I did intermittent fasting w/keto diet last year and dropped 30lbs in two months. I gained back 10 but I recently started again. No eating from 8pm to noon the next day.Well, that was a good 24 hours! Lol, back to eating again. This is HARD.
Results?????Many years ago I did a 10 day fast.
I drank orange juice and coffee.
And epsom salts.
I ate nothing.
Was one of the most interesting experiences of my life.
And I only did it for a dare.
It is quite possible, and healthy on both a physical and a spiritual level, to fast for 40+ days drinking nothing but water (no chemicals).This might come in handy when the food shortages hit.
