You forget that idols do the same for their fans so you probably never had any kind of interaction with idols. In my experience they do everything to cheer you up so it's a mutual support. And I don't think they are paid to show the extra support for individual fans.

I just have my read of the situation based on what I read.

MHJ wanted Ador to split with HYBE because she believed Bang was prioritizing LSF and later ILLIT over her group, and sabotaging them. (Since Bang originally wanted Sakura and Chaewon in NJ but she refused) Then when HYBE found out about her planning a buyout and split they raided her offices and began action against her, which caused her to call the press conference airing her suspicions about Bang.

But from what I see people write it's as if she was planning some takedown of HYBE and destroying BTS from how hysterical some of the people got.

I think kpop has its negativities but it has probably saved many young people from suicide or depression so even with all the bad there are good things about it.
