They just made female genital mutilation legal in the USA again so quite frankly I can not share in your optimismYeah, they may be thinking that, but I don''t think the SCOTUS will rule that way.

No, they said it was not a federal issue. It is still illegal under state law.Wait what?
According to THIS, illegal in 32 states. They revoked the federal ban. That does not bode well. However you may want to sugar coat it
The case which resulted in the federal ban involved interstate travel - which put it under federal domain to begin with. The courts are just throwing precedent out the window to kiss partisans asses.
23 states it is currently legal. That’s basically half. Far from “most”
In this case, I guess it would be liberal/progressive asses.kiss partisans asses.
Well, they will damn sure whine about it and anything else that does not go their wayIn this case, I guess it would be liberal/progressive asses.

If the courts passed a law mandating you get a vasectomy, or idk jeopardizing your ability to feed your family, or somehow or other greatly impacting you and your life would you “whine” about it?Well, they will damn sure whine about it and anything else that does not go their way
That article is more than five months old. Mine is as of May of this year.

The great thing about the US is that you still have some freedom. If your state creates laws you do not like, you can move or vote them in or out in elections. The left wants to keep me from creating this mere post. They are all in on Silicon Valley squelching anyone who does not agree with Obama era think. If the courts passed a law mandating you get a vasectomy, or idk jeopardizing your ability to feed your family, or somehow or other greatly impacting you and your life would you “whine” about it?
Well it damn sure isn't conservative republican bible thumping asses. How so?
Ummm... I have no desire to keep you from making this or any post. And the laws being discussed here would apply federally - so moving wouldn’t solve it.The great thing about the US is that you still have some freedom. And I would totally support those places making laws.K gotcha
That’s still a lot of places where it is legal though
I’m genuinely not following... the courts are most certainly kissing republicans ass in certain matters at the current time. At least with the topics we are currently discussing in this threadWell it damn sure isn't conservative republican bible thumping asses.
We have anti hate crime laws on the federal level, this should be included as it is clearly a hate crime against women. And I would totally support those places making laws.
