(It's not bt5 related, folks )
You don't want this to become a different discussion, but you can't wait to see yourself blaspheme and keep It quiet. I will answer each of your questions.
RIGHT God does not contradict himself. He said you shouldn't worship false gods, and we don't, so here comes a few times he asked us to make some images:
Exodus 25, 16-22
“You must put in the ark the testimony I give you. And thou shalt make a covering of pure gold, two and a half cubits in length and a cubit and a half in breadth. You will make two golden cherubs; and you shall make them of beaten gold, at the two ends of the lid, one on one side and the other on the other, fastening them together so as to form a piece with the ends of the lid. These cherubs will have their wings extended upwards, and with them they will protect the lid, over which they will have their faces tilted. You will put the lid on the ark and put the testimony I give you inside the ark. There I will go to you, and it is from above the lid, from the midst of the cherubim that are in the ark of the covenant, that I will give you all my orders for the Israelites”.
And:
Numbers 21, 8-9
“And the Lord said to Moses: 'Make for yourself a serpent of fire and put it on a pole. Anyone who gets bitten looking at him will be saved. ” Moses made a bronze serpent and fixed it to a pole. If someone was bitten by a serpent and looked at the bronze serpent, he preserved his life. "
And then: 1 Kings 6, 23-27. I Kings 7, 28-30 (you can read later)
Why did God forbid the images and then ask to make them? Because it's not about images, but about idols. The difference is that the images that God ordered built, as well as the images that Catholics use in our Churches, serve as a sign that points us to God, they are never considered gods. If you don't understand this, it's an interpretation difficulty on your part.
Second, not all things are in the Bible. Protestants really made the Bible an idol. Our God came to this world as a Man, not as a book. He said and did things we will never know. As I said, we started with Saint Peter, we have a great tradition, we know things, even if they are not in the Bible. Do you need the Bible to say the sky is blue for you to believe in it?
Some references:
(John 20:30-31) - you can read it later.
“Jesus did many other things too. If they were written one by one, I think the books that would be written would not fit in the world” (John 21, 25)
“I have many other things to write to you, but I don't want to do it with ink and paper, as I hope to come to you and talk to you face to face, so that our joy may be complete” (2John 1:12)
And also the Bible commands to follow the Tradition:
“In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we command you to turn away from every brother who indulges in laziness and does not follow the tradition you have received from us” (2 Tm 3,6).
“You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace of Christ, and all that you have heard from me from many witnesses, entrust to faithful men, able to teach others” (2 Tm 1-2). Here is the oral tradition.
“Brothers, stand firm and keep the traditions you have learned, whether in word or in writing” (2 Thess 2:15). Is it too much for you to assimilate?
Third, the whole thing with united religions is heresy. True Catholics know how sinful this is, we know this is happening because the end is coming. I will never pray with a non-Catholic person. We can't stand this pope when he does these things (though he's STILL the pope).
Next, YES, Satanists desecrate the Bible, the Cross and everything related to God, because he is envious. I was surprised you didn't understand. You're saying that just because they use our stuff, we should be a part of it, like they KILL people for their worship, they use animals, God created all these things, and they use it anyway. OF COURSE if they want to profane the things of God, they will use the things of God. Satan used the Bible (Old testment)to tempt Jesus.
Bible isn't Catholic?
The bible arose from the Catholic TRADITION. If it weren't for the Church, the bible wouldn't even exist. In the era of copyist monks, monks copied the Bible BY HAND for a long time so that nothing was lost. Sometimes they took turns at night to get the transcript. The Church invented the chapters and verses of the Bible. It was the British Catholic Archbishop of Canterbury, St. Stephen Langton (died 1228), who first divided the Scriptures into chapters: 1,163 chapters in the OT and 260 in the NT.
Hundreds of years later, Protestants began to emerge, and then they took OUR Bible and cut out everything they didn't like (Was it written in the Bible what could or could not be excluded? If so, who gave them authority to do it, it was written also? Could the Bible only decide this? Is It God?). You don't really know anything. WE gave the Bible it's name, and in case you don't know what it means, it's "The Book of Books".
The Dulia, Hiperdulia and Latria thing, look it up yourself, you seem to need to learn A LOT of things.
You acted rude, but I see you're just another person who just don't know the truth. I could do more, but it's too long and these things is enough for you understand that you should search for the true history of this wourld.
I Hope you can come to us.
