Yeah, I decided to start taking a steroid. I have been taking up to 10,000 IU of Cholecalciferol for around 2 months now. I recently came across an interesting study about how this particular steroid may aid muscle growth. I do not support other steroids but this one is actually very good. In fact, I may even consider selling my own at some stage if the opportunity presents itself. I did some research on the issue and it seemed prudent to take a stronger dose. I have tried obtaining higher doses of the steroid from various distributors because a 10,000 IU dose is often seized by customs if you try to import it. I have only been able to find the steroid in NZ at 1,000 IU doses but anything more than that is near on impossible to access. My way around this has been to take ten doses throughout the day (at 1,000 IU) until I find a way to purchase the 10,000 IU version without it being seized by customs. On a few occasions, I have done some rather "heroic doses" of up to 15,000 IU and have not noticed any side effects. Those who seek to villainize high doses of this steroid likely want men to be weaklings. Anyway, that is my 2 cents worth. It seems to be doing its job.
Once the sun is out then it will no longer be necessary to take the steroid. However, due to it being winter, as well as being in level 4 lockdown then many people are not getting enough sunlight - therefore it is important to make sure you optimize your Vitamin D levels.
Vitamin D is technically a steroid guys so yeah, don't worry, I am not losing the plot or anything.
