Umrah suspended for local residents also.
Makkah stream now showing Tawaaf (circumbalation) has ceased within the immediate vicinity of the Ka'aba however can see some people on the upper floors performing Tawaaf.
Not sure on status/restrictions of congregational prayers within the area near Ka'aba (next prayer is around 1hr away).
Edit: Congregational prayers being conducted in main masjid away from the Ka'aba (mataaf area).
Madinah appears to have reduced flow too.
