I hate to toot my own horn. But I would like to revisit what I said about the Clintons. Because I think some people missed what I was trying to point out. You were all focused on how I wasn't nice enough. Even though I was totally nice. I just look like a cyborg who is trying to show emotion or something.

What Bourdain was saying about the Clintons going down is completely illogical. He couldn't possibly have the inside track into a federal investigation. He can't know the things he claimed to know. So it really does come down to if he was self defeating, or steelmanning the Clintons.
My theory is he was providing the Clintons with a reason to target him. Steelmanning is the most dangerous logic you can think of. A steelman is giving your opponent all the ammo they need to destroy you.

You all can believe me or not. But I've felt the wrath of the Clintons. You do have to be made of steel.

I mean, I get it. Her boyfriend killed himself and it seems a large amount of people want to blame her for it.

If Anthony suffered from depression (a terrible condition) drugs make you feel better...mostly the addictive ones, but when you come off of them or get so use to them that they do not work, it is a nightmare, and death seems like the only peace....drugs are that bad. Anthony tried every type of drug that he could find, but the end result is usually suicide. Also, the fact that he was an atheist makes it worst, he had no hope nor anyone to cry out too.

But he was dead chuffed to be a dad and for everyone who knew him by watching his shows, reading his books etc this is entirely out of character. There was no indication of depression at all prior to this.

wow that list makes me sad. Jonghyun, kate and anthony were killed or did not have a stereotypical suicide. IDC what anyone says.

There is no doubt she is deep into the occult, and when you look at her parents Dario Argento and Daria Nicolodi its not hard to understand why. Nicolodi talks of being involved with witchcraft in interviews (I believe she talks of this on the documentary about the making of Susperia on my Suspiria dvd), and while Argento doesn't discuss it much, all of his movies have occult symbolism in them. I'm a horror nut and while I love Argento's visual style, his movies just reek evil and they are very difficult for me to watch.

I have never cared much for Asia Argento's acting ability - sorry it's non existent, and I have never found her attractive there is something very off about her. Sketchy is a good way to describe her, dodgy works as well. The more I read about Bourdains death and Argento's behavior before and after I can't help but feel that she was involved.

Telling addicts to hand it over to god takes their power from them and gives them a real good excuse to not get better. Helping them with real tangible issues that are contributing to their issue - financial, employment, mental health whatever - does a bit more on the front end. If they themselves find god or decide leaving on god helps, great for them but the whole NA AA culture only helps a very limited amount of addicts and those are typically JUST addiction/MH cases without all the complicated mutisystemic issues that you find in lower socioeconomic circles.

It's a lot of different things-- but there are plenty of addicts who have everything already, and lose it to the disease. Then there are those come off the street into a better life for themselves, once its arrested.

If a job and money on the front end actually helps an addict, rather than give a week's pay to blow on drugs, not having addressed the larger issue at hand, then I question whether they are bonafide addicts in the first place.

AA is a cult though .. it shares similarities with secret societies and even their symbolism. You can believe in any god you choose, as long as you believe. The history is a bit shocking, considering they did a lot of experimenting before they got the *method* down... lsd, seances, etc. And the method is similar to the Loyola / Jesuits exercises. Weird stuff.

Yes, it seems that way. Asia responded to a drawing a fan sent her saying "3 generations of red witches." The younger girl is Asia's daughter, Anna Lou. I would love to know what exactly a "red witch" is.
