I(an addict) just up and stopped on my own power without any treatment or if Jesus set me free by the power of the holy ghost.
sounds like you gave up one form of addiction for another

A pack here back then contained 25. That's 13 cigarettes a day. That really is an addiction.

I work on being an A type person, I won't claim to be one until I have reached my goals.
