I did intermittent fasting w/keto diet last year and dropped 30lbs in two months. I gained back 10 but I recently started again. No eating from 8pm to noon the next day.

I'm pretty sure the pharmaceutical industry have invented the myth that long-term fasting is detrimental to one's health so they could keep selling their drugs.

Many years ago I did a 10 day fast.
I drank orange juice and coffee.
And epsom salts.
I ate nothing.

Was one of the most interesting experiences of my life.
And I only did it for a dare.

I've been intermittent fasting since i was a kid and it's the best thing to do for yourself and the world around you , The amount of over consumption these greedy fat pigs engorge upon themselves becomes clearly apparent when you go without for long periods of time .

I tried intermittent fasting. It's extremely uncomfortable for me. I felt tired, suffered from headaches and crankiness. However, I indeed noticed the weight changes. Now, I'm following the https://betterme.world/articles/3-meals-a-day/ diet. It's a little bit more adapted to my habits and I don't feel so exhausted.
