THIS!! there are fans who did not even know jj0ng personally but still they got triggered by his family donating coal briquettes then how come his own family seemed to be unbothered by it?
Since the incident, Jonghyun's family is silent and unbothered. Like many fans, I too didn't like the idea of his family donating coal briquettes, but the Shiny Foundation's charity event has nothing to do with Jonghyun's incident. And donating coal briquettes is very common in South Korea in winter and it is less expensive and cheap, so that's why donating it is most preferred.I did a double take when I read it. I couldn't believe it. I'm not here to judge anyone but it just feels like the trauma keeps being reaffirmed. If Key didn't use Jonghyun's image right before releasing his album, to Onew releasing his album the +/- week of Jong's birthday to an album release in December..it's too much for Blingers. I don't know because I am not in their shoes.
Besides, committing suicide by burning coal briquettes is a common method in South Korea. You can't expect people out there to stop using it just because of that.
