Misunderstanding Israel

you've just blanked most of my points.
well done for proving me right once again.

there is no 'tribulation' on israel unless you're talking about the Gog & Magog prophecy which doesnt even apply in the current contexts. The tribulation prophecy pertains to a truely messianic israel..and as ive explained modern israel is shitting on every single key point that relates to messianic israel.
so why cant you address my points? you're a massive failure.
There is a reason why I don’t address some of your points - they are based on presuppositions I reject but those presuppositions fall outside the scope of this topic.

The first one is the big picture of “how to read Bible prophecy” - there are three major schools - Preterism, Historicism and Futurism. The below argues for Historicism as being the most appropriate treatment (a position I don’t hold, but a good illustration nonetheless)

I have many Reformed Protestant friends who take an Historicist view and reject Futurism. On the other hand, Futurism appears to me to be the most obvious reading of the text. I have also known a small number of people who are Preterists. The reason for stating the above is that no argument simply from the text provides a “magic bullet” that proves one perspective more true than the other. Also, my efforts to get even fellow Christians to swap prophetic lenses has largely been ineffective but since it is in no way a salvation issue for them, their inability to see how future prophecies might play out is not a real problem.

I actually suspect that the truth of how to read prophecy is hinted at in an dialogue between Bilbo Baggins and Gandalf in The Hobbit.

“Good Morning!" said Bilbo, and he meant it. The sun was shining, and the grass was very green. But Gandalf looked at him from under long bushy eyebrows that stuck out further than the brim of his shady hat.
"What do you mean?" he said. "Do you wish me a good morning, or mean that it is a good morning whether I want it or not; or that you feel good this morning; or that it is a morning to be good on?"
"All of them at once," said Bilbo. "And a very fine morning for a pipe of tobacco out of doors, into the bargain.”

J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit

As for the reasons why I reject the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, Blood Libels, Replacement Theology etc, these again lie outside the scope of this topic. There is a whole conspiracy community dedicated to invalidating the idea that “God will gather the scattered Jews from the diaspora back to their own land for His purposes” and substitute the idea that these passages have been used as a tracing board for satanic elites to create a fake state that apparently lines up with said prophecies in order to deceive the nations. This question is really one of how someone might distinguish an original from a counterfeit.

The reason why I don’t tackle you on those foundations is that in order to make changes to them, the walls built on top of them would need to have fallen down. All I can do is to make you aware of how things might look through a different lens, and on the off-chance that world events line up with that perspective, you will at least be in a position to review your schema.

I agree with this and you have biblical text in your defense. The Christian Zionist pastors are happy to ignore Revelation 20(vs 7-10) and only focus on Ezekiel 38 & 39 because the former clearly indicates that the events of Gog & Magog take place LONG AFTER the Second Coming, the resurrection, and Satan's imprisonment that spans 1000yrs.
They need justification for the creation of the state of Israel and so they seize upon Ezekiel 38 & 39.

"And when the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released from his prison and will come out to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea. And they marched up over the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city, but fire came down from heaven and consumed them, and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever." To be fair, “Gog and Magog” look very different depending on whether you believe in an actual millennium* or not…

*I would actually add amillennialism and premillennialism to the presuppositional foundations mentioned above.

Gog and Magog appear in Ezekiel 38—39 and in Revelation 20:7–8. While these two passages use the same names, a close study of Scripture clearly demonstrates they do not refer to the same people and events. The events are separated by at least 1,000 years. In Ezekiel’s prophecy, Gog will be the leader of a great army that attacks the land of Israel, which is “peaceful and unsuspecting” at the time (Ezekiel 38:11). Gog is described as “of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal” (Ezekiel 38:2–3). When will Ezekiel’s battle of Gog and Magog occur? There are a couple of theories:

Before the tribulation begins. This view points to the fact that, after the battle, the people of Israel will be burning the enemy’s weapons for seven years and spend over seven months burying the dead (Ezekiel 39:9–10, 12–16). That length of time most likely requires the battle to be fought before the tribulation, and possibly even before the rapture of the church.

During the first part of the seven-year tribulation. This view hinges on the fact that Israel is at peace when the attack begins (Ezekiel 38:8, 11). The security Israel enjoys is assumed to be the result of Israel’s covenant with the Antichrist at the beginning of the tribulation, Daniel’s 70th Week (Daniel 9:27a).

According to Ezekiel, Magog will not win. God will intervene to preserve Israel. “There shall be a great earthquake” (Ezekiel 38:19), “every man’s sword will be against his brother” (verse 21), and God “will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on [Gog] and on his troops and on the many nations with him” (verse 22). The result is that the nations will see God’s greatness and holiness (verse 23).

Gog and Magog are mentioned again in Revelation 20:7-8. The duplicated use of the names Gog and Magog in Revelation 20:8-9 is to show that these people demonstrate the same rebellion against God and antagonism toward God as those in Ezekiel 38-39. It is similar to someone today calling a person "the devil" because he or she is sinful and evil. We know that person is not really Satan, but because that person shares similar characteristics, he or she might be referred to as "the devil."

The book of Revelation uses Ezekiel’s prophecy about Magog to portray a final end-times attack on the nation of Israel (Revelation 20:8-9). The result of this battle is that all are destroyed, and Satan will find his final place in the lake of fire (Revelation 20:10).

It is important to recognize that the Gog and Magog of Ezekiel 38-39 is quite different from the one in Revelation 20:7-8.

Below are some of the more obvious reasons why these refer to different people and battles.

1. In the battle of Ezekiel 38-39, the armies come primarily from the north and involve only a few nations of the earth (Ezekiel 38:6, 15; 39:2). The battle in Revelation 20:7-9 will involve all nations, so armies will come from all directions, not just from the north.

2. There is no mention of Satan in the context of Ezekiel 38-39. In Revelation 20:7 the context clearly places the battle at the end of the millennium with Satan as the primary character.

3. Ezekiel 39:11–12 states that the dead will be buried for seven months. There would be no need to bury the dead if the battle in Ezekiel 38—39 is the one described in Revelation 20:8–9, for immediately following Revelation 20:8–9 is the Great White Throne judgment (20:11–15) and then the present heaven and earth are destroyed, replaced by a new heaven and earth (Revelation 21:1). There obviously will be a need to bury the dead if the battle takes place before or in the early part of the tribulation, for the land of Israel will be occupied for another 1,000 years, the length of the millennial kingdom (Revelation 20:4–6).

4. The battle in Ezekiel 38-39 is used by God to bring Israel back to Him (Ezekiel 39:21-29). In Revelation 20, Israel has been faithful to God for 1,000 years (the millennial kingdom). Those in Revelation 20:7-10 who are rebellious are destroyed without any more opportunity for repentance.

2) you like to believe in this idea of a correction...which again links back to Zechariah 13 where it says
In the whole land,” declares the Lord,
“two-thirds will be struck down and perish;
yet one-third will be left in it.
9 This third I will put into the fire;
I will refine them like silver
and test them like gold.
They will call on my name
and I will answer them;
I will say, ‘They are my people,’
and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’”

however, based on luke 21, i understand that this 'refining' doesnt apply to the actual invasion event itself, but to what occurred just prior to that
So two of three jews were killed by the romans and the remaining third were put into the fire that was Holocaust.

That's right.

For most of us, that alone would be the only proof required, but these lot with bend the rule on anything and everything...and as i say 'throw the book behind their arses' in order to overlook large parts of scripture, to peddle their own narrative.

Daniel 9's prophecy of 70 weeks has ended.
Jesus was 'cut off' at the 69th week mark.

The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. 27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’[h] In the middle of the ‘seven’[i] he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple[j] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him

This entire prophecy is linked to the SECOND TEMPLE. It begins with the decree to rebuild Jerusalem and the temple..
likewise, it highlights Jesus at the 69th week mark.

in Matthew 24, Jesus was specifically talking about this event when he highlighted the abomination prophecy in Daniel 9. Referring to the 70AD destruction of jerusalem and the temple.
We learn from Luke 21 that this was actually a punishment on the false jews..who were persecuting the righteous jews.
We learn from Zechariah 13, that after the shepherd is struck (the crucifixion of Jesus) that God punishes them...
however, it also says that 1/3 will survive and be the chosen remnant. The other 2/3 are 'struck off', they are either killed or exiled. Again linking back to Luke 21 where Jesus says they'll be taken captive.

the true jews are a remnant who never left the holy land and are not even recognised as 'jews'.
the synagogue of satan is the camp who left the holy land back then. now they're mixed in with khazarian blood and are literally part of Gog & Magog themselves.

Ezekiel 39 says 'peaceful and unsuspecting'
they give us military technology and spyware...and 24-7 free cctv for the entire muslim world (memritv).

no walls, bars/gates........

That's right.
the refining of the remnant in Zechariah 13, was only to those who had accepted Jesus Christ and were at that point, Christians. Thus they were jewish in blood AND SPIRIT

this is connected to luke 21
12 “But before all this, they will seize you and persecute you. They will hand you over to synagogues and put you in prison, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. 13 And so you will bear testimony to me. 14 But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves. 15 For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. 16 You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers and sisters, relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death. 17 Everyone will hate you because of me. 18 But not a hair of your head will perish. 19 Stand firm, and you will win life.

this remnant, was not even part of the roman destruction of jerusalem, because in accepting Jesus, they would have fled to the mountains and thus survived.
the destruction befell upon the synagogue of satan...

20 “When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near. 21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country not enter the city. 22 For this is the time of punishment in fulfillment of all that has been written. 23 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people. 24 They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

as for the holocoast....i mean...
the holocoast had no relevance to Zechariah 13's prophecy..different time place and context, not even related to the jewish temple.
however the 'jewishness' element did matter afterall..but id say that no different to the murder of christians or muslims or hindus or sikhs or romani gypsies.

i dont know if you know this, but jewish bolsheviks murdered 40-60m EASTERN ORTHODOX CHRISTIANS in soviet russia.
More romani gypsies were murdered than jews.

the post colonial era gave rise to nationalism and revivalism throughout the world...and in a dangerous time when people were still ignorant.

i dont know what the fuck you were attempting with your point man. just all over the place and pathetic. you have zero theological accountability. just say shit to get you through any given moment, without any regard to actual contexts. this is why i cant stand xtianity. it is a dead religion and has nothing to do with christianity (eg the eastern orthodox are the real christians).

why should we only cling onto the persecution story of one race? black people were enslaved and murdered for 400 years.

i think the difference between the two has to do with the dominant mythos of the time of their revelation...
the old testament jews believed in the grave and death...that was a powerful symbol for them.
whereas the new testament was about life and the resurrection.

the core prophecy/event is one and the same..and it is certainly coming long after
-the euphrates war..even the apollyon prophecy of Rev 9
-the fall of mystery babylon
-the fall of the beast system

Gog and Magog is a prophecy coming after these MAJOR global events.

yet you also know that in Rev 11, the city of jerusalem is called 'like SODOM AND EGYPT' and you're fully aware of the absolute fact that the Whore of Babylon, is the jewish nation.
how can it be the roman church? the roman church is rome is the beast, the whore 'sits on the beast'...eg the whore controls the global system for a while.

who is the adulterness in jeremiah 2 and 3? the prostitute, the whore etc?
why does Zechariah 5 call 'her' a 'wicked woman who is taken to the land of shinar on a basket' (shinar/babylon)?

jeremiah and zechariah were very much in tune with the babylonian exile and destruction of jerusalem story...they lived at that time...

yet you like to wipe your own arse with the holy scripture whenever it doesnt suit you. you'll pretend the whore is something else.

Matthew 23
“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you,

Rev 18
In her was found the blood of prophets and of God’s holy people,

this is the judeo-christian alliance isnt it?
the xtians of ROME/the west...colonialists etc..and the synagogue of satan who was turfed out of the holy land and now only exists in what is now 'sodom and egypt'
the masonic gay parade city

The entire structure of Freemasonry is based on the symbolism of the construction of the ancient temple of Jerusalem, and the destruction of Jerusalem in the bible by the Romans in 70 AD.

the knights templar began in jerusalem.......

since they worship Baphomet.....they are in essence reversing the polarity of the masculine and feminine...
and hence gay parade is a religious masonic event too.

how the fuck do you not know this stuff? oh yeh, because you're not a muslim, therefore you are misguided by only half the story.

@Infinityloop
read Surah 18
focus on the direction of the duality throughout. this is all connected to the yin and yang and tao philosophy btw esp the story of Moses and Khidr. Jesus, who is like Khidr, represents that higher wisdom of the Tao, hence 'the tao of Jesus' is something you may be familiar with.

now open up Isaiah 45 and read the dhul qarnain (2 horned ram of daniel 8, Cyrus) chapter. he's a messianic archetype..but notice the reversal of polarity?

Dhul qarnain in surah 18 goes West upto the black sea, then he goes east.
in Isaiah 45
so that from the rising of the sun
to the place of its setting

since this messianic archetype links to persia, 6-7th century jewish messianicism influenced Persia to fight the Byzantines. It came with all the propaganda you can imagine for that time, inc the forged Bahmast yast 'zoroastrian prophecies'.
in the end, there was no jewish messiah. the figure they were expecting, connected with a messianic take on Isaiah 42 (the wilderness/settlements of kedar etc) turned out Arab. that is why in the hadith, the jews 'recognised him' as if he was 'one of their own', but couldnt accept him because he's arab. He was the fruit from their own seed...as part of the leviticus 26 punishment.
it led to the entire islamic era and rule of the temple mount.

all we're seeing now is an attempt to reverse the polarity..and it extends directly into the metaphysical game of reversing yin and yang...hence they're also behind the global trans agenda and homosexuality which stems from that metaphysical flaw.

the actual family who own israel, wear the baphomet symbol openly

that reverse polarity is why it's now ROME going after Persia and the muslim world. get it?
it only leads to dajjal though.

when we are judged...we can't just say 'oh we didnt know, they tricked us, we thought they were good'

does the above look good? does this family own israel? 100%.
ashkenazi jews...the camp who was kicked out of the holy land, mixed with khazar blood and is now lactose fucking intolerant...and directly doing a 180 on the messianic ideals outlined in texts like ezekiel 38..

who could be so dumb to not understand what this is?

it's always the muslims educating these clowns on their religion and their scripture. they are lost. fuck whatever spirit they have in them, it isnt the holy spirit. it isnt even satan. im certain satan does a face balm knowing they've got no intellectual guile whatsoever.

i swear these xtians are posessed by this guy

Raymond of Aguilers, a chronicler of the First Crusade, reports that the troubadours used the term Bafomet for Muhammad, and Bafumaria for a mosque.[10]

That's why the secrecy... they converted.

Since freemasonry now govern most nations... the elite are not serving Jesus Christ but an idol who to be fair is known in the bible as the god of the world in this age.

I'm not convinced they are jews... although pretending to be and obviously belonging to the synagoge of satan.

I'm just curious, why is there always an absence in your posts of mention of Palestinian Christians?
Do you not care about them? find them irrelevant in your views? do you sympathize with their fight for survival in the clutches of the Israeli occupation?

Just asking.

That's a very good point.

Seems now there is a bill where one can go to jail if he preaches about Jesus in Israel.
Gods chosen are not allowed to hear Gods message?

Also recently Israel forbid Christians from entering the church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Let me know if you'd like more examples.

This thread and the mentally behind it is the power of Pat Hagee and AIPAC as Christians literally defend this abomination which seeks thier demise in the holy land.

For all the Jeopardy fans out there..

I'll take "what is Stockholm syndrome" for 1000 Alex.

It's quite curious how some Christians run along with the "persecution of Christians" narrative in places in the middle east except for the Israeli Occupation. It's not accidental though, they know why they're silent about that.
You mentioned Christians living in the Israeli Occupation itself, in their big cities and the way Christianity is censored significantly there. But what I mentioned is Palestinian Christians living outside of the "Israeli" cities in the "Palestinian" cities, in places like Gaza, West Bank and so forth.
Palestinian Christians do not have any flowery thoughts towards the Israeli Occupation, there are many outspoken priests there too.
Just as Palestinian Muslims are often barred from entering their mosques, so to are Palestinian Christians barred from entering their churches, and that is only the tip of the iceberg.

I see, ya there is a difference between the occupied and the soon to be occupied. Its also thought provoking why someone would defend one who is literally gutting them? Its common knowledge the Jewish Talmud says Jesus is boiling in human excrement as we speak.

Famous Jews like Sarah Silverman have gone on record to say and i quote..

I've shared videos and images here many times with Jewish settlers saying and i quote " F your Jesus, I'm glad we killed him"

This stuff and more is still online and easily sourced. Yet here we are, in a thread like this?

Stockholm syndrome?
Bought and paid for leaders like Hagee?
False messiahs like Trump?

Anyone who bothers to open there eyes for only a second can see this is the land of the anti-christ. Yet those who claim to be representatives of Jesus defend it?

Perhaps it comes down to guidance, some are born to give allegiance to the dajjal and God knows best.

I'm just curious, why is there always an absence in your posts of mention of Palestinian Christians?
Do you not care about them? find them irrelevant in your views? do you sympathize with their fight for survival in the clutches of the Israeli occupation?

Just asking.
I titled this thread ambiguously on purpose @Infinityloop

People who idolise Israel and believe that it can do no wrong are as incorrect as those who condemn its existence. In the prophetic passages detailing the regathering of Israel, Ezekiel contemplates the dry bones and asks “can these bones live?”. Elsewhere a subset of Jews is called the “Synagogue of Satan” and Talmud has no reverence for Jesus at all.

What are we to make of a nation gathered by God, in spiritual blindness, believing they will establish a Messianic age whilst ignoring their Messiah? One that defends its interests and borders, but sometimes with a hand so heavy that innocents (including Palestinian Christians) get hurt?

One of the interesting phrases I have come across from various legal correspondences is “including but not limited to

Accordingly, the nation of Israel includes but is not limited to those who will one day welcome the Antrichrist. It also includes but is not limited to those who will one day mourn as one who had lost his only son when they welcome back their true Messiah, the one who they have pierced.
