These strange creatures were caught in a photo galloping out of the water on the island of Zamami in Japan. The astonished witness managed to snap this photo before fleeing the area in a panic.

This thread is fine, but ik where your coming from. I find often something worth sharing but not worth making an entire thread for.
I tend to drop alot of random things in this thread and the random thoughts one.

That said I'm an electrician. What he is showing in the video is impossible.

When i was a kid my dad often told me believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see. This was 30, 40 years ago before the age of deep fakes and CGI. Today its not even close to 50%.

No offense intended.

This picture had me wondering what these things were. In the YT video, someone commented they saw approximately eight of these things going down the street on the coast of Oregon, they were big and scary looking. Someone mentioned they're probably some type of spider crab, which would make sense. I see that there are Japanese spider crabs and they look very similar:

I'm guessing with them in silhouette lighting, they don't look like the friendliest creatures. I know I wouldn't have stayed around to find out!
