Some "christian" cults support "Christian Zionism" because they think Israel has a "right to exist" based on a few ancient Old T verses, but most sensible Christians including me don't give a-

Books on the subject and most noted that the danites named everything DAN example Danub river and denmark aka the danes
The Irish (the Republic of Ireland) refer to themselves in their own historical records as "Tuatha de Danaan" in Gaelic, which literally translates into English as "the tribe of Dan". And as you've pointed out, Denmark/Danmark (and Iceland) were Danish (tribe of Dan) settlements.

In light of recent posts to this thread, anyone interested in the relationship between Jews and Christians, commonalities and points of divergence might do well to review a little history and take stock of where we are at the moment.

It should be self-evident that Christ did NOT come to Earth 2000 years ago in the body of Jesus to start yet another evil, organized religion.

It was the leaders of the organized religion of that time - Talmudic Judaism -- that manipulated the Roman government into crucifying Jesus, proving beyond all doubt that they have absolutely NOTHING to do with God, other than to use and abuse His Name.

Christ-Jesus plainly stated that only heathens and hypocrites go to church, synagogue, etc., and that they do so to be seen by others (Matt. 6:5-8).

Matthew 6:5-8
6:5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt NOT be AS THE HYPOCRITES [ARE]: for they love to pray standing in the churches and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward (they have been seen by men, but God will not answer them).
6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and WHEN THOU HAST SHUT THY DOOR, pray to thy Father in private (Enoch 56:5; Sura 7:55); and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly (by answering you).
6:7 But when ye pray, use NOT vain repetitions, AS THE HEATHEN [DO]: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
6:8 Be NOT ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, BEFORE ye ask Him.

The very next passage is the Lord's Prayer, which most "Christians" go to church and vainly repeat, exactly as Christ told us NOT to do.

Matthew 6:9-13
6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be THY name.
6:10 Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done in earth, as [it is] in heaven.
6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.
6:12 And forgive us our debts and trespasses (if we truly repent), as we forgive our debtors and those who trespass against us (if they truly repent).
6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Thine is The Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Please note well that Christ prays to His Father and His God (John 20:17) IN PRIVATE, and hallows His Father's Name, NOT some pagan "trinity". Christ-Jesus left His Disciples in the Garden of Gethsemane to be ALONE with Father (Matt. 26:36-39) rather than running to some church/synagogue/temple where God has told us He does NOT dwell (Hosea 8:14; Acts 7:48).

Further, Christ openly condemned BOTH Judaism and Christianity, their leaders and their followers, which should be the most important similarity between the two religions.

Revelation 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are NOT, but do LIE; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

Matthew 7:21-23
7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord*, shall enter into The Kingdom of heaven; ONLY he that doeth the Will of my Father which is in heaven.
7:22 Many will say to me in That Day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work inequity.

*The ONLY organized religion that calls Christ "Lord" is "Christianity", which is the world's largest organized religion with reportedly over 2.3 billion followers among hundreds of different denominations. And, exactly as Christ prophesied, they rebelliously teach people NOT to do Father's Will, but to follow their traditions instead, which make the Commandments of God of no effect (Matt. 15:3-9).

Please consider all of the above very carefully, which is shared in love and in hope.

Peace be upon you.

This "discovery" and its alleged dating and desperate interpretation changes absolutely nothing.

How could a man-made engraving in a floor ever supersede HUNDREDS of verses where Christ-Jesus Himself plainly stated that He is NOT God?

Matthew 24:35 Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

John 7:16-17
7:16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is NOT mine, but His that sent me.
7:17 If any man will do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or [whether] I speak of myself.

Explanation of the significance and dramatic irony of the quote "The lady doth protest too much, methinks" from Shakespeare's Hamlet. Summary: The quote "The lady doth protest too much, methinks" from Shakespeare's Hamlet signifies that excessive denials can make someone appear insincere.

It never ceases to amaze how easily Satan can con people into completely ignoring what Jesus actually said, choosing instead to quote and promote every Tom, Dick and Harry that comes along with yet another false claim that contradicts Jesus.

Exposing lies isn't "protesting"; it is a loving wake-up call for those who haven't allowed the love of God to be driven completely from them in this world filled with lies (the satanic traditions of men).

John 5:42-47
5:42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.
5:43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
5:44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that [cometh] from God only?
5:45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is [one] that accuseth you, [even] Moses, in whom ye trust.
5:46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.
5:47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

This will change the debate significantly. For those who have suggested that the Roman Catholic Church invented the Trinity.

I'm out of the loop. ☺
I know the Roman church has its own trinity-- or quaternity, since the queen of heaven has been promoted-- but I guess I wasn't aware they'd been accused of creating the concept. -.-

I'm glad there is (more) evidence showing otherwise.

For everyone's edification on the man-made "trinity" doctrine, which was passed down to the Roman Catholic church via their ancestors, the Babylonians, please see the following:

And...

“Our opponents sometimes claim that no belief should be held dogmatically which is not explicitly stated in scripture ... But the Protestant Churches have themselves accepted such dogmas, AS THE TRINITY, for which there is no such precise authority in the Gospels,” — (Assumption of Mary, Life magazine, Oct 30, 1950, p. 51)

Source: http://www.trinitytruth.org/the-trinity-doctrine-exposed.html#Part15

From the Athanasian Creed: "Whosoever will be saved, before all things it is necessary that he hold the catholic faith. Which faith unless every one do keep whole and undefiled, without doubt he shall perish everlastingly. And the catholic faith is this: that we worship one God in Trinity...

...This is the catholic faith
; which except a man believe truly and firmly, he cannot be saved."

"The doctrine of the Trinity is the central Catholic Dogma, that Catholics are obliged to believe.

“He therefore that will be saved, let him thus think of the Trinity.”

-the Athanasian Creed"

Realizing that there's no shortage of "Christians" who will attempt to argue this subject, please consider the following, all-important Scripture:

John 17:3 And THIS is Life Eternal, that they might KNOW Thee the ONLY True God, AND Christ the Saviour, whom Thou hast sent.

If God actually was a "trinity", and He wants us to get to know Him and the one whom God anointed and appointed to be His Heir (Heb. 1:1-4) and SENT to be our King (Luke 1:31-33; Rev. 19:11-16), our ONLY Teacher (Matt. 23:10), our ONLY Judge (John 5:22) and the ONLY Mediator between God and men (1 Tim. 2:5), then He (the One and ONLY True God and Father/Creator of Christ - John 20:17) would have spelled that out in no uncertain terms throughout the Old Covenant/Testament and the New Covenant/Testament, with plain, easy-to-understand language and wording.

Instead, we find no use of the term "trinity" anywhere in Scripture, nor do we find the terminology "Father, Son (or 'Word') and Holy Ghost/Spirit" anywhere in the original texts. Only in Matthew 28:19 and in 1 John 5:7 in some translations do we still find the Roman Catholic addition of that terminology to the Bible, a fact which can very easily be verified for anyone genuinely interested.

Concerning Matthew 28:19 -
Are we to believe that ALL of the disciples and apostles directly disobeyed Christ's Command (aka "the Great Commission")?

Concerning 1 John 5:6-8, the RCC's now infamous insertion of “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one" into this passage only exists in post 15th century (around the time of the Reformation) translations. Its addition was notorious enough that it earned its own name "the Johanneum/Johannine Comma", which is why most translations do not include that forged wording.

So we are left with "Christian" explanations for the trinity, like: "it's something that no one but those who believe in the trinity can understand" (even though none of them can explain its self-contradictory definition), which flies in the face not only of hundreds of verses plainly telling us that the Father IS God, but also of our directive for obtaining eternal life.

The mystery of God has now been finished (explained for the final time) in "the little book", here during these end-times, exactly as prophesied.

Revelation 10:6-10
10:6 And sware by Him that liveth for ever and ever, Who created heaven, and the things that are therein, and the Earth, and the things that are therein, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as He hath declared to His servants the Prophets.
10:8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spoke unto me again, and said, Go [and] take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the "sea" and upon the "earth".
10:9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take [it], and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth as sweet as honey.
10:10 And I took the little book (white stone ch. 2:17) out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten (digested) it, my belly was bitter.

The little book is entitled "The Way home or face The Fire" by JAH (Mal. 4).

The title is self-explanatory.

I think we talked about this some time ago:

did Lucian of Samasota know to satirise a later interpolation? You can’t make fun of something someone has yet to say!!!

Satirising 1 John 5 5-7, Lucian has: “The mighty god that rules on high, Immortal dwelling in the sky, the son of the father, spirit proceeding from the father, three in one and one in three. Think him your Zeus, consider him your god.

As Bill Cooper writes in the “Authenticity of the New Testament” (a must-read btw)

Lucian could not have copied his material from any early 1 John 5:7 apologist, for the earliest of those (Theophilus of Antioch) did not appear on the scene for another fifty years, and the verse was not to be publicly challenged by the Arian heresy for a further 300 years; which leaves only one possible source for his satire, namely John’s first epistle. How else could he have made use not only its content and unique turns of phrase, but also its grammar?
