I've never been vaxed and was hit by the virus 3 years ago and largely recovered after a week or two but it's been lingering as 'long covid' ever since, with occasional runny nose, overwhelming tiredness and cold shivering spells.

if I thought it existed I might've taken that test a
few times but usually when I feel like a cold/flu
it's when I allow myself to become stressed out
,not well rested,not eating well or often etc..

I would recommend trying some real raw honey and
garlic both have some great benefits and personally
I find garlic Helps with a lot when I do get the above
type symptoms and I try to eat a clove of it a week
I try honey by the spoonful every once in awhile and
use it as sweetener in teas

however
frequencies can have a lot of the same effects We
See as "infections/diseases" and one thing that's
been steadily increasing for the last few decades
is the amount of frequencies around Us

I've been trying to be online less and present in my
life more because of the research into frequencies

We might not be able to stop all the effects without

i don't believe in the swabs, as they are not meant for diagnosis but for research. They put one into coke liquid and it tested positive. Oh yeah? the coke had the flu, poor thing the coke was luckier than me when I was forced to be swabbed 3 times a week in order to avoid the vax & get the pass for work. Novaxes were praying to test positive so they could stop spending 15 euros for each swab. But it was like winning the lottery. Unvaxed were always negative, vaxed were often positive. So credible.
For many reasons, including being forced to line up for hours in freezing temperatures for a test I didn't believe in and that caused inflammations in my nose, I ended up quitting my job. Moreover, if you were not vaxed, you were not allowed to get on a bus, train, and checking in an hotel. That meant that you had to risk your life for the jab just to get on a bus and go to school/office. My country was the most tyrannical in all Europe. I am the kind of person who can't tolerate any form of opression. I left everything behind and began a peaceful life in the countryside. The only time I got sick was when my bf came down with the seasonal flu.
It is said that Italy currently holds the record of mortality rate in Europe.
