in the context, the hebrew term BEN ELOHIM was only symbolic. the bible has a lot of symbolic language eg in Jeremiah 1-3 God refers to Israel and Judah as an adulteress.
one of the arguments i have often made against christian beliefs is that 'Son of God' in the context was only a judaic symbolic term attacked to the term LOGOS, which is a greek term.

The LOGOS meaning 'Word' in it's real philosophical context was not to be confused with the express/spoken Word, but instead referred to the divine REASON by which all things exist.
it's just that this term translates poorly in other languages.
in english, 'The Word', just as in Arabic KALAM is used for this term.
Jesus is ALLAH'S KALAM. YET the false translations purposely mistranslated this and inserted words like
'BE AND IT IS' which in it's context refers to the uttered word ie CREATION.
what right did these bastards have just inserting their own low iq opinions and claiming it is THE Word of Allah?
furthermore muslims, inc very recently a guy called 'muslimlantern' embarassed the whole of islam by claiming THE WORD (kalam) means 'THE QURAN' ie scripture. devoid of any sense of context.

of course the KALAM COSMOLOGICAL ARGUMENT is an old one. better muslims engaged in these debates long ago.
however they didnt declare takfir on each other for having entirely different interpretations. However to me it was comical, they were all engaged in centuries long debates all because they did not even understand the fact that the KALAM context refers to the greek LOGOS..
