The denial from muslims about Islam compelling belief and intolerance of other faiths confounds me. These are true facts about Islam.

No. Compelling of faith is what Fake-Muslims engage in. True Islam, as dictated by Quran, forbids this. But as we see, often those proclaiming piety the loudest are the most lost and corrupt.

So why does Islam kill non believers if apparently their Koran says "whoever wills not to believe, let them"?

ISIS was exposed 15 years ago.
