Like in Cuba?A communist society would not have a government or a state.

Yes because that boy and his parents who are making money off being paraded arpund degraded represent and dpeak for the entire black race..Why would it still be a problem? If it doesn’t bother them? I don’t understand that. But, they are the people you are saying are victims of racism, now they can’t be objective sources because they gave their son permission? That’s ridiculous really.
Why would it be a problem if I agree to it, if it doesn’t bother me?
Well, we are talking about this ad here...Yes because that boy and his parents who are making money off being paraded arpund degraded represent and dpeak for the entire black race..
Micro vs macro lisa - look it up
As long as you are okay with this same child growing up and seeing that you just said that his own mother put him in the position to be subjected to this discussion because of her own greed, I guess I have nothing more to say on the subject. I think it is distasteful to say that his mother is greedy and that is why she allowed him to be in the ad. Maybe, she genuinely thought he looked cute like I do. He is an absolutely beautiful child. Did you read the article where she commented on this ad? Did you see the pictures of them together? They look like very happy and healthy people.Trying using your faculties a little better. The third option, and the most likely one, is that the parents didn't know there kid was going to be wearing a sweater labeling him a monkey or they didn't care it was racist because they wanted the MONEY.
No, they have a state and the workers don't own the means of production. Cuba is basically a state dictatorship. General rule, if it has a state, then it's not communist.Like in Cuba?
It's just weird because you're boycotting a company for it's capitalist practices but then you're saying that you support capitalism. Therefore, understanding "freedom" should explain how I can choose to boycott a company and still support capatalism
^Another case and point folks where closeted racists try to play off their racism by complimenting the very people they hate (says something racist "hey I love black people, my best friend is black"), deflecting on the fact that the ad was racist, and trying to use emotion in order to sway others. I've been saying this for a long time but many whites, especially in the US, hide the fact that they don't like black people or aboriginals and truly believe that they're better than them.As long as you are okay with this same child growing up and seeing that you just said that his own mother put him in the position to be subjected to this discussion because of her own greed, I guess I have nothing more to say on the subject. I think it would be good to consider this young child growing up one day and reading everything people are saying in this thread.
This reminds me of this verse (which I personally believe is an interpolation and in no way would the real Jesus ever say this or act like this because I don't believe he was a racist):Pay me thousands of dollars to wear a dirty guinea shirt and guess what i probably will especially if i need to pay my rent.
You saidNo, they have a state and the workers don't own the means of production. Cuba is basically a state dictatorship.
State dictatorship is still a state is it not?A communist society would not have a government or a state
Lol!This reminds me of this verse (which I personally believe is an interpolation and in no way would the real Jesus ever say this or act like this because I don't believe he was a racist):
Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to Him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is suffering terribly from demon-possession.” Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to Him and urged Him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.” He answered, “I was only sent to the lost sheep of Israel.” The woman came and knelt before Him. “Lord, help me!” she said. He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to their dogs.” “Yes, Lord,” she said, “but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.” Then Jesus answered, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour. - Matthew 15: 21-28
This woman was so desperate for help that she didn't care that her, her child, and her people were considered dogs and slaves to the Israelites. She acknowledged her kind being a dog and a slave to the Israelites just so she could get her daughter some help. What's really twisted about this verse is that after she acknowledges that her and her kind are dogs and that the Israelites are her masters she's given a pat on the back by Jesus.
A communist society would not have a state... Cuba has a state so it is not communist. If you were asking whether Cuba is communist, I said it is not communist by definition. You said
State dictatorship is still a state is it not?
Yes, it's certainly a state... what did you mean when you asked me about Cuba?State dictatorship is still a state is it not?
But, I think if you ask the Cubans, they would tell you Cuba is communist. Which is why they used to leave Cuba by the thousands in boats and come to America....A communist society would not have a state... Cuba has a state so it is not communist. Countries claim to be a lot of things that they aren't. What I'm saying is that Cuba is controlled by a state... and a communist government requires the abolishment of the state in favor of the worker's control over the means of production... therefore Cuba is not communist. They have not even fulfilled the basic requirement of communism, worker's ownership. But, I think if you ask the Cubans, they would tell you Cuba is communist. Which is why they used to leave Cuba by the thousands in boats and come to America....
Again, the Cubans would disagree with you there...Countries claim to be a lot of things that they aren't. How do you know that... are you Cuban? If they understand what communism is then there is nothing to disagree with. If anything, you could consider Cuba "state socialist" but that's still pushing the definition. If we objectively look at Cuba's system of government and objectively look at the definition of communism, they do not align. If the people of Cuba actually controlled their own government and the workers had control over the factories and their workplaces instead of the state, then it would be communist.Again, the Cubans would disagree with you there...
There are a lot of vocal Cubans living in Florida...How do you know that... are you Cuban? If they understand what communism is then there is nothing to disagree with. What are you talking about? This is the definition of capitalism. "an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market"It's just weird because you're boycotting a company for it's capitalist practices but then you're saying that you support capitalism.
