A Famine of the Word of God is Coming!

When the spirit of God is withdrawn from humanity probation will close (Revelation 22:11).

Amos 8:11-2, "Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord God, “That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the words of the Lord. They shall wander from sea to sea, And from north to east; They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the Lord, But shall not find it."

Why will they run to the North? "Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised In the city of our God, In His holy mountain. Beautiful in elevation, The joy of the whole earth, Is Mount Zion on the sides of the north, The city of the great King. God is in her palaces; He is known as her refuge" (Psalms 48:1-3).

Men and women who rejected the gospel, who refused to give their hearts to Jesus will start pleading by sending up petitions to the throne of God.

Hebrews 4:14-16, "Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need."

The famine comes as a result of the transition that Jesus is moving from His High Priestly Ministry and Him standing as an executing judging King.

The change that transpires at the throne of God (Revelation 15:8).

Their prayers cannot be answered because Jesus is out of the temple (Sanctuary).

Jesus said I am the way ,the truth and life (John 14:6).

Then their next destination will be East, why are they running to the east?? "Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God..." (Revelation 7:2).

There are people who will find a hiding place in the sanctuary during the time of trouble (Psalms 91:1-10, Psalms 27:5).

Now they will be going to those who have the seal of God, because they are suffering the the 7 last plagues and those now will be the 5 foolish virgins (Matthew 25).

God will keep His people during that hour.

This reality is rapidly advancing on us right now!

IT'S TIME FOR ALL CHRISTIANS TO WAKE UP!!!

God will reveal precious truth so clearly that the mind will derive sincere pleasure and have a continual feast as its comforting and sublime truths are unfolded.

“Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.” Isaiah 32:9.

“Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. ... Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” Revelation 14:7, 12.

Men and women are in the last hours of probation, and yet are careless and stupid, and ministers have no power to arouse them; they are asleep themselves. Sleeping preachers preaching to a sleeping people!

A great work must be accomplished for ministers in order for them to make the preaching of the truth a success. The word of God should be thoroughly studied. All other reading is inferior to this. 2T 337.2 - 2T 337.3!!!
