Man it sounds to me like you are suffering from "delusions of reference". If you look at things a certain way it's possible to "discover" that pretty much anything can refer to you, but it isn't actually a discovery, it's just an illusion created by the subconscious and it's complexes. I used to think that registration plates held significance and were communicating with me, among other delusions. At the time it seemed so real, now I look back and I see how it was just my own projections.
It also sounds like you have become solipsistic, you were mentioning people being "the AI". I also went through this after a San Pedro trip, took me a couple of months to reorient myself. Hugs help, they remind us of the presence of others.
I think that you are on a bad trip, you're spinning out. This forum is full of people with all kinds of theories and they're not necessarily going to be too helpful to you, because what you are experiencing is primarily psychological, not metaphysical or spiritual. Of course there is the possibility that there are some hostile spiritual forces, it's good to meditate and pray in whatever way you choose to do that, but there is also just the everyday very mundane level of things. You need to get down to earth, basically, if they are giving you medication this is a sign that something is wrong and you need to be a little more in the everyday, normative, earthly reality.
Without the foundation of living in the normal everyday reality, all the spiritual stuff can be dangerous, especially looking for codes. There are many cases of people being driven mad by Kabbalah and Gematria. Be at peace.
