I agree that it's about choosing who you worship, but for me it can't be denied that the poisonous jab and what it will evolve into - Quantum dot tattoo, etc - is the way the mark will be implemented.

We do not know how things will unfold exactly. Scripture gives us only broad outlines, but enough to show us that the battle between good and evil is going to climax around the issue of worshiping either the beast or the Creator.

It will be/is a gradual process though. Many laws have and are being changed to restrict our freedoms everyday. We are hearing from both political and religious leaders saying we should do something about how sinful our countries have become. For many of them that means going back to church for the good of society. Church and state will gradually join together until eventually the law will be changed. Those laws will contradict the teachings of the Bible and restrict our religious liberty. True Christians will have to disobey the law of the land.

Revelation 13:15-17 tells us, "He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." So those who conscientiously follow the Word of God and keep His commandments will be labelled as opposing unity and the good of society and the above verses show what will follow for the true Christians.

Biblically receiving the mark of the beast on the hand or on the forehead means those who receive it on the forehead have made a conscious decision based on their convictions to follow the beast rather than God’s commandments. Their hearts and minds are in it.

The hand refers to actions. Some also will choose to follow the beast simply out of convenience. Their conviction may not be in direct opposition to God, but their lack of conviction in that area shows that they have a stronger conviction for temporal security and comfort. They don’t want to lose economic privileges or their lives.

One of the signs of the end of the world - People will be without natural affection.


Another great sign of the end of the world! Just look at how homosexuality is being pushed and accepted around the world today. The picture above is just one of the many articles from the news, showing that homosexuality is becoming the "norm." And not just in the world, but in the churches too!

We are seeing/have seen churches accept ACTIVE homosexuals. And not only that, many churches are now placing/have placed these people in leadership positions! Homosexuality is being pushed through television also, with many programs portraying homosexuality as normal. This is all in complete disobedience to God's clear Word, "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

So many signs showing we are living in the last days!

Another sign of the end of the world - Despisers of those that are good.

If you warn Christians for wrong doing, many of them will just say "stop judging me!" and will not take correction. Even though the Bible says that the Word of God is to be used for instruction, correction and rebuke, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (2 Timothy 3:16).

In this day and age, people are CRITICIZED for being pious. If you are seen to be a good, holy person, then the world will sneer at you, being labelled as a "goody two shoes." The world is so full of sin today that it cannot handle people who are good. This Bible sign is applicable more for our day than any other before us, and shows we are living in the last days.

Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.”
